Dave, Oscar and their crew were a pleasure to work with on our new addition to a historic home. All clarifications necessary were done with our Architect, so that the job went smoothly once the work was started. Dave was very patient during our very prolonged City of Chicago permit process due to the pandemic and other delays. A timeline of this work was provided and completed on time, despite the challenges with our Chicago weather. The supplies needed was coordinated with a lumber supplier, streamlined for deliveries, as wood was needed, which alleviated our concerns for wood laying around. We needed some rework done on our Foundation that this crew was able to rectify. The crew, overseen by Oscar was reliable, respectful and took great pride in their work throughout this job. If we ever need these carpentry services again for future projects, we would not hesitate to hire Advance Framing and Carpentry, LTD.

Oscar and his team just completed a 2,000 square foot, 2nd floor addition, to our home in La Grange. From the very beginning, Oscar set a timeline for completion and he stuck to it. He and his workers were on time every morning, were fast working, showed great attention to detail and kept a clean work area. Most importantly, they were able to meet the standards of quality craftsmanship set by my husband who is also a carpenter. We wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Dave went far and beyond to help me With a framing issue On a house I was looking to buy. I needed immediate service To know if this house was worth buying and had a deadline to make a decision. Dave seemed To be very knowledgeable and was willing to go farm beyond to help me in my time of need more so than I expect any company to do I truly felt he was trying to help me When I really needed it

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable on the projects I inquired on. Dave answered all of my questions I had and explained everything easily. I had a few people tell me my wall was not a bearing wall. I decided to do research and reach out to someone who specializes in structure. Dave went in the attic and confirmed it was in fact a bearing wall. I was happy to have the work done by a professional. I would recommend Dave and his team to anyone who wants the job done right!
