    Ray is passing along his expertise to his two sons, Mike and Ray. Ray said he uses the templates his father brought from Italy. Ive never seen workmanship the like of Timpani Cabinets: quiet, pleasant, very clean, extremely communicative, always appraising us of the timeline. We visited his studio, where he had constructed our entire kitchen so we could see how it would look. He provide a variety of finishes based on our discussions and within a week or so, they took the cabinetry apart, brought it over and put it into place. The demolition was the quietest and neatest Ive ever seen. Ray helped us with choosing an appropriate countertop, gave advisement on the backsplash, sink choice - he and his sons masterfully created a stunning kitchen beyond anything we could have imagined. I want to hire him for everything! You wont find pre-made cabinets of the quality with the attention to detail Timpani cabinets provides. The price was so reasonable - were not wealthy people and dont have a McMansion - we wanted a craftsman kitchen in keeping with the original. We were not disappointed. Do not call anyone else. Youve found the Holy Grail right here.

    Excellent craftsmanship, professional attention to every detail requested. Great communication during the design process assuring that we would be very happy with the finished product which we are extremely happy about. Ray and his sons interacted from day one actually forming a friendship throughout the entire process and produced everything we were hoping for and more.

    My first encounter with Timpani Cabinets was over 20 years ago when Ralph Timpani, the founder, came to my new home in Boston on a social visit. I was beginning to change the interior and had a designer on the payroll. We spent a few days shopping for furniture and other incidentals I needed. I noticed during that time Ralph was purchasing some small antique pieces, a small table, a brass leg, some wrought iron, and various hardware. I did not question his motive at the time. In the next few days beautifully, crafted ideas came to fruition, and I was amazed at what this guy could do with what he bought. First came a stunning console table attached to the wall in my foyer with that brass leg I was wondering what he was going to do with. Second, he constructed a wrought iron gate. I have a space above my front door with a floor and a window that I had put plants and other decorations on. Well Ralph, precisely measured this wrought iron and completed the look with this perfectly crafted gate. The biggest surprise was when we were trying to figure out how to tone down the open floor plan, I had between my dining room and the living room. The designer had a few ideas that did not interest me, but Ralph produced the idea of columns on each side of the wall with a curved overhang from one side to the other. Bingo! Just enough of a look without obstructing walking through.Recently, I worked with Michael Timpani, third generation, grandson of Ralph. I had this old laundry cart that was bubbling on the top that I was ready to trash. Michael transformed the cart into something which looked brand new. So brand new in fact that my house cleaning crew commented on the NEW cart and when I told them it was the old one, they were amazed. Again, Michael, a true artisan, like his father, like his grandfather and such a down-to-earth nice guy, you will not regret working with Timpani Cabinets.

    Ray & Mike did an outstanding job creating our beautiful home office. It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish. Professional, friendly and outstanding craftsmen!

    Ray Timpani is by far the most professional craftsman I have ever worked with. If 10 would b the highest score, I would give him a 20+. His workmanship was outstanding, as were his unique ideas to give me the kitchen of my dreams. Ray also crafted a vanity for my master bath which had challenges in the size of the room. No problem for Ray! πŸ‘ And he is a very nice guy!
