The real measure of a company is not how they behave when all is well, but how they treat their customers when everything goes pear-shaped; and thats exactly what happened in our case. Sometimes you get a bad crew, a small group of neer do wells who simply dont perform. It happens. It happened to us. However once upper management found out what was going on they didnt hesitate to swoop in and make everything right, and that at a substantial cost to themselves. Concrete work is bloody expensive no matter the size of the job and, although were just one small residential account, we were taken seriously and all repairs were done professionally and at our convenience. I cant praise these people enough for how they chose to behave when the chips were down, and I highly recommend them both for their skill and their commitment.

George Steiner is the Service Technician who provided inspection services today 12/21/22 from the Columbus/Auburn office. He is well spoken, knowledgeable, and an excellent advisor. He provided professional service, updated me on his arrival time, stayed well beyond 5pm to make sure the new pumps were working properly, and was focused on both quality and service. He did all this in spite of running into some unusual circumstances. He is an excellent representative for AFS. I have no problem giving George a 10 out of 10. Today in Troy, AL he went above and beyond.

On Wednesday December 14th we had our service contract yearly inspection. First one so we were not sure how thorough they would be. It was awesome. The service technician George Steiner was very nice and professional. He spent about an hour checking all the components of of our encapsulated crawl space and drainage system. Repaired any deficiencies, services the humidifier. Then presented everything to us in photographs on his laptop. Pleased is an understatement. Absolutely too notch.Thanks AFS and George Steiner, well done.

You want the best of the best? Call and ask for Ross. Ross is a big guy and I thought there was no way he would be able to fit in the areas I needed examined in my crawlspace. Let me tell you, I thought I was watching Santa Claus in action, that man disappeared in my crawl space and didnt come back until the whole thing was mapped and solutions were on the table. The follow up work to fix the issues was great as well. All around great experience.

Very pleased with the work and clean-up effort performed on our back porch footing area. Brent, Dallas, and Austin were professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the issue and the work required to eliminate any future worries that we may have had. I appreciate the expertise and work ethic that they exhibited. Good help is somewhat hard to find these days and I would strongly recommend these guys!
