Jamie provided fast and excellent service at a very reasonable price when I needed the bathroom exhaust fan light replaced in my condo. Even though I provided a video depicting the issue, other service providers wanted to charge a lot more to come out once to “diagnose” the problem and then come back a second time to actually fix it. Jamie was helpful and honest from the start in recognizing that a replacement fan light was going to be the best, most efficient course of action based on the video I sent him. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Jamie for all of my future electrical needs. -

Jamie responded to my initial email promptly, continued to reply promptly, and was able to schedule us just a few days out, which was much appreciated with some of the lead times weve run into from contractors around Boston (if they even respond at all, or if theyre even willing to help out with small jobs). Our techs Nick and Dan were friendly, quick, and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing; they gave me a bunch of feedback as I asked them numerous questions while they were here :) Thank you Jamie, Nick, and Dan! We know who to call for electrical stuff around our home from now on. -

We are very happy with the work and professional and friendly nature of both Nick and Dan who did the work in our house.We were also grateful with how they cleaned up after they finished the job. They put in a light fixture and a double wall switch, replacing an old pull chord fixture.Under electrician in my phone directory is JM Electric. I highlyrecommend them.I had JM electrical back again to install a ceiling fan and run a new 120v 20A service from my basement to the second floor. Jamie did an amazing job installing my ceiling fan, running a cable, and installing a switch. I asked about installing an outlet in the attic and wiring it to the hallway switch for me. He did it at no charge since it was adjacent to the fan switch they were installing. Now I can go up my pull down stairs and have attic lighting at the flip of a switch! In addition, they set everything up for me, and left everything neater than they found it. Jamie was very prompt and professional, did outstanding work, at a fair price, and went above and beyond. I will use him for any additional electric work I need and would highly recommend him to my friends and family. -

I have used JM electric three times and all experiences have been very positive. Inside my condo they installed recessed lighting on two floors. I have vaulted ceilings in my bedrooms that I thought would be tricky but they put them in no problem! Additionally they replaced an old fan for me in half bath.We have also used them for some electric work on the exterior since we have some automatic lights that were not turning on. They were able t resolve this as well.They were on time, got the work done quickly and left my place clean. Can’t say enough good things and will continue to use them in the future. -
