    My kitchen sink was clogged and I contacted this company for service. From the time of initial contact until the end of service, I was treated with professionalism. Marcus was the tech that came to my house and he was so nice. He answered all my questions and showed me what was going on. It took less than a hour to complete and I really appreciate him for helping me. I will definitely contact this company again if I need further assistance.

    Charge Plumbing came through even though I called them late in the day. I’m very grateful Lisa was able to fit me into their schedule. Marcus did a great job clearing lots of tree roots from sewer line to clear the backup. I’ll definitely keep Charge Plumbing in mind next time I need any plumbing work done. Thank you!!

    You do not have to look anywhere else! You can trust Charge Construction and Plumbing with your needs. After the pipes on my sump pump disconnected, Don was able to quickly diagnose the problem, talk to me about all solutions—temporary and long-term and fixed it within one hour. Extremely professional! As a parent, I needed this fixed ASAP and was grateful that Charge Construction and Plumbing was working evening hours to meet my needs. I also needed someone trustworthy and knowledgable. I even talked to a few other plumbers afterwards who agreed that Don’s pricing was fair and his technique was top notch!

    I asked a friend for a plumber referral and he recommended Jerome with Charge Plumbing. Jerome was efficient, timely and neat. His prices were reasonable and I couldn’t be more delighted. I have found my go-to plumber. My strainer bowls were rusted and surprisingly, I had a minor leak occurring. Jerome cut and replaced some of the existing PVC as well as replacing the strainer bowl. He did an awesome job!

    Charge plumbing is definitely a five star plus company. I needed to have a spot repair on my outside main water line.When I first met Donald I didnt believe that he could own anything he was such a young person, but after my third degree which Im quite sure he would agree it was, I could see him in the position that he was in he was a positive , knowledgeable and outstanding individual. Their prices were very reasonable they did everything they claim they were going to do and it was in a timely manner. I was very very pleased with the job that they did, I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work. Dont let their appearance fool you they may be young but theyre very knowledgeable. The customer service that you receive from Lisa is well above any standards of customer service that I received from anywhere shes very friendly and knowledgeable and would definitely go out of her way to make things comfortable for you.     Everyone was very professional from answering calls, scheduling and updating appointments, to service provided. Don and Jerome were the technicians and they were personable, efficient, and fast. I will definitely recommend this company and use them for any future repairs that may arise.

    I called because when I flushed the toilets or showered, it essentially rained in my basement. The person who answered the phone got someone out immediately (on the 4th of July)! Don came in, diagnosed the issues, rodded the line, and then handed it over to another plumber. Anthony and Will came in and changed out the cast iron pipes that were rusted and degraded (original to the house). Changed to PVC. Next, Ill have a drywall person come to complete the job. It has been a seamless process and the communication has been top notch.For the entire time (so far just 3 days), I have been kept in the loop, no hidden costs, and they clean up before they leave. Nice young men who are personable and respectful of the customers time, property, and money. They are so knowledgeable. I have tried several plumbers and now Ive finally found the right ones. I highly recommend them.

    I had an aging toilet that was way too low for myself and my family member. We needed to upgrade our toilet and two faucets. I already paid and had the toilet and faucets, but did not have the time to swap them out. I call Charge Construction and they booked me an appointment almost immediately. Both technicians were onsite at exactly the booked appointment time. Anthony was very professional and took care of me every step of the process. I now have two upgraded bathrooms and very nice and functional sinks. Thank you very much for the assistance with my project and I’ll be sure to use Charge on my next upgrades as I will be slowly improving the house.

    I called for a replacement of both my main sump pump and battery backup pump. Charge Constr provided both a prompt and courteous response. Marcus Calhoun performed a neat, efficient and quick installation and was a pleasure to have in my home to do the installation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.     After experiencing a leaky shower, Don was able to come and stop the leak in under 10 min. It was an emergency matter and he arrived in less than 30 minutes to fix the issue. I’m forever grateful to have received such persistent and professional service from Charge Construction!

    I highly reccomend this company, they were great to work with and really went the extra mile to work around my schedule. I rarely have good experiences with service companies, but they were pleasant, timely, more than fair on the cost of the service and did exactly what they said theyd do. I couldnt ask for more.     Don did a fantastic job with installing piping for my washing machine. He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable- he and his crew made sure to not only get the job done in a reasonable time, but efficiently. I will definitely be using his services in the future.     After purchasing a home, we discovered that the seller had only replaced the visible sections of pipe with new copper fittings and instead left very old pipes in within the walls. There were also serious drainage issues that were not disclosed nor discovered during the initial home inspection. Charge C&P was able to replace all the pipes and explained exactly what and why they were doing things throughout the process which was very relieving to me as a new homeowner. I am currently waiting on the City to let me know about some other piping issues before Charge completes the last part of the job, but thus far I am incredibly satisfied with their work and professionalism! (On the off chance they mess it up before it is done, Ill update this review but otherwise 6/5 stars and would recommend them to anyone!)No one likes to pay the bill when a big job is all done, but everyone wants experts like Danny to look at their home and do the job right! Special mention to Twan and Josh for all their incredible hard work and professionalism as well!Note: As part of the job, they do not do the drywall repair for the holes necessary to access the pipes within the walls, so be prepared to either do that work yourself or hire a licensed handyman or drywaller to finish that part of the home when the plumbers are done! They did disclose this to me so it was no surprise and the expectation was set beforehand.

    Charge Construction & Plumbing was awesome. I had a pipe to burst on Martin Luther King National Holiday with windchill below 25 degrees. I googled this company and they were so professional, courteous and definitely right on time. They arrived within 2 hours and corrected the problem. The service technician ( Anthony C.) that came was so polite and courteous and definitely knowledgeable of his craft. He also showed me and explained to me what the issue was that caused the problem.
