Ray Holliday is one of those rare contractors who not only does what he promises but can do what he promises. He came to the job site on time every day and was respectful of my home environment. His work was done with excellence and he has a personality to match. My experience with his company was great. My last complement is I immediately hired him for another project

I’ve used Holliday Building for several projects bathroom remodel, fencing, roofing. Recently Holliday Building replaced front porch stairs and concrete walkway. Holliday Building have done electrical, plumbing and painting at my home over the past 13 years and I’ve never had one complaint. My several siblings have employed Holliday Building for several years.

In 2013 we purchased a 100 year old duplex. Holliday was recommended to us by the best home inspector in Detroit. He brought the house up to code, renovated every room of the rental unit, renovated our entire unit, and most recently converted the attic to an office and guest room, with a bathroom.Holliday provides detailed professional quotes, is very responsive, communicates well, shows up daily, is detail oriented, doesnt cut corners, and if there is something he cant do, he has a network of skilled professional tradespeople to call on.

My wife and I saw a tremendous job that Holliday had done for friends (Sherri Barnes and her husband) turning an attic into a beautiful guest room/office with its own bathroom. As great as the work was, we were equally impressed with their description of working with Ray: Trustworthy, flexible, diligent, attentive to details, easy to communicate with. We hired Ray for a tricky project to remove the wall of what had been a large walk-in closet to make it an extension of our bedroom. Ray connected us with a structural architect to work out the details of execution to remove all but a small lip of the previous wall. Besides the structural issue, this required new wiring for outlets, and some duct work (since the heating duct was in the wall to be removed). We now have a stunning rennovation that we are proudly showing off to friends and family ... and a great contractor, Ray Holliday, who we can recommend to others as enthusiastically as he was recommended to us.

We had a complete kitchen remodel, they demo the entire kitchen sink, flooring and wall. My mom old kitchen was in a horrible state but Holliday Building Inc, knew exactly what to do. They are very reasonable and are not trying to take advantage of there customers. Holliday Building INC were responsible for my mom cabinets, backsplash, plumbing, electrical, flooring and countertops. I will add after pictures. ( I do not have any before pictures). The kitchen is gorgeous!! We have gotten so many compliments on the workmanship.Mr. Holliday the owner, and his various crews/contractors were very professional, skilled and responsiveness. They always showed up when they were supposed to, on time, and they took their time to listen to me and kept me informed me of what they were doing from day to day. Work was top-notch and the finished product is beautiful!I will continue to use Mr. Holliday for all our future demolition and remodeling projects in the future. I can not thank Mr. Holliday enough for what he has done and the JOY he has put into my MOM heart! Thank you Than you for all of your hard work.Natasha

Working with Doc and his crew was a great experience. My wife and I were happy with the process of installing new floors from start to finish. The communication was great and we felt he was very responsive. We also had an easy time discussing questions/concerns we had and found that Doc was ready to provide solutions. The project was completed on time, on budget, and to our satisfaction. We definitely recommend!

Ray and Dan squared our crooked garage in just two days and did a phenomenal job. Reinforced it from the interior and exterior, and even fixed our deck for just a little bit more. Very professional and responsive—overall just good hard working guys. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced crew who are efficient and produce high quality work
