We used MLC when we built our home. Brian was super easy to work with, he took every request into consideration! He came to our meetings with his computer and “moved walls” wherever we wanted! Because my husband had spent some time in a wheelchair, we wanted everything handicapped accessible but not to look handicapped, Brian delivered and we were thrilled with everything.

Bryan and MLC were amazing to work with from start to finish. Bryan is an extremely honest and genuine person and we knew we wanted MLC from our first meeting. Post project he was even better than we could have hoped.He was patient with me (a design minor) as I made changes to our design until it was exactly what we wanted, and all through the selection process he was honest about pricing so we could stay in our budget while guiding us toward selections used in the past that we ended up picking. He was unfazed as we had issues with zoning and had to go back to the drawing board and then again when our first plan was approved. He works with a great team that make a quality finished product while staying on schedule.We’ve done remodels and builds in the past and they don’t compare. MLC the way to go if you’re looking to build your new home.
