I can not say enough good things about my experience with this company. I called to get my furnace wired for a smart thermometer-not only did they squeeze me in to fit my availability, they also had the thermometer I wanted already on hand. Sam arrived right on time, went above and beyond to make sure everything worked the way it should. He even replaced a fuse in my furnace I had no idea was out. Highly recommend. if you landed on this page..you are in great hands!

We recently lost service to two out building at our cabin. I presumed the worst, I presumed services was disrupted by uprooted trees in a major storm. I called another firm who told me I needed to trench new service lines over rocky and hilly land to restore service.That firm was booked solid so I called Malstrom and I am glad I did. They used an underground fault detector and discovered service could be repaired with some simple splice work.They saved me thousands with their honesty and know-how. I dont think the first firm was trying to scam me but they would have inadvertently over charged by not having the technology to find the buried fault.Another thing - the services electrician (Wes) called me on the way to the project, and for a mid-day update. Communication skills go a long way in my world.Kudos! I will tell everyone I know about Malstrom.

Electrician called back in less than a week after first call to their office and said he would be to our house in fifteen minutes. Needed a faulty fixture replaced and had already purchased a replacement. He completed the work in a short period of time and was on his way. Excellant service!
