    Gene came out from J F Plumbing and was extremely knowledgeable about what could be causing our plumbing issue and gave us options for addressing it. Luckily the first and cheapest option did solve the problem! Price was fair and we got some good maintenance tips as well. We also appreciated that Gene was friendly and very courteous, taking his shoes off before walking on our white carpet, without being asked. We would use J F Plumbing again in the future.

    2nd time having them out for something at a new house. Did a great job installing a water heater and kitchen sink filter in June. This time replaced a water pressure valve that was making the pipes shake. Came out quick after responding to my email quick and fixed in about an hour. Highly recommend.

    I had an emergency sewage back up in my office and the owner assured me, on a Tuesday night, that they would send someone early the next day. Next day they sent Gene, who brought in a huge snake, and with an incredible positive confident, demeanor, told me not to worry, he would fix the issue. True to his word, my plumbing problem was fixed quickly.Without reservation, I would use JF Plumbing again for both residential and commercial issues. If you are lucky you might get Gene.

    We had a problem with a noise in our pipes, had another company come in and they quoted us $1,000 to fix it. We brought JF Plumbing in for a second estimate, and Gene was in our house for about ten minutes when he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Less than $100. Then he gave us some advice about a quick and easy fix for another problem weve been having. Great guy, great service. Will be our first call next time.

    Gene fixed three sinks. Pulled an old fashioned key out of one pipe, a rock out of another, and a plastic bubble wand out of the last one. It looked like hard work. He was awesome.

    I was very impressed with JF Plumbing from beginning to end. I took a chance on them based on so many favorable reviews and in hindsight I am so happy I did. I had what I thought was a problem with my water heater and a very nice person doing the scheduling was able to get me an appointment within a couple of days. Mike arrived promptly on time at 8am and immediately diagnosed the problem which was not my water heater but a less expensive problem with a pipe on my boiler. He was honest and knowledgeable and gave me some tips on how to keep both clean and maintained. I appreciate he didn’t talk down to me even though I told him from the beginning I knew next to nothing about plumbing. I am so happy to now have a plumbing company I can trust and refer to friends and family.

    Great experience with JF Plumbing. Called at 7:45am with a clogged kitchen sink, and by 8:30 had a great technician, Gene, at the front door ready to help. He was professional, transparent, and thorough, taking care of the clog in no time. He also provided helpful tips to prevent future issues and maintain the pipes. Price was in the range I expected and certainly worth it for the time, inconvenience, and effort it saved me and my family. JF will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

    This was an emergency and although it started out a little roughly , everything went well when we finally made contact.     I had an issue with my toilet leaking and I was very concerned. Patrick B. Was the plumber who was assigned to my issue. He was amazing very professional. He explained what was happening and and how it would and should be corrected this eased my concern. I thought it was very personable that he took the time to educate and inform.     We had such a wonderful experience start to finish. We had an issue with our kitchen sink and within hours they were able to be on site and diagnosed the issue immediately.     Hello!! We had a cracked sewer stack and JF Plumbing sent out technician, Patrick who quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem within a 24 hr period!!!!     Gene diagnosed as problem with our kitchen faucet. Due to its age the fixture was not repairable. He then installed a new faucet, added appropriate shut-off valves and re-plumbed the sink drains.     Today, Gene saved the day! I was up half the night trying to clear a drain, and had no luck. Not only did Gene fix the problem in 5 minutes, he gave me lots of valuable advice in troubleshooting the kind of problem I was having.This is the PERFECT plumber for all my needs.     The plumber (gene) arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He assessed the problem based upon what he could see and what I told him. He then asked his bosses for advice on how to proceed and for the estimate.When given the go ahead to make the repair, he worked quite quickly to disassemble the plumbing and showed me that he did not have the correct part. I then pointed out that he was trying to replace the wrong part. His initial diagnosis was incorrect because I had taken steps to stop the leak which kept him from actually seeing the problem. Once correctly identified, he fixed the problem very quickly and reassembled the plumbing with no further issues.Overall, a great job!

    Words cannot express how thankful I am for the Angel walking the earth who is Gene. He came out quickly to find and fix a problem more significant than I realized. Being a woman home alone whose Army husband was away I felt so vulnerable. Gene was patient, kind and professional.     Great service and knowledgeable technicians. Had a carbon monoxide issue causing alarms to go off and JF techs were able to locate a leak coming from the water heater. Called JF Pluming and talked to Jamie about our needs, Jamie is extremely responsible, reliable, and patient with us. After several e-mails back and forth with Jamie, we got a quote which price was fair. The new water heater was installed within two days after our initial call by a technician named Jene who is very professional and knowledgeable, the work was done above our expectations.     Good Morning JF Plumbing it is 2/9/2024. I needed a new spigot/pipe that he had to put in behind the stove. I just want to say that Jene the young one with the beard did a fanatic job all by himself. He explained everything thoroughly, very patient and neat. The outcome is beautiful I love the new spigot. Jene cleaned up everything very good, covered up the drywalls and explained the location of the new shut off vale, he even set the time back on my stove :).     Last week, Jean Dillon from JF Plumbing, after reviewing our current washer water shut off system, highly recommended we install a new Floor Stop system to replace the old one. We eagerly agreed with his suggestion since our old system had failed 4 times over the last 8 years. Yesterday, he expertly and neatly replaced and updated all the assoicated pipes, created a new water shut off valve, and installed the new auto water shut off system all with a great deal of confidence and good humor. He is a delight to work with and we highly recommend him.
