    Wonderful experience! Mike, the owner, helped me create a cozy outdoor space last Fall that is truly the envy of the neighborhood. From initial concept to final installation, Mike and his team were able to exceed my expectations at every turn. Several varieties of material options were presented (pavers and stone), and ultimately I chose a beautiful natural flagstone, with a stacked stone seat wall and matching fire pit. Little touches like tiny decorative river gravel to fill the joints, make it feel like custom craftsmanship! Its gorgeous, and I continue to get compliments from friends and neighbors. Mike is very knowledgeable on landscaping, and you can tell he enjoys his work. The installation team worked extremely hard, and were a joy to watch putting things together. They were very friendly, and I appreciated them tidying up the site at the end of each day. I would highly recommend DC Patio to anybody who is looking to create a unique outdoor space. I have already referred two co-workers to them, and will gladly continue to do so. I also plan to hire them again when Im ready to renovate my front entrance walkway. Thanks again, guys, great job!!

    Diversified Contractors did a beautiful patio project for us this summer. The owner, Mike Erickson, is friendly, professional, and very patient in answering questions and helping with design ideas. Most importantly he assured that our vision was captured in the beautiful patio they installed for us. His team is very friendly and hard working, and the stone masons are extremely talented and skilled men who take great pride in their work. Mike came by each day to check on things and to answer the many questions/requests that I had. We are thrilled with the look of the flagstone patio and newly covered stone steps. I have recommended them to family and friends and wouldnt hesitate to use them on future projects.

    Our project was large (100 retaining wall replacement, large patio, new front walk and stoop). My wife and I have been very nervous for years about this project. Finding a reputable contractor who gives a fair price and does a professional job is not easy at all.When I first met with Mike at DC Patio my gut told me right away he was the right company for the job. After talking with other 4 contractors it was an easy decision. Fair price, excellent work, and skilled crew sums up our experience. The job took 2 weeks and we are absolutely thrilled with the results.We cant say enough good things about Mike and DC Patio. The communication was outstanding. Hit some unexpected problems with the demo but the crew worked through everything like pros. Everything turned out beautiful. The cutting of the pavers and wall blocks were perfectly accurate. Every single piece fits like a glove and the crew went through great care to protect my property as they worked.Give this company a chance to earn your business. Always get multiple estimates of course but one of the estimates should be DC Patio. Mike will listen to everything you say and communicate with you every step of the way. His crew is professional, accurate, and hardworking. A pleasure to work with on every level. A true needle in the haystack.

    Mike Erickson and the DCPatio team installed a > 500 sq. ft. dual tier patio with steps, lights, a path, and landscaping in our backyard. After interviewing multiple contractors we chose DCPatio due to Mikes professionalism and positive reputation as a reference from a coworker. The quoting process was first rate with Mike giving us a-la-carte pricing for different materials, features and styles to allow us to customize our design and price point to our exact specifications and budget.As it was very early spring and we were eager to get started, Mike was able to schedule us to begin immediately and the team arrived and began work on the yard the very next business day. The old patio and garage was removed, the land was excavated, trees were pulled, a landscaping fabric was laid, multiple layers of crushed stone and sand were compacted, pavers and edging were installed, paver edging was staked into the ground, paver edging applied, electrical cables and lights were run, and the pavers, steps and polymeric sand was applied. Other than a one day rain delay, the patio was completed within a week and a half and looks fantastic.Mike personally stopped by to visit nearly every day and kept us appraised through the entire process. Installing a large, expensive patio was the largest upgrade that we’ve completed on our house since we bought it and is a bit nerve wracking but Mike and the team made it painless for us. We cannot wait for the weather to warm up and enjoy it and highly recommend Mike and his team on a quality installation that I expect will last for many, many years.

    I could not be happier with the work this firm did for me. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. Mike was prompt and punctual in getting the quote to me, showed up on the job site every day once the work began, and really worked with me to understand what I wanted. The crew was fabulous - professional, punctual, friendly, efficient, and very neat. They worked extremely hard and took real pride in the work they did. I give Diversified Contractors my highest recommendation - I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
