    Kevin was awesome!! Cannot say enough good things about this company.Never have had a bad experience with Esposito’s Electric. The electricians are all very highly skilled Doing very quality work and a pleasure to work with. One is just nicer than the next. Highly recommend. Customer service is beyond fantastic. We even had them install our Generac Generator for which they did a fantastic job.

    Frank was my technician and was truly an expert in his field. He was able to diagnose the problem with my generator right away and was lightning fast taking it apart. Appreciate he took the time to explain everything, very respectful and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend and reasonably priced!

    Kevin showed up on time, was extremely personable, listened to my explanation of the generator issues I was having and it back up and running very quick. All for a really reasonable price. Receipts, explanation of service, and check lists were all emailed to me within minutes of his leaving my house. I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan so I no longer have to deal with any generator related issues.

    When I called Esposito’s Electric they were very helpful and upfront with their pricing.and were able to fit me into their schedule right away. Also John G was the one who did the work and was very informative. And did a great job.It was nice chatting with him. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because I thought it was a little pricey to replace a switch. But that is just my personal opinion.

    I was having a service problem with a company I have used for over 10 years. They provided my yearly service for my generator. They charged me for a new battery to learn my battery was never replaced as it said it was from 2023. I was lied to and charged for goods never received. Total fraud! Having a new issue this summer with my generator and no resolution from a company I used for over 10 years I was with total dissatisfaction! Thru a good friend I was directed to Esposito’s.It s a family owned company and my first contact was Christopher. He could not have been nicer and customer satisfaction was like the good old days, Chris, really cared I would be serviced. They sent to my home Kevin. He is young and new to the team but that was not an issue, he diagnosed my issue all problems going on so we could proceed. The company who had serviced me for my over 10 years totally dropped the ball they came to my home 2 times and said all was ok but it was not!Kevin was able to review all he thought was wrong and an issue and I was then able to circle back with Christopher and BJ. Today Kevin returned with highly experienced Frank, who has been with the company for many years. My Generator was restored all was fixed and I was also informed there was a part they replaced due to a recall a few years ago and this was also fixed. Funny my previous yearly maintenance company never said a word to me about this nor did I get notified via the manufacturer but today all was fixed to include a recall issue resolved! As Frank and Kevin informed me and replaced the part in addition to what my generator needed for repair.Bottom line, if you are looking for a company to install or repair or maintain your generator look no further! Esposiyos is an authorized dealer for Genetac and Esposito’s was more then great and they will be my future company I will use for maintenance and repairs.Let me also add, the entire team could not be any nicer and customer satisfaction is what they arrive for! I highly recommend Esposito’s!

    We just moved to town and had a great experience with Espositos Electric. They were professional, prompt and well priced. We were able to get an appointment quickly, our technician John called to give me a heads up when he was on his way over to our home, and he did a great job.     I have been in my home for nearly 30 years and have used a few different electricians over the years. A few years ago I tried Esposito Electric and have continued to use them ever since. All the technicians they have sent have been on time, professional, friendly and, most importantly, masters of their trade. I recommend them without hesitation. I know I will continue to use them. Most recently Kevin was our technician and he was exemplary.

    Everyone at Espositos was wonderful to deal with, from scheduling the work, to the technicians getting the job done, to scheduling inspections, everything was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. We had a whole house generator installed and would definitely work with them again on any type of project.Update - 6 months later and our first service was great. Emily was on time, completed the initial service and check and even helped to set up the generator app on my phone. Could not have been more pleased with the service that was received. Highly recommend this company for installation and service.

    Great generator company to deal with! I had my transfer switch worked on by George and my generator serviced by Jeremy. Both did a great job, very professional and helpful.     The first time I called Esposito’s the hook outside my house that was securing the power lines from a pole across Rt. 46 to the house was pulled off and ruining the siding. George worked diligently to get it fixed in no time so it wouldn’t do anymore damage. The second time a truck pulled the entire electrical panel off the house and George came very fast to fix it within 20 mins. He had great communication with me throughout the whole process and was very helpful.

    I’ve used Esposito twice and both times the technician sent was George. I cannot praise George enough. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and very pleasant. Both times my issue was my pool pump. I wasn’t sure whether to call an electrician or a pool company, but decided on an electrician. I’ve been using Jason Klein Electricians since I’ve been in West Caldwell however, the last two times I needed help they were very busy but THEY referred me to Esposito! So, big kudos to them for referring me to Espositos! Basically, you can’t go wrong with either, but a big thank you to George for quickly determining the issue and resolving it in a very timely and creative manner!! George is terrific!

    We needed 4 new lines installed to upgrade old wiring that had too many electronics on one circuit. Tom came in and scoped out the job and gave me a fair price. The job had to be rescheduled but it was done with plenty of notice. When the techs Danny and Ashley came out to do the job Tom met them and reviewed the details of the job with them. The work was done professionally and with no wasted time. I was very impressed. They made no attempt to upsell me and had no problem installing fixtures that I had ordered from Amazon.

I lost power in my bathroom and part of my bedroom on a Sunday and I called and they answered the phone, we decided it was not an emergency and they said they could send someone tomorrow to work on the issue.John G. Was Great ! He arrived on time, was very courteous, and professional he fixed the wiring issue in my bathroom and bedroom and even answered questions and explained what he was doing. What a nice guy.They are up front on exactly what they are doing and completely transparent about the cost of services. They communicate well on when service is due on the unit and are flexible to set up times to have the service performed that works for us.     I used Esposito for a few of my repair needs. The last one was for a whole house Generator. They were great, I had a problem with the gas company and upgrade work they were doing in the area. But Esposito always followed up to find out what was going on. Took care of anything when they could do something to help with the process. I would definitely recommend them.

    I reached out to Espositos Electric for a pretty big job. My home was built in 69 and had a significant amount of aluminum branch wiring, which is a known fire risk. While they mentioned a handful of methods to address, I knew I wanted it all replaced with copper for piece of mind. Brian and Logan spent 5 days at the house replacing all of the identified wiring, cleaning up the electrical panel, installing a couple of new circuits/outlets for future uses, and even installed recessed lighting in my living room. While a number of holes were required for these efforts, they did a great job to minimize the future painting/repair work required by placing the drywall cutouts back in the walls and finding creative ways to run the wiring. Brian and Logan did excellent work and were consomate professionals, even taking care not to let the auto-closing doors slam and doing a great job buttoning up the house at the end of the day and cleaning up any debris from there work as if they never were there. But it was also more than that, the coordinator John did a great job in answering all of my questions when building the proposal and working with me as I added and removed line items to meet my overall budget. Very happy to recommend and use them again in the future.

    Value added customer service is alive and well at Espositos Electric! Their technician Frank Z. came out today to do the annual maintenance on my Generac. He delivered the type of high quality service customers don’t often receive these days. He was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and very good at educating me regarding how to understand and care for my generator system. He explained exactly how the system would work in the event of a power outage, took the time to walk me through loading the generator’s alert software on my phone (and reinforced it by having me walk though logging in myself), and for icing on the cake he even cleaned the exterior of my generator after completing the maintenance and testing. This is a man who takes pride in his work. Customer satisfaction and retention is the result. Hey Espositos… Frank’s a keeper. You don’t want to lose him.
