Mike with Bright Light Electric LLC is absolutely the best! He goes out of his way to be punctual, professional and neat. He truly takes pride in his work. He made an extra trip to my home to repair damages that the electricity company created while running my underground line. He had to dig up and re-expose the ground that was filled in by them as well, just so I could pass inspection. He did all that within an hour of calling him. Great customer service, with great attention to detail. He truly cares about his customers and his work. Id highly recommend anyone that needs electric work done to give him a call.

The poor reviews of bright light were from people who have never hired him. Mike is professional, great at communicating with customers, and very reasonably priced. We are home renovators and have used him on our personal homes. It’s taken us a long time to find an electrician we like who is dependable. I’d recommend him to any of our future customers as well as any family and friends

It was great working with Mike. He came out for a free estimate, received the estimate within a few days, and scheduled the work to be done. He is great about confirming and reminding of appointments. He was on time and very friendly. We had several outlets installed in our garage and they look and work great. No issues! We are definitely keeping him in our contacts for future work!

Half the outlets in my room stopped working and Mike took the time between jobs to stop by and fix everything on a busy day. Within 30 minutes he had found the issue and fixed it. You won’t find anyone more knowledgeable or trustworthy.

I called Mike on Wednesday evening for the first time about installing my meter pole, meter box and a disconnect box for the ac. Contact him on Thursday when I got my details together. Utterly professional, quality work thats hard to find these days. Entergy cut off our power at 7 in the morning as requested, Mike from BLE was there at 7:30 sharp. Performed the work quicker than anticipated, with quality youd expect from much, much higher priced competition. Finishing around 11 AM, he informed my wife to contact Entergy to return service to our house. He stayed until they returned around 7:30PM, without charging for his time, just to make sure we would have our power restored. And in an effort that exceeds todays standards, while waiting for Entergy, he helped me bust up some concrete for a fence post that needed replacing that had nothing to do with the work I paid him for. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

Technician was excellent. Service was exceptional and quick. Estimated a 4hr job but was done in 2 hrs and adjusted price accordingly. Extremely professional.Came out and estimated the job, had an accurate competitive quote within a day, and was scheduled within a week.Highly recommend.
