    I was suggested by a friend to contact Jim at My Personal Plumber and all I can say is my friend was right!. Jim was absolutely amazing. At first, I thought our hot water heater was bad and needed replacing. Jim asked me to explain my situation which I did. He then said, based upon what youre experiencing it may not be the hot water heater. So Jim arrives, does his research and performs general maintenance. Heating coils checked out fine. Ended up with low heating temperatures set on both the coils and low volume water restraining filters on the faucets including the showers. My final cost was $79! Amazing

    Excellent service. Rhonda does an awesome job. Installed new toilets in both bathrooms on separate occasions. Quick, efficient, and cleaned up to the point that you would never know she was there (except for the new toilets 😊).Update: Used My Personal Plumber again for leak repair and garbage disposal install both in kitchen. Jim did the work this time. Took care of both tasks in about an hour. Another great experience.

    I cant say enough good things about My Personal Plumber! We had two other companies bid on our project, which included the replacement of our hot water tank, installing a new cut-off valve, and changing out three faucets. Both of those companies wanted almost double what My Personal Plumber quoted us.Jim and Heather were fantastic in coordinating everything. Rhonda, our service tech, was simply amazing. She communicated with us throughout every step of the project, letting us know when she started and completed each task. Jim even stopped by at the end to ensure everything was done to perfection.The quality of their work, coupled with their excellent customer service, truly sets them apart. We highly recommend My Personal Plumber for any plumbing needs!

    My Personal Plumber is very customer oriented. Jim has always responded in a prompt manner when Ive called with a plumbing issue. My most recent was a fill valve in the toilet tank that needed to be replaced. Never a concern that this company is giving you false information or charging outrageous prices. Jim is down to earth and will give you an honest answer. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone.

    I could not be happier! I will only use My Personal Plumber going forward, there is nobody else you should use in my opinion. I needed to have my water heater replaced. I called to get pricing and a timeframe to have the work done, they didnt try to hit me with a service, like a lot of other place, and they provided a straight forward price to what I believe was a straight forward job.     Definitely recommend! Jim came out and fixed my water heater and Ive had the best hot showers since! The prices are fair and affordable.     I was referred to My Personal Plumber by a friend. I needed replacement of a water heater, 2 bathroom sinks and faucets and and a kitchen faucet. Jim provided an estimate and answered all my questions. Heather scheduled the work to be done and coordinated the water heater delivery. Rhonda completed the work.     Contacted Steve K. because he had done work for me before via AHS and he did a great job on an emergency repair. So when I needed a new dishwasher installed I called. Jim was here promptly the next day. Took out the old dishwasher and had to rearrange the drain etc which was probably not expected. All done very nice and neat. Jim was knowledgeable, very polite and courteous also goes that extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. I will call my personal plumber every time I need any other plumbing done. 5 star company and the people are awesome!! Highly recommend!!

    We called My Personal Plumber this week to request service on a leaking sink waste disposal. Steve answered the phone immediately, listened to the problem, asked some questions and then gave his opinion of the core issue and repairs needed He had to source a spare part and said he would get back to me, which he did. Very quickly! He then called to check on a convenient time for me and was at the house within 15 minutes. He was very friendly and professional and explained what he was doing and why. He also left the area around the sink perfectly clean and tidy. The whole job was done and dusted in no time at all and the price was incredibly reasonable. We have made a note of My Personal Plumber and opened a folder to keep the details as we will definitely be using this business again. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for outstanding service, good prices, excellent communication and an overall pleasant experience. Five starts, well earned!

    We placed a call this morning and Jim and Christian arrived shortly. They were professional and explained how they were going to fix our leaky faucet problem and unfortunately for us, the garbage disposal died prior to their arrival. They quickly worked to fix everything in a timely manner. Jim was outstanding and his apprentice, Christian, was more than willing to observe and do what his mentor requested.     Plumbers name was Jim. He showed up on time, courteous, friendly, and professional. Fixed toilet, installed garbage disposal, and dish washer. Allowed me to buy my own appliances. Took appliances out of box from my garage, and took away old unwanted appliances. Great work. Everything working perfect 5 days later. Price, in my opinion, reasonable.     After hours, over the weekend we had water flowing up from our toilets and tubs and didnt know what to do. Jim was kind enough to trouble shoot the issue with me over the phone over a few calls.     I purchased a new house and asked Steve from My Personal Plumber to help me to replace my broken water heater. Steve provided a number of options from standard water heaters to the new energy efficient models. I decided on an energy efficient model and I absolutely love it. This water heater uses the heat from the air in my garage to heat the water and then it cools the garage as a side effect. Ive had it on full energy efficient mode since I purchased it and the water has been hot for every shower with 6 people in the house. The heater was priced just right and Steve expertly removed my old water heater and installed the new one.These guys are trustworthy, honest and absolute professionals. I dont leave many reviews but I felt that this service warranted one as it can be hard to find professionals that you can trust when things start to break down. Ill be calling them again on my next plumbing emergency as I know Ill be in good hands.

    My old water heater bit the dust, I called Jim at My Personal Plumber and we discussed options. I decided on the Bradford White 80 gal Hybrid Heater. Am I glad I did. After an excellent installation, I had 80 gallons of hot water in about an hour and a half. Jim and his partner were efficient, Knowledgeable, friendly and kept me informed about features and benefits of the hybrid heater. I highly recommend them and if needed will use them again

    Bought a new house that had been vacant for a while and we have been working out the kinks ever since. I have now called My Personal Plumber twice to help with said kinks. Both times call back response was fast and efficient. I never got the impression anything was too insignificant for him to check it out, which has not been true of other places i have called. Steve was honest and friendly the first trip, even telling me i didnt really need anything from him and the problem would most likely take care of itself at no charge. I really appreciated him not trying to up sell me on anything. He even took the time to go over some upcoming projects and give me guidance there as well. The second call was a bit more urgent and handled as such. My morning disaster was resolved before lunch and at a competitive price! I couldnt be happier thus far and will be using My Personal Plumber for any future plumbing needs. No one wants to have to call the plumber, Im just glad that when I do, I know I have a reliable contact.

    I will recommend My Personal Plumber to all my friends.I didnt discover my leak until the late afternoon but they came out the next morning and fixed the leak. It was in the main line into the house & the meter was spinning.He told me when I get my water bill to take the invoice that shows I got it fixed to the water company and they might discount the bill. He didnt have to tell me that but he went the extra mile. Great job!

    I broke the copper line on an outside faucet trying to remove a hose with pliers causing a major leak on a Sunday evening. I called Steve he had me cut the water off to prevent it going back into the house and he was out promptly the next morning. He repaired the line and installed a new faucet better than the original installation for a fair price. Would recommend to anyone. Great job!

    Steve and Jim have been life savers for me. I went through a number of plumbers before I found them. Now I know I can rely on them for all plumbing needs. They have replaced a toilet, snaked clean pipes and replaced old pipes that were cracked. They have a price sheet that describes everything so you know how much to expect.     Im late but I havent forgotten. Its a busy time of year and I have to say I never used My Personal Plumber before but I WILL not use anyone else again.I am a very tough critic, and I am one of those home owners who will watch every step of a service call so that I know what is being done and also to learn from the service tech on what I can do later if necessary.From the first phone call at 8am on 12/11/15 I was given extraordinary customer service. I was shocked to hear the service call was $49.00 (industry LOW) and they would be at the house in 30 min. Every thing was spot on, and although the problem was not a major one for me to do on my own, they gave me outstanding service, and they were very helpful on what I needed to do with great detail.On that day I replaced a blown out upper heating element that had fully exploded inside the water tank. As of today 12/23/15 my water is HOT and I have not had one issue since. In detail I went through all the steps I was instructed to do, although this learning experience was not a fun one it was nice to have the help to do it all correctly.These men have integrity and its nice to know there are service people out there who are more in tune with doing the right thing, rather than looking out for the best way to gain the all mighty dollar....THANK YOU!! and I wish you gentlemen and your families a safe and Merry Christmas and a New Year of many blessings.Staci

I asked to put me on a wait list in case an appt opened up and the office manager Heather called the same day and was able to schedule an appt two days sooner than expected! This is a prime example of superior customer service. Rhonda arrived on time was very professional and efficient. They are now saved on my phone and only plumber I would call in the future!     Was very pleased that this company was able to take what I thought to be a tricky problem and quickly fix it. I am moving into a new condo and the laundry rooms hot water heater had water filtration canisters and piping attached which would have blocked installation of my washer and dryer. These were removed, the pipes were reworked, and now there will be no problem. Very dependable service.
