Pete was absolutely fantastic to work with! He answered my call right at 5 pm and was at my house an hour and a half later to troubleshoot my installation of a smart thermostat. Everything appeared to be in working order that evening, but I woke up to a very chilly house the next morning. A quick text to Pete and he was there within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved in a few hours. He was professional, courteous and explained his work in a way that I could understand. I would recommend Pete without question!

My husband and I just bought a house and there was major backup in the basement. Pete was on time and SO thorough. He used his camera to scope everything he could and explained in detail what was wrong. He was also able to explain the problems in a way a non-plumber could understand. Not only that, he came back and helped our seller understand the problems so they could be fixed. Without him, we would likely have had some patchwork bandaid put on it that didn’t get to the root of the problem. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t imagine using another plumber again.

Pete was great! I had a drainage clog throughout my whole house. I had to go to work but my boyfriend was at the house. By the time I got home, he was gone. I could take a shower, do laundry, and brush my teeth. All of it was at a great price

From the first call, I felt like I was being heard and that my problem was being taken very seriously. He squeezed me into the schedule same day, for a repair he doesnt typically do, so we could start using our kitchen again. He was very efficient, knowledgable, and kind. Even gave me advice/guidance on some other home repairs we want to tackle in the future. After it was all said and done, the cost came out far less than I anticipated and was very affordable. I will, without a doubt, be using PQ plumbing in the future and highly recommend them!
