    Windows ordered the end of May and were installed 11/1/24. Installers arrived on time. I was greeted by Doug, who explained their installation process. One of the first things Doug said was to thank me for choosing Window World. All the guys were courteous and professional. They were finished in one day. Doug went over warranty, and we checked the operation of all windows. He thanked me again for my business. Windows look great. Im very pleased, just waiting for some screen fixes.

    I recently used window world to replace a roof on a duplex I own and the entire experience was fantastic. I worked with Joe Bay, one of Window World’s most experienced, and he took great care of us. He was very friendly, professional, and ensured our roof replacement went smoothly. I’d gladly work with them again.

    The install crew was on time and went right to work. Doug was in charge and answered questions and concerns while doing the installation. This was the first time they were to install Bahama shutters so the installation crew went through a learning curve with the product and its installation. The second challenge they had was our house was built in 1906 but they handled that challenge as well. Doug did a post install inspection with us and addressed the one concern we had. The only suggestion I have for the manufacturer is to offer some additional options for the length of the product. There were only 2 options, the length we ordered or full coverage of the window. I would have preferred a slightly longer shutter. The other suggestion is delivery of the product, we ordered on April 30th, was told mid July and delivery was not until the end of September.

    I found Caitlynne and Tom to be the perfect team. They carefully ordered my windows. It arrived perfectly and on time. The two windows added value to my home. The Window World team was easy to work with. I enjoyed saying thank you to them for working so well together to create my perfect windows. I even called Caitlynne personally to thank her for the excellent project management that she did. Tom even came and inspected the final install. I appreciate his professionalism.Best qualities: value, on-time, professional, caring, respectful,craftsmanship, and the leadership of of Tom and Caitlynne, they were excellent teamates.

    Joe Bay came out to our home and helped us price out the options for a full roof replacement. Very helpful and made himself available to us for all the questions we had including help dealing with our insurance. No need to shop elsewhere!!

    Updated postInstallation scheduled a week from now. One day install. Will submit photos after completion. Still, a little more communication would not hurt but if all goes well, cannot complain.

    I didnt like the way it looked when they were finished, I call and they fixed it, notice from the pictures I included the wholes on both sides of the windows and under. The last picture was not addressed

    I needed my windows replaced in my unit and I reached out to Window World for a quote and Connor was excellent to work with! He explained everything thoroughly of what Window World offers and answered every question I had. Having new windows makes a world of difference and Im glad I reached out!     I just wanted to post my experience regarding Window World. In todays world most companies would not have demonstrated the ethic, commitment , and reliability shown by this supplier. I had a situation where the siding was improperly installed by a Window World contractor. I spoke with General manager Chris Thornhill and knew right off the bat that he cared about the work his company puts out. I am a pretty good judge of character but was more than pleased with the out come. Chris actually came to the house himself and promised to take care of the issue. Chris sent a contractor out to redo some siding work which turned out excellent. Chris never worried about warranty or money for the job. He just did what was right. This my friends is an outfit you can trust to do the right thing and actually cares about the customer. I highly recommend Window World for your next windows.Regards,Mike

    It was a great choice. I had my whole roof reshingled, It was done in 1 day a very quick process I would highly recommend them to be your first choice.

    We were in desperate need of a new roof, and Window World quoted us an amazing price. Their sales team was nothing but professional and accommodating, and when it came time to put on the roof, their team was amazing. They finished our roof in one day, and cleaned up! We are so pleased with Window Worlds service, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Great experience and pricing was highly competitive. Very good customer service, especially from Joe. We had 9 windows done: 3 awnings, 3 triple pane sliders and 3 double hung. The install team did a fantastic job and addressed all of our concerns. Would recommend and use again.

    Initial meetings exactly on time. Two months time lapse between measurement and installation. Some confusion over telephone numbers, but job is done. This is totally exterior door. Will have year to evaluate its performance in various temperatures.

    This is the second time we are using Window World. The first time Window World has replaced 9 windows in our townhome, and it had made a major impact on both our cooling and heating bills. We just moved into a double wide that is 36 years old and has some of the original windows that are completely outdated and insufficient. I try getting other quotes from other window installers and not one could come close to Window World. I also purchased a new storm door as well!
