    Wonderful experience with the team at Grace Roofing. From the estimate to the date of install, they were communicative and kind. Sam did our estimate and really took the time to show me everything and go over what was needed. I felt I was getting the real deal and not a runaround. Marina, the office manager, is wonderful. We had a lot of questions and she was so very patient! Shane, the project manager, and his crew did a fantastic job. They were friendly and warm. They cleaned up well and the roof looks fantastic!

    I highly recommend Grace Roofing. Very well organized, responsive from initial estimates to quick/reliable scheduling. They showed up exactly when the said them would, started the work immediately. The roof was completely replaced in one full 9 hour day.     I highly recommend Grace Roofing LLC. They did exactly what they promised to do from the time their estimator Samantha arrived at my house to inspect my roof to the time their crew left my premises after completing the roof replacement job. They provided me with a reasonable price quote and did not charge me for any extras or try to bump up the price on the day the work was being performed. Their contract spelled out the work to be done in plain English, and they did everything as noted in the contract. The roofing materials were first quality. Their crew was on time and they worked diligently, all day, to get the job completed in one day, as promised. Their office staff returned my phone calls and emails prior to their crew arriving at my home. The staff answered a couple of concerns of mine and their foreman Seth and their crew addressed those concerns during the course of the roof replacement. The company e-mailed me with a date and time when the work would be performed and the crew showed up on time, as promised. I rate the quality of their work as “ 100%, an A+”. The work crew cleaned up when the job was completed and scoured my yard and driveway with a magnetic “nail finder” to pick up any errant roofing nails. They used tarps and were careful to not damage plantings, my lawn and an air condition condenser unit. I highly recommend Grace Roofing LLC. I was referred to them by a 4th generation, speciality metal, roofing contractor friend of mine who recommended them without hesitation. I likewise recommend Grace, without hesitation! I would give them more stars in my review, but there are only five stars available.

    My roof was replaced in 2014. I have since had leaks in my family room. Grace roofing company bought the company that did my roof and replaced the area that appears to be leaking at no cost in September. The owner was very pleasant to deal with. Now I am awaiting a rainstorm to see if the problem has been corrected.

    As new homeowners who had to confront a faulty roof, we turned to Grace Roofing after soliciting bids from 9 other roofing companies.From the initial site visit with Guinevere we could tell she was knowledgeable, professional, and interested in helping us find a long-term solution.After Guinevere patiently worked through the particulars of our unique situation, Nigel and his crew delivered on the plan, ultimately installing a premium standing seam metal roof at a fair price.Were fortunate to have found Grace Roofing LLC and would absolutely work with them again in the future (though we dont suspect that will need to happen!)

They provided a free estimate, made a site visit where they explained the whole roofing system and showed us all the options, and had great communication.     We couldn’t be more pleased than we are with Grace. Our roof was replaced last week. They came when they said they would, completed the job in one day, and cleaned up thoroughly. After they left, we noticed that they had accidentally poked a hole in a gutter. I notified them immediately, and a day later, they had someone come and replace the gutter. Thank you, Grace Roofing!

    There were initial scheduling delays, but Grace was very good with communications. We needed our ridge vent replaced - when they got onsite, they found additional problems with a section of plywood - they took care of everything quickly and cleanly, the roofers were courteous and friendly.     The Grace crew was amazing! My house has never looked so good! They installed onyx black shingles with black drip edge and flashing! They completed the entire job in one day!     Grace Roofing was the best!!! We had 5 other roofers come out and assess our house and give estimates for a tear off and replacement of asphalt shingles. The woman owned Grace Roofing inspected our roof from the attic as well as the exterior and made recommendations that were both logical and economical. When the contract was issued it was completely outlined as what was to be done and which materials were to be used. The crew arrived on time and got to tarping the house to protect the landscaping, A/C condenser and satellite dish immediately. They tore off the old shingles and prepped the deck for new, rapidly and efficiently. We were amazed as to how well the team worked together. The crew did a great job cleaning up the debris, even running a magnetic sweep over the area to pickup any errant nails. Nigel, the lead mechanic/foreman went out of his way to add some custom tin work where we had an issue with birds nesting under our rear decks roof. The job was excellent, the warranty was the best we had seen and the materials were of the highest quality.     Grace Roofing deserves a 10 Star Review! Gwen and Samantha came to check my problem. They were so nice and Gwen knew exactly what it was and how to fix it. She inspected everything and explained everything in simple terms what she found and what needed to be done.     After putting up with occasional leaks in our kitchen after some tougher storms, we ended up hiring Grace Roofing to evaluate and replace part of our roof. We had some issues getting an estimator here - in one case, they did not make the time and were over an hour away, so we needed to re-book. The second evaluator appointment was only about 10 minutes late. The evaluation took 10 minutes, and I received the quote within the next day or two.The office team was quick to work with me on getting paperwork completed and to schedule an appointment to have the work done. Appointments, as of this review, are scheduled for a date on the Friday prior to the week where your job will be done. So, if your job is scheduled for a given week, then they will let you know the date and approximate time of the appointment on the Friday preceding that week.We had some scheduling hiccups mostly because of heat index cancellations (totally understandable) and other jobs coming before ours, pushing the queue back a bit. All of this made sense and they were transparent about this.We finally received an appointment date, roughly a month and a half after the initial call to Grace Roofing, given all the delays mentioned above.The morning of the appointment, they send a photo of the job crew who will be showing up, along with an approximate time. Both of these details were correct. The crew was pleasant to work with, was informative about what needed to be done, and was communicative about any hiccups or questions they had. Approximately 20% of my roof was stripped down and replaced, and this was completed in approximately 5-6 hours.Overall, I would recommend Grace Roofing despite the few hiccups that we had, and I will likely work with them again for any future needs.

    I was very happy with Grace roofing’s installof my barn roof. They were so fast and efficient, they were finished before I even knew they started! Seriously, they put new tin roofing on half my barn in 2 hours. The barn is quite high and I didn’t even see how they got the tin up there. I was busy doing farm chores and before I knew it they were finished and were fixing some sloppy work from a previous contractor on the other side of the roof.The whole crew was very polite and professional. They left no mess behind. They were on time and communicated well in advance about any changes in schedule due to weather- this was December after all.I was so happy with their work, I’ve hired them again to reroof my house, and was given a very reasonable quote.I would highly recommend Grace roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

    Grace Roofing was phenomenal with our new roof installation. They came out and assessed, talked about options, gave us materials to review, sent a VERY detailed packet with pricing and gave us time to decide. They werent pushy, they didnt oversell at all. We ended up going with a metal roof and could not be happier. The price was incredible too. The team came out and was on time, did our entire roof in 1 day. Again, the price was unreal. A similar roof from another local company was quoted almost 2x as much as Grace quoted us. There was nothing hidden with their pricing either. Phenomenal roofing company, we will 100% use them again if we ever need to.

    Grace Roofing Inc recently reroofed our office. We are extremely happy with their work. Guinevere was very helpful planning the job.     Im a big fan of metal roofing because its not made from oil, it weighs less than the asphalt shingles increasing the load carrying capacity of your house, and its okay to insulate directly under the roof sheathing. I was surprised how few companies around here did metal roofing, so I was thrilled when I discovered Grace. They have been great from the start to work with, answering directly from Yelp, and responding to my texts throughout the project, within at most 24-48 hours. Most important, they do a great job. The roof looks great, and is watertight.

    From the first visit and evaluation of our roof, I was impressed with the professionalism, care, and understanding of our needs and desires with our roof. Guin, Nigel, and the rest of the crew couldnt have been more pleasant to work with, and their care of the job as well as the surroundings of the yard near the house (bushes, plants, flowers, decks) was top notch. The workmanship is excellent, and they are as efficient as one would hope. Never was our project in jeopardy of being caught short due to rainfall. One of the most important things to me when dealing with contractors is communication. The communication with Guin was excellent, timely, responsive, and never left me wondering what the next step was. The crew showed up when she said they would. A roof project can be expensive, and you want to make sure you are getting your moneys worth. We did. I cant recommend Grace Roofing enough.

    This company is totally professional and their bid was lower than any of the other roofers I contacted. All my questions were answered before work began, the job was completed in two and a half days (and would have been done in only two had it not been for strong wind gusts on the second day), the roofers were conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day, and on top of that both Guinevere and Nigel seem genuinely devoted to doing an excellent job. Its a real pleasure to stroll outside the house now and look up at my lovely new roof.

    I just had a wonderful experience with Grace Roofing. They did the original roof on a home I bought 3 years ago about 3 years before I bought it. I had some wind damage done and called them about replacing it immediately since they did the original installation. Not only did they replace the damaged pieces but they even took new measures to make sure other parts of the roof didn’t get damaged by replacing the ridge in its entirety when then wasn’t in the original scope of work. They even went out of their way to order new material that they thought was better than what they originally installed 6 years ago and replaced that only charging me labor and not for the materials. This is a company that I feel is out for my best interest at heart and was willing to take responsibility for something that I didn’t even know could have caused a problem down the line and I respect that so much. Happy to recommend them with 5 + stars and am so pleased with their service and honesty!!!!

    We got several estimates for a skylight replacement job. Their in person quote was the most well informed, as well as the lowest of all we got. BUT- unlike the others, they also told us how by adding a small upgrade, the whole job qualifies for a 26% tax credit, so their quote became even lower by comparison. They were great communicators, timely with the work, and they accomplished the job quickly and quietly, leaving no trace of their visit behind. If you are considering roofing or skylight work, consider them for an estimate. They are SO knowledgeable, and so connected to our community. Plus, you wont find another roofer anywhere who also runs a not for profit dance studio out of the business location! Guin and Nigel are such wonderful people, such a pleasure to do business with.

The foreman (Luke) did a very professional job installing the beautiful standing seam roof on front and back of house. Guys always sealed everything up at end of day from weather elements. This was a several day project with all the weather delays. Guys cleaned up very well too. House looks awesome with the new metal roofing.

    This local family business did two new roofs for me. One was for a historic Hudson River home and the other was for a suburban house.     Guinivere, Nigel and their team were amazing. They came to fix our roof after a big storm, and set realistic expectations about what we needed done and the timeframe it can be done in. They know their stuff: Guinivere picked out the perfect shingle color match . . . from the ground! On top of everything, they had an opening weeks early and contacted me right away to get the job done asap. Could not recommend them more!
