We were very happy with Maxima Concrete. Even though our project got delayed due to issues getting the permit from Franklin County our project was quickly added to their schedule as soon as we were ready. They showed up when they said they would, communicated with us throughout the project and completed as promised a barn foundation and a stamped walkway. We are very happy with them and have referred several other people to their services.

We hired Maxima to install a 740 sq ft stamped concrete patio with stairs and a 4 ft poured fire pit. We love our new space!The initial contact was great! The sales professional was on time and spent a good deal of time walking the area and making sure he understood my vision. I was able to get on schedule very quickly considering the other concrete contractors were several months to a year out.The crew arrived on time every day, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. The patio was built correctly and it turned out great! I had a special request for a large poured concrete fire pit and I was accommodated. It turned out great too! Overall we are very happy. We paid a fair price for high quality work. We will think of Maxima first if we have another concrete project in the future.

You can tell a lot about the quality of a company by how they respond to their mistakes. Maxima did a small residential job for us and I was impressed with their professionalism, communication and clear procedures. Then a small mistake was made on their end which meant on the day of the pour, things had to be postponed. I was sure we would hear excuses, lose our place on the schedule and face possible increased costs. Instead, Maxima owned their mistake, apologized sincerely, prioritized getting things right and came back to do the job two days later! It would be easy to give them 5 stars for the quality of the work-it was fantastic, our patio/sidewalk looks amazing. But these 5 stars are for honesty, integrity and great customer service-things hard to find today. I strongly recommend Maxima for your next concrete job.

We love our pool patio. Maxima removed the old concrete, poured new concrete and stamped it. They also built the pool border and patio steps using pavers. We get compliments all the time. Stamped concrete color is modern gray with release agent dolphin.

Maxima Concrete is a great company to work with. They have plenty of experienced employees and can get things done in a few weeks rather than smaller companies that take a few months to a year. I liked that they have people for every task (digger, framer, pour, finisher). Everyone was an expert at their job. They removed a 30x3 sidewalk and small front porch (4x9) and installed a larger one (14x17) and 4 wide sidewalk for us. They did a monolithic pour that I wanted that other companies I had look at the job didnt want to do. They made sure to use plenty of rebar and made sure it was propped in the middle of the concrete. They kept me involved in the job and made sure I understood and approved of each step. They had to haul in extra fill dirt for a ramp to drive their buggy up on to make the pour and they hauled it away and cleaned up after in a timely manner. If you want it done right by people who take pride in their work, give them a call.

Had a concrete patio installed about a month ago. The whole process from start to finish was great! Paul came out to look at our backyard and give us the estimate.He was very detailed and made sure to answer any and all questions I had. The scheduling process with Caio was also great, he was easy to reach with questions and very friendly. The patio itself is fantastic! Everyone that comes over and sees it immediately compliments on how professional and great the concrete looks! We even made a change(added some size to the patio) during the middle of construction that Paul and the crew handled with ease. Overall we are very happy with everything!

As far as Im concerned Maxima is the expert on pouring & finishing classic concrete driveways. There crew did an awesome job! I chose Maxima after seeing several driveways they did in our neighborhood. I loved the other driveways looked and really love how our driveway turned out. The new driveway really improved our homes street appeal and Im sure it increased our homes value by several times what it cost. The cost was very reasonable for what we got.

We had Maxima install a large stamped concrete patio. They worked with us on implementing our design and properly formed the pour site. They obtained the necessary permits and performed the work in an efficient and timely manner. We had estimates from two other contractors and Maxima was in the middle of the two. They are by far one of the most expensive groups but you get what you pay for. The workers were very professional, barely spoke English but a great group of very hard working people I would invite back anytime. We had them do the front walkway upto the porch, a side walkway around our barn, and a patio in the back stained and stamped.

Our old patio was removed and a new stamped and colored concrete patio was installed. Maxima did an excellent job in the installation and we are very happy. The only issue we experienced was that our patio required cleaning and resealing after the initial installation. It was sawcut at the same time that sealer was placed, which caused residual sawcut dust on the surface. My recommendation for anyone in the future would be to ensure that there is ample time between these activities. Id recommend that it be specified in the contract documents that the patio will be sawcut and then power washed. Id require the patio to be visually inspected and completely dry prior to sealing. Maxima rectified the issue and we are happy with the end results. They were responsive and corrected the issue promptly.We had three quotes that were essentially the same cost and it really came down to their knowledge of concrete and associated specifications, which matched what I was anticipating as a practicing Civil Engineer.

I used Maxima to replace an asphalt driveway with a concrete one and install a new sidewalk. I wait a year to write reviews so I can accurately review the companys quality of work, and I have not been disappointed. The driveway looks amazing and has not shown any sign of cracks or failures. Equally important is the companys level of customer service. I had called other companies but Maxima was the only one able to meet my timeline. They were not the least expensive nor the most expensive, but I feel they were the best for what I wanted. I worked with Paul Elder and found his expertise, customer service, and design guidance to be exceptional! I highly recommend Maxima Concrete.

The folks at Maxima had the best handle on all the permits (HOA, Township, County) that were required to expand the footprint of our driveway. Everything was explained and covered. Maxima Concrete replaced my 52 year-old crumbling driveway, gutter and sidewalk. I had the sidewalk widened and made into a ramp to the stoop height to facilitate aging in place. I also had them extend my front stoop to eliminate the stretch of sidewalk in front of it to provide a larger sitting area. I could not be happier.The two gentlemen providing the quote and scheduling the project were most responsive and patient with my questions, as well as keeping me informed about the progress of the project. Maxima used separate crews for the demolition/framing and pouring/finishing work. Both crews were extremely courteous, professional and true craftsmen. The lead on the demolition/framing crew took great pride in the finished slope of the ramped sidewalk.I now have the most attractive driveway and sidewalk in my neighborhood. The proportions of the smoothly tooled edges with the brushed surfaces, placement and tooling of control joints, and especially the distinctive treatment of the wings on the driveway where it meets the street reflect true craftsmanship. Thanks Maxima for a beautiful job!

The employee who did the estimate took his time and provided us with a thorough, comprehensive estimate and contract outlining all the work that would be done. The crew that framed the job were meticulous in making sure the proper slope for drainage was there. Several times the job supervisor had the crew redo the framing because he wasnt happy with the slope. The crew that did the pour were great, taking their time to make sure things looked great. All employees couldnt have been more courteous and professional. Wed definitely use Maxima again.

Maxima put in a large patio for our backyard. Rain ended up delaying the project a few times, but they kept us updated throughout the whole process. The plans for our patio were changed mid-project after discovering our existing concrete they were supposed to tie into was not poured correctly by our builder. Although this was unexpected, the owner, Flavio, made sure everything was fixed and the end product turned out great. Based on our experience, this company clearly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. We highly recommend and will likely use them again for future projects.

Im so disappointed. Why would anyone do such a thing? I am going to have a sign made that says something such as No spray painting our concrete...not sure if that would have prevented what happened or if it may attract such an occurrence from happening again but I never in my wildest dreams expected that to happen!

We hired Maxima concrete to replace our driveway and sidewalk late last fall. I waited to write this review to see how the driveway held up over the winter, the concrete held up very well, no pitting or cracking, and drains perfectly. The whole process was very easy, Paul provided a detailed quote, and gave us an estimate on the lead time of when we would be on the schedule. As Paul stated we received a call from Caio with a date that the job would be completed. The old driveway was removed very efficiently without damaging anything else, the gravel was compacted, and the forms were set in the 1st day. The next day another crew poured the new concrete without any issues. Maximas payment terms were much better than any of the others that quoted the job. I would highly recommend Flavio and his crew, and they will definitely be doing our next concrete project.

We had quite a complicated patio project. Our patio is on a steep hill and we wanted the top of the hot tub to be level with the patio. Because of the terrain, it was determined that the entire project needed to be hand dug for fear the bobcat would flip on the steep hill. In addition, no access to the patio to be poured so a pump truck was needed to get the concrete to the area. The workers killed themselves each day hand digging and preparing the site. Flavio, with his engineering background, mastered this project like no other company in the area could. He was very visible stopping by at least once daily to assure the project was completed to Maxima standards. The Maxima team of Paul, Adam, Lyre and many more were so great. Communication was professional and a text or call was always returned. I advise anyone seeking concrete work to use this company but keep in mind that concrete is a weather related business. Be patient if things arent done exactly on your timeline and know that the quality work Maxima produces is worth the wait.

There was an issue with the forms for the new siting area off the porch. I called on Saturday morning at 8 AM leaving a voice message with Jacquie and not really expecting a response till Monday morning. Within 3 hours Flavio, the owner, came out and he saw what I was talking about and promised a crew would be out early Monday to correct it. At 7:45 Monday morning the crew came out and corrected the issue to our complete satisfaction.The following day the concrete was poured as scheduled. The whole project turned out great and looks FANTASTIC, exceeding our expectations!! We have had numerous compliments by neighbors.Both crews; the tear out & form placement crew and the concrete pouring crew, showed up as scheduled, were professional, performed outstanding workmanship and left the work area clean upon work completion.
