    I am an excavation contractor but normally do not get into basement repairs. Today was a little different. The property I was working on has a hairline crack in the basement wall. While I had a decent understanding on how to fix the problem, I called Buckeye Basement Solutions to repair the wall for me. I sent a few pics via email and was told Brian would call shortly. Within 15 minutes he called and excitedly told me that I already did the hard part and confirmed what needed to be done to complete the repair.Going forward, I’m recommending all of my clients to Buckeye Basement Solutions for repairs.     These guys role with the punches like champs.We bought a 163 year old ranch home a few years ago. Despite having gone through a number of updates and remodels, the crawl space was an absolute nightmare. It had been ignored for generations - literally. It was an all dirt crawl space, and the space between the joists and soil was so narrow that much of the crawl space was inaccessible. We needed an encapsulation and dehumidifier to dry out the crawl space, but it seemed an impossible task. We invited 5 different local companies to propose possible solutions, and Buckeye Basement Solutions came out on top.We gave them permission to remove some of the floor in our front room. From there they dug out the crawl space, and used a vac-truck to suck out the loose soil as they dug. That was a brilliant solution. Within a week our nightmare crawl space was transformed into a fully accessible, encapsulated, dehumidified space. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire BBS. These guys were a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. Special thanks to Brian, Jay, Nick, Joe, Jamie, and chase.

    I highly recommend Buckeye Basement Solutions. We needed our basement wall reinforced, and Jay answered all of our questions honestly and clearly. Larry and Braverick did excellent work installing the carbon fiber straps, and were friendly and knowledgeable. We were very impressed by their attention to detail and dedication to a great customer experience. Jay came out to check on the work the day of install, and Brian, the owner, came out for a follow-up visit a few weeks later to check on us. We went from having a basement that was musty and not that pleasant to be in to another work and storage space. The guys did a great job. We are so pleased.

    I had underground downspout pipes that needed replaced on one side of my yard. Eco Plumbers initially gave me a quote of over $4,000, which was crazy. Brian quoted me less than half of that, and his team got the job done in 2 hours. It hardly looks like they dug up my yard. They also repaired my sump piping inside that a previous plumber had installed incorrectly. Very happy with my decision to go with Buckeye Basement!

    The entire experience was great from the beginning. We have only owned our home for two years and noticed our crawl space had some water damage. It turned out that groundwater had been filling the crawl space over time. We had multiple companies out that quoted outrageous prices and made it seem as if the worst thing possible was happening to our home.Brian, one of the owners was the first to come out and give an inspection and was very honest and up front. He then brought out two more members of the team for a more detailed inspection and found out the initial quote was wrong as there was more work to do. He worked with us on price and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way.From there the team of Joe, Ben, and Nick took over and even though it was not a easy job, as they had to extend a bit to get the work done and remove debris that previous owners had left in our crawl space, they worked quickly, effectively and made sure I knew what they were doing every day. They were professional, on time, courteous and willing to answer the many questions I had.At the end they went over everything with me and even brought me down there to show what they had done.Communication was key throughout this process and even though this was a big expense for a first time homeowner, the fact that they were willing to work with me, not oversell and quickly get the work done made me feel at ease.Great work all around to Joe, Nick and Ben and of course Brian and Caitlin in the office!

    Can you imagine your basement was having a major leaking the night before it was gonna be listed? Thank God I had Katelyn and Brian with Buckeye Basement Solutions. The next morning which was a Thursday I called a famous company and was told the earliest they could come was the following Wednesday. The house was listed on that day and we were having open house on that weekend. We just could not wait. So I called the 2nd on my list which is Buckeye Basement Solutions. They didnt have anybody available either but their office manager Katelyn is extremely considerate and thoughtful. She tried her best to squeeze us in and someone came evaluate on SAME DAY! You thought that was the best part? Not yet! After my house went through inspection, my buyer requested evaluation regarding a different issue in my basement. I contacted Buckey Basement again, Katelyn and Brian immediately sent me what was needed after evaluation. I cant count how many calls I had with Katelyn and she was so responsive every. single. time. Brian and Jimmy and other inspectors are simply professional and knowledgeable. I cant recommend this company enough. You would know you are in good hands from the second Katelyn answers your phone call.

    The first time out to our house, there were a few issues. In short, the work was not done to satisfaction and there were significant paint spills and sloppy work. However, the management response to this was amazing. Immediately, they came out to the house and cleaned up every spill and paint mess. They were very apologetic and assured me all would be made right. They arranged for the same guys to come out to finish the job. Zay and Jay did a fabulous job! They covered all surfaces and finished the job well. They were professional and also apologized for the previous work.     Awesome work and awesome customer service. Xavier and Jabauri came out to do most of the install and both were extremely polite to my wife and I, and great with my kids. They answered any questions I had and were quick and quiet, (as quiet as you can be breaking up concrete), despite the limited headroom.Jay and a few others from another crew stopped out at one point with different tools needed and everyone that came in was very polite.Dave one of the owners, who came out to quote the job taught me several things about my basement and didnt push a more expensive fix. He was more than willing to see if the first step fixed the problem completely, and if not theyd be back out to do more. I never felt pressure to pay for a bit expensive repair.Another thing I wanted to mention that just shows their character is that at one point three different trucks had come and gone from my driveway and not one of them drove out onto the grass. Maybe not a big deal to some, but it just shows how much care they take with every part of the job.Great owners and a great team. Id definitely recommend them.

    Can’t say enough good things about Buckeye Basement Solutions! The estimator was super friendly and answered all my questions. He was an even willing to price match another estimate I had.The guys were in and out in about 2.5 hours, even while answer more questions or explaining things.They even added a clean out access point for my water run off, didn’t even think about that!The owner Brian came to my house to check on the work about a week or so later and to make sure everything was in proper working order. Gave me his personal cell phone and told me to call him if anything comes up. Sure enough something did when there was a huge rain later that evening. He will be sending someone out to rectify the situation, free of charge!Quick, efficient, great communication, transparent and want to make sure the customer is satisfied!

Instead of just digging and tearing thing apart, they wanted to make sure the least amount of construction was done to preserve our lawn and basement.     Super quick response time and if you call within their hours you will get someone on the phone. They were honest and let me know that my basement did not need their services, that most likely the issue was somewhere else and to call a plumber. Turns out they were right, it was a water softener hose causing the problem. The company I had out before them tried to get us to pay $18,000 for something we clearly didnt need. I highly recommend! At least have them as a second opinion before going with someone else.

    I couldnt be happier with Buckeye. I found significant water damage in my basement due to shoddy work from a previous companys gutter install. Sunday brought heavy rains and I called Buckeyes emergency number. Shane Hall answered and was wonderful. He was at the house in short order, identified the issue, and assured me that my damage was not structurally of concern. He then worked to temporarily reduce the rainfall until the downspout could be replaced. He said hed even check with someone who might be able to replace and redirect my downspout.     I hired Buckeye Basement Solutions to finish waterproofing my basement in the house I bought last September. The seller had used them to install carbon fiber straps on one wall, and I got two nods of approval from the home inspector and another contractor on the quality of the work. So I felt confident in using them to finish the waterproofing (the seller had done half the basement himself, then quit). They waterproofed the other half of the basement, installed a sump pump, and ran a pipe out away from the house.I was happy with that work. Leaks in that side of the basement disappeared, and it finally dried out to the point I was starting to plan on refinishing it (the old finished basement was ripped out by the seller due to the leaks)Later, the half of the basement the seller did began leaking. He did it improperly. BBS came back out and redid his work. Not a drop of water in the basement since.Im very happy with the work. Recommend highly.Dave, Im sorry this review is so late. It slipped my mind due to other concerns but I wanted your guys to know what a good job they did!

    I had water issues with my basement and we concluded it was a result of a bad down spout. Dave and his team replaced 75 of pipe. The team did a wonderful job as they had to navigate through a slate patio and some bushes. When I came home from work I couldn’t even tell they had been there. They replaced the sod carefully and the patio looks undisturbed. I appreciate their attention to detail. Additionally there was bad weather on the scheduled day of service and they called me the night before to give me a heads up that they might have to slide me to the next day.
