I always request Bill B, whom I find to be professional, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable in his field. I consider him to be honest and trustworthy. When he brought the leaking furnace blower unit to my attention, I knew it was an expensive, but true issue. I wanted it fixed immediately before it failed me at an inconvenient time. Bill B didn’t have his own truck; therefore, he didn’t have a replacement. Bill B excused himself & returned to work. He returned within an hour with a newer furnace blower model and completed the job which made me a happy customer!

Great Experience. A+. Scott was the associate that came to our house. He explained everything very well about the different furnaces and ac units. By time he left, we felt so educated we could explain it to other people. During the process of deciding, Scott answered more questions and even consulted his service team with question to help us understand. My point be above and beyond. All of the interactions with everyone in the office have been great during the paperwork. The guys who came to do the install were very courteous and clean. They did a great install and seemed to work well together as a team. Nothing was damaged and everything was clean when they left. The next day the thermostat didn’t seem to be working quite right and was glitchy. I called Scott who listened to my concern. Jason then call us from the office and asked what was going on. I explained. He dropped everything he was doing and was at my house within the hour. Went above and beyond. Thank you so much for the great experience Kettle Marine.

Paul is a technician from the Madison area and thus it was his first time servicing our home in lake country. He was incredibly thorough and took the additional time to troubleshoot the lack of upstairs airflow by looking at all dampers and the multiple zones. His diligence greatly improved the upstairs temperature. He also inspected the furnace as part of routine maintenance finding a part requiring replacement. Lastly, he helped coordinate a quote for an aging water heater. Thanks Paul for your excellent service!

Called the plumbing department to help fix a shower faucet. Got a nice text telling me who the plumber would be and when he arrived he was very nice and knowledgeable. They needed a part, we agreed it would be ordered and he would come back when it arrived. A few minutes later, I got a call from the office that they had found the part and they would come back the same day. Very nice experience with nice people.

Dustin was on time as usual with Kettle Moraine Heating and Cooling, and did a thorough inspection and filter change and reset our thermostats for the coming winter. I would rate this company as top notch in all aspects from my initial call to completion. Kettle Moraine Heating Cooling sets the bar for the highest ranking in customer service, expertise and responsiveness which all other companies should strive for. Dustin went through everything on the furnace and made sure it was running correctly. Explained about the loud motor and drag on it and it needs a thorough cleaning and a different type filter to help it run easier for now.He will have office call to setup appointment to do that work for me.I was very happy with his explanation of everything and my choices of what to do.Furnace would not keep running and was shutting down after a certain temp was reached. I thought it was the thermostat but it is in airflow and exhaust in the furnace. Very please they came on a holiday to help get heat going again before even colder weather to come this week.

Jason and his helper, Ryan, were very professional. Put on their blue booties and got right to work! Unfortunately I had a previous appointment and I was scheduled in an emergency spot so I was not able to be here while they installed the furnace. We discussed what they were going to do before I left and I left information where they could reach me for any questions. When I returned all paperwork was here, area was clean and the workmanship was excellent. Jason left me a text to call if I had any questions. I’d highly recommend Jason to do your installation.

They were communicative, professional, and did a great job cleaning up every night. It was brutally cold outside and they completed the job despite the challenges. From the sales meeting with Sam, financing options and booking the install with Sherri, and todays install with Joseph, Mike, Tim, Wyatt, and Jason was just great.Everyone was very respectful of our home and of us, listening to what we wanted and making it happen. Explanations were easy to understand; not too much jargon and not over-simplified. All our questions were answered. I feel confident that if we do have follow-up questions, we can give them a call for help...after all, proper knowledge and maintenance will help our system AND our wallet. We werent upsold on anything we didnt need. I originally had a routine inspection with Paul, and he was very friendly and accommodating. He explained everything to me in great detail of what he was looking at while I watched him do what he needed to do. Being so thorough with his work, I learned so much with his visit and I appreciated that a lot. I found out my equipment was over 20 years old, and being a brand new homeowner I knew this was going to be the news considering what the home inspector told me. They had a bundle deal going on at the time, and I was able to take advantage of that before the time slot was over. I got a brand new, high end furnace and AC. I spoke with the manager for a brief moment about the expenses and he was very informative as well. They were able to get a team out to me as soon as possible (2 days after I had my inspection because it was a Friday), so they got my new equipment out to me basically the next business day. The day came of installation and I had the pleasure to meet Kevin and his team. Alec joined in as well to have more hands on deck. They were efficient and courteous, got everything done in a timely matter and walked me through it all after they were done. I appreciate the hard work from every individual that came to assist!!! I highly recommend their services for anyone thinking about it. The staff and everyone were just amazing, and I will be happy to work with them more for any of my future needs.

Brent did an amazing job! He never made me feel pressured to buy a new furnace but did tell me it’s past its prime. He gave me prices for new furnace and AC and we scheduled to have them come out beginning of Dec! Definitely glad I picked them!!

Been in our home almost 35 years. Couple months ago, I saw water on the floor under our washing machine. Decided to replace the washer. Went to the basement to look above where the laundry room water supply lines come up through the floor and saw an electrical junction box under the supply lines. Checking the box, there were mineral deposits on the cover, suggesting water leak in the past. Figuring electricity and water dont mix too well, I called KM Heating & A/Cs electrical division to have someone come out to move the junction box, as our sump pump is plugged into a socket on the junction box. Josh was out on April 19 to do the repair. He chose to move the box over a foot away from the water supply line and managed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Wiring was added and new conduit with connectors were put in. Couldnt be happier to know the new junction box wont get wet, spark up, or cause a fire. New box and conduit can be seen in the picture.Update: July 25, 2024 - we have two central air conditioning units that needed to be checked to make sure they were working as they should. I went to our “go-to” crew at Kettle Moraine Heating and Cooling. Brent was assigned to the task. He did a thorough check of both systems and reset a blower motor on one. He arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. We are looking forward to his return in October to do a check on our two furnaces. Thanks, Brent and KM Heating and Cooling.UPDATE: 10/14/2024: In contrast to “global warming”, our part of Wisconsin is now into “global cooling”. To get ready for colder weather, we had KM Heating and Cooling do a check and tuneup of both furnaces. Patrick was the guy who drew the short straw and came out to check the furnaces. The furnaces are six years old and had no servicing done since they were installed. Good thing Patrick checked them over and explained that both furnaces were not delivering the correct gas pressure and those were adjusted to correct pressure. Igniter sensors needed to be cleaned up or those could have failed and the furnace wouldn’t start. It took Patrick about 45 minutes per furnace and ran $268 with tax. With an early and long winter expected this year, it was good money spent to insure heat when we need it. Thanks much, Patrick, and KM Heating and Cooling.UPDATE: December 16, 2024: We needed to have the wiring checked in a ceiling fan light and the bulb sockets needed to be replaced too. The usual option is to just buy another lamp to wire into the ceiling fan. I looked at thousands and nothing appeared to put enough light directly on the kitchen table like our current one did. The bulb sockets were made of Bakelite plastic that deteriorated over the years due to heat from incandescent bulbs we used to use. I replaced the sockets once and spent most of the day on a ladder to do it. Too old to do that anymore. KM Heating & Cooling electrical division said they could check out the light and possibly salvage it for us. Joseph came over and figured out the problem pretty quickly. He changed out the plastic bulb sockets with ceramic versions and the light has 4 arms on it. Joseph took each arm off, found the wiring showed signs of wear, so he rewired the entire lamp fixture. In about 90 minutes, the job was done and the light was back in service again. Joseph was very efficient and precise in his work. When we need HVAC or electrical service, no one else will be touching our house but Kettle Moraine HVAC/Electrical. Thanks, Joseph !!

We found Kyle to be both completely professional and congenial while performing his duties ... deliberate and focused Hes a very impressive young man! After receiving an estimate, I scheduled an appointment to have the job done. Service tech, Kyle Y Did an awesome job on our annual furnace and air conditioner, maintenance at my house. He was extremely thorough. He had a mislabeled part that didn’t allow him to finish our job with the parts he had on the truck, and without hesitation he went back to the shop to get the correct part to do our job properly. He did this on a Friday night well after hours that I would expect A maintenance tech to be working. I am 100% confident that he provided us with the best possible maintenance and didn’t rush or short change us at all given the circumstances. We had another company come and look at our non-functional AC unit. It was just short of 10years old. They recommended that we needed to replace 3 components on our unit to the tune of $2700. Then they sold us a new AC unit for $10,000. I was not satisfied with that answer so I called Kettle Moraine.Brett was there in a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and got right to the heart of the matter. He replaced one component and tested the other 2 that were recommended to replace. There was nothing wrong with the other 2 components. Our AC unit was working again. With an online coupon the repair cost was $255.70. We canceled the replacement of our AC unit.We will be using Kettle Moraine for replacement of our furnace and AC as well as future maintenance needs.

The estimate was very thorough. Timur took dozens of pictures and measurements, and he took excellent notes. He was at my home for 2 hours, then wrote up 3 estimates (different efficiencies of equipment, bundles, etc) before driving away.Financing was extremely easy also. Working with Sheri on various issues (again, not KMs doing) over the summer was very enjoyable. Shes excellent representative for the company.The installation was fantastic. Bill and Scott took care of everything! My husband barely knew they were there. They came in, took out the old units, and installed the new ones. When they were finished they walked hubby through what theyd done and what we need to do in the future for maintenance.To be honest, we decided to call Kettle Moraine for an estimate because of their tv commercials, which are hilarious. However, after comparing their estimate process with those of other HVAC companies, there was no question about who wed choose. We had other HVAC companies spend less than 20 minutes with me, and said, maybe the ac unit works, maybe it doesnt, but we wont know until its powered up. After interviewing several HVAC companies, including the one I had used since 1995, I chose to purchase both furnaces from Kettle Moraine Heating & Cooling. Great experience with the install and I just finished the annual maintenance and cleaning service. The technician was on time, very professional, reviewed my expectations before starting the work and explained everything to me afterwards. I am very happy and grateful to Home Depot for introducing me to Kettle Moraine Heating & Cooling. I also learned today that KM has other services such as radon mitigation, and plumbing. I like the idea of calling one trustworthy company for maintenance projects so that is a plus as well.

During a routine maintenance air conditioner check on Tuesday by Patrick, I told him that recently during two very hot days, our 3 year old air conditioner was not cooling as quickly as it usually did. Upon checking things out, Patrick found that our condenser had an unusual issue that was causing it not to cool properly, and was also posing a danger in its current condition. Because of the unusual issue, Patrick’s manager Dustin also came to our house, and they determined that the condenser fan needed to be totally replaced. (Thankfully the air conditioner was still under warranty!)It sounded like it would take until early next week for the fan to be available. To our surprise, less than 48 hours later, Patrick returned with the new part, and got our air conditioner working again.Patrick was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend him!!

Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.This past weekend my whole house generator failed and KMH&A had technician Dustin Shaw at my house right away on Monday. Dustin is a perfect example of the high quality personal at KMH&A. He was friendly, respectful and professional. He worked quickly and found the problem right away. He didn’t have the part needed to fix my generator but he explained everything clearly and completely to me. He also explained what I could do to keep the generator operational until the new part can be installed. He understood the importance of keeping power on for my sump pumps to keep running. Brent Von Hoffman was here in 2 hours and worked about 6 hrs over 2 days. The thermostat was the main problem but I was impressed that he found many components that were having problems inside the furnace, but were under warranty. Very happy to get heat again and a professional job of fixing it.~~~~~~~Update: Brent came back in Spring 24 to complete the thermostat job that had to wait for warm weather and balance the airflow. Hes still the greatest. A pro who happily answered all my questions and did a great job. I love this company.

Stop looking for a different company. Kettle Moraine is the way to go. Dealing with a series of projects (plumbing, electrical and HVAC) I came across Kettle Moraine for an HVAC solution. At this point I had already completed quotes from 7 different companies most of which could only do one job or the other. Appointments took too long to schedule, most of those companies had some rep who looked like they hated their job. Some of those reps even had the nerve to try and strong sell me, claiming I shouldn’t waste my time getting a quote from Kettle Moraine because they’re too expensive.THEY WERE WRONG! Kettle Moraine came out the day after I called them to give me a quote. Super nice guy named Scott did my estimate. He could’ve easily sold me a more expensive unit because I had asked for it. Instead, he gave his consultation and reasoned me out of overspending on something I didn’t actually need. Within a week I had their team at my door ready to install the AC.They cleaned up the mess left behind by Total Mechanical, installed my beautiful new unit, gave me a full walk through inspection of the work, guided me through some maintenance tips and setting up my WiFi thermostat. The guys were extremely friendly, mindful of my home, and respectful of my family.Oh, and this was also the most competitive priced quote.Like I said at the beginning of this, stop looking elsewhere. Kettle Moraine is the only choice on all my work moving forward.Shout out to Aaron Radliff and his install team they crushed it!
