We had an issue with everything backing up...what a horrible feeling.I called a few places & nobody was able to get here for a day or two.Browns said it would be just a little bit & someone would be here.Sure enough, within a hour or two there was two amazing young men here working hard on the issue.They found that the clog was in the city part & even stayed to make sure that we didnt have any other issues!I recommend Browns for any & all of your plumbing needs.

Weve used Browns Septic since moving into our home with a septic system in October, 2017. In January 2021, on a Saturday at that, my husband and I realized our lift station was overflowing. Contacted Browns that day. They recommended no more water usage in house until they were able to pump out the tanks. Sunday morning, Keith came with his pump truck, pumped out both tanks, and diagnosed the issue to be our lift station pump. Tim came out on Wednesday, as soon as the pump made it to town, and installed it. 2 weekends later, lift station was overflowing again. Once again, on a Saturday, Keith came out, pumped out both of our tanks, and realized our access pipe to leach field was frozen over. Monday evening, he came out, steamed access pipes, and were up & running again. The Browns stand by their service and are prompt on their responses. I appreciate you, Keith, Kayla, and Tim. Yall rock!!
