Generally very happy with the service we received, they came out on a weekend and pumped our tank and cleared a clogged filter. The guy they sent was friendly, knowledgable and professional and got it done quick. My only complain was that we had a clog in our line and they didnt have the correct hose to suction it out, but we were able to get it unstuck afterwards. I wish they had a second hose to fit alternative size pipes but the work I paid for was done well and Im happy.Service cost was $525 (they charge a 3.5% fee for cards)

We called Madden Septic this morning because our toilet started gurgling and wouldn’t flush. They were able to get out the same day to pump out our septic tank and unclog the pipe going into the septic tank. We so appreciate them coming so quickly and taking care of our septic tank issues so we could have Christmas at our house in a few days! We would highly recommend them.

I just bought a small house and less than a month in, the septic system overflowed into my master bathroom and the other bathroom wouldnt flush. They are very busy, as are similar places in Defuniak, so it took almost 24 hours for the service call, but when the operator got here he was very nice and thorough. He answered all the questions I had and told me why this happened (overloaded system from previous renters that killed the bacteria). I completely and unreservedly recommend this company.

The lady in the office asked how dire my problem was and was ready to try to resolve the same day. This was on a Friday. The concern was appreciated. The situation wasnt immediately dire, so I scheduled it for Monday. Destin & Gil arrived ahead of schedule , they called an hour before arriving. Very professional and friendly. Pumped the tank and cleaned the filter.VERY GOOD SERVICE from first call to them to finish of job.
