Excellent! From start to finish! This company is truly the best closet company! I tell everyone- their prices aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They are quality from the design, to the planning & the installation. More than worth it!! Great customer service is hard to find these days and they still have it! They are organized & professional. And they come and call when they say they will! We had a very large project, 4 contracts. Megan D. is great. She helped with designing it all (multiple spaces) and making sure the scheduling was all done to our timely needs to move into our new home. We had many installers but Brent & Dennis are the best! They are a great team. They did what a team of 4 people did in less time! They were professional, reliable, and extremely efficient. They worked hard and got my job completed perfectly! Brent is a perfectionist. He would point out to me quality issues before I even saw it and he made sure it was rectified in the best quickest way (with my job size of course there’s some manufacturing issues but they made it as seamless as possible). Dennis worked very hard to install drawers multiple times to make sure they open & closed perfectly! They truly are perfectionist!! And no matter how hard they worked, they always had a smile on their face. Management was great as well. Overseeing & making sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction. This isnt the first time we used this company and surely not the last! They offer a lifetime guarantee as well. And they mean it- they really want you to be happy! I recently had Closet Factory complete a 2nd project in my home, custom built cabinetry and shelving around our living room fireplace. Everything turned out fantastic!! Carolina Rifenbury was our design consultant again and we adore her!! She has excellent taste and incredible ideas! Carolina worked with me patiently, diligently, and kindly on every little detail. Carolina spent hours with me, making sure every detail was perfect for our needs. She stayed with me each step of the way during the install process and quickly addressed any questions or changes we wanted to make. She is extremely knowledgeable and very professional!Pedro was our installer and he was the sweetest and extremely helpful! I am a total perfectionist, so I thought Pedro would lose his mind dealing with me, but he was so professional and caring! He wanted to make sure we were very happy and that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. Pedro was even feeling under the weather a bit one day, but he plowed through the job and worked so hard to get everything done. MJ our designer is a true pro - we had a bit of a challenging layout with two pocket doors and a window, but she designed the whole layout taking my input and preferences into consideration. I rarely leave reviews.I expect people to do their best and unfortunately sometimes disappointed. Nothing could be further from this than our experience with the closet factory. Our designer Deborah listened to all of our thoughts and desires for the closets in our new home. My visions for our pantry prompted other closet vendors to refer that space to a custom design team. Not so with the closet factory. The design looked wonderful but the true test was when James and Andrew made each design into a beautiful masterpiece. We were impressed with every detail. The communication, punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail were more than we imagined!

(Ugh!)So after a great design consultation experience w Jim Martin we commissioned this Wall Library unit, the install started today, granite template measures tomorrow. Then hopefully we get Zack again (definitely will be requested) to build up to 9.5’ of beautiful substantial shelving.Sidebar:My mother at 98 yrs of age walked in the front door, her 1st words “This place is so dated”. We were lucky enough to have Maria as our design consultant and she was super personable, courteous, and considerate of our home and really listened to what we were trying to accomplish. The design she drew up really brought our vision to life but with choices that we never would have made had we been on our own. I can’t recommend her enough and we will 1,000% be returning to her for the other areas of our home. Adrian and Alberto conducted the second part of the installation and they were likewise so kind, courteous, and skilled. There were several challenges with our space and they seamlessly worked through them without sacrificing any of our time. We worked with Ashley to design our master closet and she was very responsive and helpful, our design came out exactly how we wanted! Going to the showroom was great to be able to see everything in person. We had extra countertop left over from our bathroom renovation so we did not use their countertop for the island, was super nice they allowed us to do that to save on cost. Brent was our installer, he was very pleasant and did an amazing job. very professional and made sure to leave the area clean after the work was done. We couldn’t believe how fast he installed it! We are beyond thrilled with our closet and will be using closet factory for other items throughout our home in the future.

Amy helped design beautiful closets for our new home. Zack was our lead installer and worked with Brian. They were professional throughout the entire process. Zack called each morning to let us know they were on the way. They prepared the product in the driveway to avoid messing up the house, which was much appreciated. They worked for a solid 7-8 hours each day without breaking for lunch (despite my objections)! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d give them even more stars if at all possible and would recommend them without hesitation and request to work with the same team if at all possible.

I had the best experience designing and having my dream closet built by Closet Factory. From the moment I met my designer, Skylar Silverstein, I knew I was in good hands. I felt like she really listened to my needs and wants, and took it all into consideration when designing my space. She was readily available for any questions and changes I requested. The bond and connection I felt with her was a major deciding factor when choosing which company to go with (I met with several and I felt like the other company designers didnt really listen to me). Price was fair and what I expected for everything I wanted.When it came time to do the build, I had to reschedule multiple times due to delays with my new home build, and they were very receptive and accommodating, and rescheduled me multiple times. Finally I closed on my new home and moved in, and it was time to get my closet done. Again, I was super lucky to have Akos Korcsok as my installer. He was extremely meticulous, detail-oriented and organized, and built everything according to the specified design. It took the full 3 days to complete my closet, and I could not be happier with the final product. I highly recommend Closet Factory, and specifically Skylar (designer) and Akos (installer), if you get the opportunity. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

From the moment I called in for my first ever service call after installing all my closets and Murphy bed over two years ago the woman who answered the phone was very customer oriented and a pleasure to speak to. Yes, the product has a lifetime warranty as I was told when I purchased it, but you know how those things go.With this company, it truly was a lifetime warranty. They provided the best service. The person said they would call me prior to coming and gave me a a window of 3 to 5.They called me at 2:30 (not 5 min before coming), said I’ll be there in 30 minutes and was punctual right on time.The fix was completed in 10 min and out the door he went. The showroom is amazing, they do everything custom made in the back and they can design any room in your home.with the bonus having a life time warranty, they are licensed and insured which was a big plus since it’s hard to get good work here in Florida. I relocated to Boynton Beach and after receiving multiple quotes from several companies, including the chain that installed my previous closets, however, this time I chose Closet Factory to design and install 2 closets in our new townhome, partially due to the incentives and extra warranty from Costco, but equally as important was the support of our designer, MJ. She listened to our needs, made suggestions to leverage the uniquely shaped spaces we had, and when our air conditioner died the day before install, she acted as the project manager and made sure it went smoothly, even with multiple different workers in the house. She assured we were satisfied, end to end. The installer was efficient, cleaned up each day and also assured we were happy. Would highly recommend.

Designed on 7-24-2024Installed on 8-22 and 8-23-2024Designer - Amaris D.Installer - Roman T.We want to share our extremely positive experience with the Closet Factory located on Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach.We were looking get estimates on a solution for our master bedroom closet and started at the Closet Factory.Everyone we spoke with, from the receptionist to our designer, and even other staff members we spoke with went out their way to answer questions and all were very friendly.The showroom was inviting, and had many samples on display, and we greatly appreciated the no pressure attitude that everyone had allowing us to walk around on our own to discuss our thoughts. Overall the showroom provided us with a great view of what might be possible.Our designer, Amaris, was very pleasant, informative and right away started to help design our closet solution on her computer using the pictures and dimensions we provided, which was impressive! She offered us ideas based on her experience & was flexible to move components around based on my wifes input, allowing us to see how things might look on screen.Not purchasing closet solution before, there was some sticker shock, so we I thought it prudent to investigate some other companies for price comparison purposes.Much to our pleasant surprise. The Closet Factorys price, which had a special running with a designer color scheme (beyond just basic white) and a couple accessories included such as a drawer locks and pull out valet bar beat out the starting price of the other showrooms that we visited so we decided on using the Closet Factory.Amaris came out quickly to do some initial measurements and spent a considerable amount of time answering all of our questions, which was greatly appreciated!Soon after a closet factory engineer came out to do final measurements to ensure that everything fit as designed before they started to put together the closet solution in their onsite factory.We were quoted an install date approximately 3 weeks out, received detailed emailed prep instructions prior to the install date and as promised were contacted the day before to let us know the installer would be there on a specific date and time and that they would call a half hour prior to arriving, which they did. They even emailed us with the name & picture of the installer which was a nice touch.On the day of installation Roman called as expected, arrived in the morning, with a helper and got to work bringing in the panels and shelves to start installing the closet solution.They were so quiet we hardly knew they were in our home, spending the first day putting together the closet components and then the following day Roman came back to do the trim work and complete the final touches (caulking, cleaning, etc.). We greatly appreciated his attention to detail and perfectionist approach to our closet installation! We could not have asked for a better installer!!Overall, our experience with the Closet Factory in Deerfield felt very white glove, leaving us with a very satisfied feeling with the work performed and we will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

Danny Bostick came to my home to fix a drawer in one of my kids closet. He was super fast and very kind. He called and said he was on the way which I really appreciated. Toward the tail end of our month-long home interior remodels, my wife and I had decided that it was time to make the best use of our closet space. We had always wanted a custom closet system, but we were a bit hesitant because of our preconceived notions of the addition being much to expensive.After doing extensive research, we ended up calling Closet Factory to arrange a free consultation, and we were immediately impressed from the level of communication and stewardship. We were very happy with the consultation, the level of professionalism and best of all, the price was much lower than we had anticipated.After we agreed on the design, we were told that installation may take 4-6 weeks, however, our closet was finished in two 2 weeks! Andriy and Ivan were our installation technicians. They were extremely polite and professional and finished the job in about 5-6 hours. They did an excellent job, and we are beyond happy with our decision.I would highly recommend the Closet Factory, and we will definitely be using their services again in the near future!

Carolina is an incredible designer and gave us the most amazing closets I’ve ever seen. We did his and hers and they’re unbelievable. But that was only part of it. Pedro and AJ were the best installers I’ve ever seen on any project and we have remodeled our whole house. I’m a perfectionist and they wanted it more perfect than I did. When we first met them, we didn’t realize they did bathroom vanities. We ended up choosing them for for that also and it came out perfect.
