    Jason came to my house on 9-12-24 to convert my tub to a shower in the spare bathroom. It was a lot of work removing the old tub. Jason did a fantastic job and I am very happy with his workmanship. On 9-16-24 Steve came to my house and replaced the shower in my master bath. Again a fantastic job. Everyone that I have shown the two bathrooms too are amazed at how great they look. I want to thank Bath Fitter and their salesman and workers for a very pleasant experience.     Had problems with the door henges of my shower installed almost two years ago. Called Lisa and her response was like a lightning! Shes amazing. Two days later, Installer Alejandro Gonzalez came home and installed a new frame with sliding doors in less than two hours. Very respectful and quick guy. Real speedy guys!We are now very happy with our new Bathfitter shower and I thank you all for doing such a good and professional work!

    From start to finish we were totally satisfied. James our salesman was extremely knowledgeable, super nice and accommodating. Omar who came to do the demolition and plumbing was here on time and also super nice and did a great job. Steve came the second day to do the install. Also super nice guy, he did a extremely great job with the installation. He came on time and did not rush. This is our second time using Bath Fitters, and will use Bath Fitters again.     Alejandro Gonzalez was my installer/plumber. Excellent and professional gentleman. Very kind man who provided excellence in his work. My main wall was wonky and he cut and fit the shower to work with my wall. He did a perfect job. Unless he pointed out his work, you wouldnt know the wall wasnt straight.My Sales Rep. Cynthia Fluhart, what a wonderful person. Everytime she came she brought cat treats. Very informative and was able to answer all questions and Im very happy she was the sales rep assigned to my job.     Just had my mothers shower redone. From the 1700 S. Powerline Rd store location customer service, to my sales associate Jim, to the work done by the installer, Newell Paiva, the experience and the work were outstanding. Newell was polite, punctual, and professional. I Highly recommend this store and their staff!

    Last Friday bath fitters completed stage 2 and installed the tub I purchased. Adam, the representative from bath fitters, showed up exactly on time, was pleasant and professional, and had the tub installed under two hours. The finished product looks amazing and professionally done. Looks like a brand new tub without paying the high prices to tear the walls and old tub out.     We are so pleased with the result of our tub to shower conversion project. We had a limited time to do the project. We also had a limited budget and were looking for a financing option. For both of those reasons, Bath Fitter was the best choice for us. We are also so happy with the experience we had with the entire team including Rose, Tracy and Joy in the office who were always so pleasant and answered all our questions to Adam our installer who was very professional and diligent. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

    Yesterday I had my bath fitter installation done by Connor. I am so very pleased with the service that he provided. I knew what I was getting with the Bath Fitter products because I have seen them before and knew that I wanted it but I was very surprised to have such a wonderful service technician/plumber. He spent a long time doing everything very precisely because it had to be just right. Hes meticulous! I asked him to please wear booties and a mask in the house and he complied without any questions; even when I wasnt really looking, I noticed him making sure to put them on and take them off every time he went in and out of my house (which is way too many to count for the duration of the day). He is also a quiet, low key person. Some people can stress you out with their personality but not him. It was just such a pleasant experience even though it took a long time which was not easy for him. He did not even stop for lunch. I cannot praise this individual enough. I can inly hope that every service counter I ever have with people could be like my experience with Connor.Im still waiting to use my new bathroom as there is a 24 hour waiting period...and there is a residual odor from the primer but thats all OK. Im very pleased with the service that I received yesterday, and considering the amount of time he had to spend here on this job, this could have not gone so well had I had a different personality or a person just other than Connor. So thank you very much Connor and thank you BathFitter.

    I cannot express how happy I am with this company!!!!Lisa the sales person who came to give me an estimate, was efficient, lovely, experienced and kind. She also showed up as promised and kept all promises made.This morning first Newell shows up on time to start the work. A little while later Conor came and the two of them in less than 8 hours completed the demolition, completed the implementation, and cleaned up after themselves in a way that no company ever has in my home.I’m so impressed they probably thought I was crazy by how much I thanked them.I’m sorry it took me this long to reach out to them for a quote. I should have done that first.The entire experience was incredible. I would give them all 10,000 stars if I could. Don’t waste your time, call this company and this team if you need a new shower or bathtub.

    I just had my bathroom remodeled by installer/plumber, Alejandro Gonzales, whos been working in the field for over 15 years, the past 8 with bath fitter. Histhoroughness and expertise was evident by the finished result that mirrored the showroom pictures from the website.Its easy to see why in todays world, bath fitter has lasted the test of time since the 1980s by being innovators in the industry. People seem to be skeptical that they can remodel a bathroom in just 2 days and yet they not only achieve that but exceed expectations.

    Lisa came to our house, gave us a quote on the spot and knows her product. Explained our project with great detail. The office called to schedule within a few days, with install date just 2-1/2 weeks after we placed our order. Omar was scheduled to work 2 days to do a tub tear-out and shower install with new faucet and shower head. He arrived on time both days, prepped area and covered all floors. He did a great job. New shower looks beautiful. Very satisfied.

    Bath fitters had installed a Bathtub enclosure several years ago, which has held up very nicely.Due to retiling the adjacent wall we needed a new trim for an elegant transition.     We had a consultation with Pat from the Deerfield Beach location. She was professional and knowledgeable, providing us with everything we needed to make a good choice. I never felt we were being pressured or dealing with upselling; in fact, she made several cost saving suggestions. We were able to schedule two crews to do both of our bathrooms on the same day. The installers (Steve and Alejandro) arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and got both bathrooms done within six hours, then cleaned up every trace. The bathtub and the shower both look great. We were very pleased with this experience, and would recommend to anyone looking for a lower cost alternative to a full renovation.

    Wow!!! I am so thrilled that we entrusted BathFitter to re-do our bathtub enclosures! The sales rep, scheduling team and installers were ALL very nice. The price, stress and mess was a fraction of what it would have been to rip everything out and we love the look, quality and peace of mind with no more water infiltration and a warranty!     Bathfitter just completed a bath to shower conversion in my tiny bathroom it is truly beautiful . I called Bathfitter in Deerfield and they sent out Salesman, Daniel to do free consult, he was a very charming gentleman and he was able to arrange for an affordable price with some extras. I am elderly & handicapped and was terrified every time I had to climb over my tub to take a shower but now I just open the door and walk in Daniel also provided me with a shower seat so I can sit down in the shower & when not in use it folds up. The installer was Jason an amazing, hardworking, sweet young man that made it all happen. One of my neighbors just saw it and was blown away I think you will have another customer.     I had two shower area to renovate. One area was a tub to shower conversion. My priorities in selecting the type of material were, economics and relatively clean process. I didnt want the mess of removing existing wall tile. After a search I settled upon Bath Fitter. My first contact at the Deerfield store was Leslie Dengler. She was great! Leslie oriented me about the product, choices available in the details for selection and steps to proceed. My next step was the meeting with the manager, Todd to settle on details and start the ordering process. This past week, 6/21/2021 the work began. Jason Pope arrived on time and proceeded with the plumbing changes needed. Jason was polite, did the work and left a very clean space and he did all preliminary work needed so the installers could continue. Jason removed all debris and the tub which were hauled away by Bath Fitters. He also left a very clean bathroom. Following the city inspection/approval of the plumbing, the installation commenced the next day. Again, both installers , Liviu Papuc and Steven Kuhn arrived as scheduled, wearing masks, and created a safe and clean environment in which to work . Both installers work on their respective bathroom all day. The shower area was completed in one day. Again, Steven left me with a very clean bathroom and all debris removed. The tub to shower conversion required two day. Liviu arrived on time on the agreed second date and he also did a great job finishing the shower area and left me with a very clean bathroom. All workers would answer any questions I had, gave helpful hints to maintain. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the workers , the quality of the work and appearance of my two shower areasRobert H

    I could not be happier with my new bath tub. The entire experience from the in home consultation with Pat, to the installer Noel was very professional. I received a call the day before confirming my appointment for the installation the next day and Noel was there right on time. I was originally contemplating changing the tile just to change out the tub and I am so happy I did not. There was no mess and it was completed in less that two hours.

    Our guest bathroom was a well maintained outdated colored tiled wall with a bathtub that was of an old age & outdated color. Upon meeting with a Bath Fitters representative, we brainstormed the renovation that would greatly modernize an outdated guest bathroom. We had an awesome installer who worked steadily and diligently completing this project in one day. The end result was beautiful and an outdated bathroom was renovated to look like a modern day guest bathroom We were so impressed with Bath Fitters from our representative who met with us to brainstorm the renovations to the awesome installer who did great work and took great pride in doing a beautiful job. We have contracted to have our antiquated master bathroom renovated with Bath Fitters, too, and we look forward to seeing it when it is completed. If your situation allows your bathroom renovations to have Bath Fitters come to your home, I highly recommend doing so. You will be very happy you made the decision to do so.

    WOW!!! My face made the same impression you see on t.v. when someone sees the finished product for the first time. I could not believe how great my shower looked after Alejandro and Markiel worked at my house. Alejandro came on Saturday morning, around 8:30 am, and Markiel arrived to help later on.     I needed to remodel the bathroom of my 30 year-old condo and I was ready to go with traditional tile & grout and a new tub. This would have been a major, extremely messy, long project and instead, for practically the same money I decided to use bathfitters and the entire job was done in one day. There are no seams & no grout lines - just a perfectly smooth, clean surface that goes up to the ceiling. They did not have to demolish my bathroom and remove the old tub - they just left everything in place and went over it with a fantastic cover - custom fit panels that go from floor to ceiling and look awesome. Its like a high-tech, high-end glove that fit perfectly. And the glass shower doors they used were better than anything I ever could have imagined - the close & seal automatically and not a drop of water gets out. There is a lifetime warranty on the beautiful chrome Moen fixtures. I find myself sometimes just standing in awe at the bathroom looking at the work they did.     Bath Fitter changed my rusted tub into a tub that looks brand-new. For my Master bathroom, they removed a huge tub and installed a beautiful shower.     ***UPDATE - Bath Fitters was responsive to my call for help. They stood behind their product and sent back an installer that was able to correct all of the problems created by a poor employee. I am enjoying my new shower. Thank you Bath Fitters.Communication after the initial consultation was spotty, and even after the sale was made, communication was very unresponsive. The job took exactly twice as long as they had stated. Out of the two workmen involved in the project, Sam, had an attitude and not only did he not complete what he had to do (he did not remove everything) - he broke screws on my grab bars by ripping the safety bars out of the wall.The second workman, Connor, was faced with finishing Sams job, and trying to correct his mistakes. Connor had a good attitude and you can tell he was trying to make things right. Unfortunately, the electric outlet was not left flush to the wall, and worst of all, the shower pipe was loose. (When you move the handle on and off, the shower head moves.) Additionally, the safety grab bars are all missing 2 screws each for a total of 6 broken screws.

    Let me start by telling you I had a very small shower that was 30 or more years old and looked every bit of 30yrs. It looked awful I hated showing in it. After having a few consultations with different products no one really sold me. The last company I had a consultation with could not do what I needed and referred me to Bath Fitters. My consultation was with James Thompson on 12/1/2021 who was on time. He was very patient, showed me the different materials, styles and colors that I could choose from. And advised me that their materials is easy to clean. Then he measured the shower, answered all my questions then the cost for my bathroom. He said it would take them 3 days, 1st day for them to come in and do the demolition, 2nd day for them to install then the 24hrs to let everything dry and settle. So I booked it and was scheduled for 2 weeks later. I had a death in the family had to cancelled they were so kind and understanding and rescheduled me for the following week. Day before they had to come I had to call again because the hole house caught Covid again they were so understanding and told me to call after the 10 days, which I did after more like 15 days and I was rescheduled for the following week. Well 1st day nice guy came on time and did the demo as said. He clean up 100% nothing left behind. 2nd day 2 guys came on time one stayed to help do most of the hard work then left 2nd guy to finish. When he was done he also cleaned up 100% even his coking of the wall was clean lines. I am a very picking person so I was looking for boo boos NOT A ONE I could find. When I tell you it is beautiful in fact it was more than I expected it to be. Why did it take me so long to write this review well you know everything is beautiful at first so I said I would write after 6 months and here I am and my shower still looks just like the day they did it and YES easy cleaning. I will be truthful it is not cheep, but not over priced either and well worth the cost. Last I loved calling the office because the first thing you hear is a recording that says Hello Our goal is to make you smile every time you look at your bathroom. Well I sure do smile every time. Then when any one answers the phone the first thing they say is Hello this ____ how can I make you smile I love this company, their customer service, their field works. I want to say thank you so much to every one and most of all and lastly I LOVE MY SHOWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 40 Stars from me.
