Constructive Design Inc did a fabulous job on our addition. We put an addition on our split level house. We added a master suite, but also put in a brand new kitchen, updated an older bathroom, and added a gas fireplace with brick surround. As part of that, we also added all new siding to the entire house. Dan (the owner) is a great guy, honest, and detail oriented. He keeps you up to date on all progress of the renovations. They stayed on schedule and his subs were very professional. We were very happy with the results of our addition!!

Working with Dan is the best experience you can have with a contractor. Hes communicative and you will know exactly where your project is every step of the way. We received pictures and daily updates and were consulted and advised on things as they came up during the project, which they did.Our project was a huge outbuilding repair. It would have been easier to knock it down and put up a new one but town codes prohibited that option. Enter Dan and his crew to make it work. We had the misfortune of lead paint, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently at a cost, but not a punitive one. Dans pricing is fair and you can feel confident in the work that will be done.You will feel like this is a guy who has your back, which of course is a rare thing indeed in the world of contracting. Without hesitation I will be calling on Constructive Design for my future projects.

We hired constructive design to redo our upstairs bathroom in our home.Danny came over before and after demo to look over job.He sent over an excellent plumber to take care of plumbing work .Once tile was ready to be installed Danny performed the work in an excellent and professional manner.

You can not go wrong with Dan and his crew.He completed our kitchen, dinette and living room renovation and could not be happier.Unlike most places, they always cleaned up after themselves and never let their mess lying around my house which is greatly appreciated.I would absolutely use him again for any future projects.He is always responsive and never felt rushed during our conversations which is really important to me. Mr. Dan Rummo of Constructive Design is a consummate professional in his field. This is the second and third construction projects he has done for me. Why did I hire him to take on these two projects? Because I could see from the first one (he completely rebuilt my chimney some years ago) that this is a man who, when he does a job, does it right; he is not satisfied until each step of the process is completed to his and the customers satisfaction, and his standards are high. This recent job involved his building two completely customized, one-of-a-kind, storage sheds for me; a larger one for my bigger tools and garden equipment, along with a separate mini-shed to house my generator. While I knew approximately how I wanted the two sheds to be constructed, I did not know enough about construction to be able to give him the details, and there is where Mr. Rummos ability to improvise on the job proved invaluable, enabling me to trust in Mr. Rummos judgment based on his long and extensive experience. Moreover, he came each day promptly at the time he had indicated he would, worked from the beginning to the end of each day wasting no time, left a clean worksite at the end of each day, and kept careful cost records of the time and materials involved. In summary, I would not hesitate to call on him again should I be in need of someone to do construction work on my property.

I gutted my bathroom 4 years ago and Danny from constructive design came in and did all the tile in my bathroom to my specifics even though he was against tile on the ceiling in the shower he still did what I wanted.He also gave me a plumber to use after my guy was way over priced.Great work and pleasure to deal with.Would give out his name and number without a doubt.
