    I searched my local Facebook group for a plumber and came across Encore Plumbing. I can confidently say I will be going with them for all future plumbing needs. Jolene answered promptly and was friendly & helpful. Every single plumber was telling me the cost of unclogging my sink would be around $300 without a second thought that it could be just a clogged drain! David got here and was so friendly, taking the time to greet my dog who is weary of strangers. He said he will try to fix the issue but if not it will be pricier. David’s persistence yielded the best news of my week, which was that it was going to cost less than $100! Had they wanted to make a quick buck they could have told me the issue was something more, just like every other plumber did. But David was HONEST and that is what made me decide I will go to Encore Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. Give this man a raise! He even took the time to give us some advice for another issue we asked him about. Thank you endlessly, you saved me over $200. With the cost of everything going up besides our wages, that truly meant the world to my little family. Thanks again David, you rock!!! 😁

    Im so happy that I found Encore Plumbing.Nobody likes having to a technician out for any reason but Encore takes the worry away. They are fair with their pricing and they do a great job. Jose E was my most recent tech and he did a wonderful job. He was on on time, nice, and thorough.We had been suffering from water pressure issues in our entire home and were scared to find out what the cost of repair would be. Jose spent the time properly diagnosing the issue and in the end the problem wasnt nearly as severe as we anticipated it being.Its such a relief to have a trustworthy plumbing service that does such a GREAT job.Five Stars all day!     The guys from Encore Plumbing are awesome! Very fast response, worked diligently to solve the problem.     I called the company at 8:30 in the morning and got somebody on the phone right away. She was super empathetic and understanding to what was happening by 1 o’clock. We had somebody at our house. This company is fair honest they show up when they say they’re going to and they’re so friendly and easy to speak to. This is my go to plumbing company from now on.

    I was recommended Encore by a friend who also had a great experience with Encore. Another plumbing company in Orlando wanted to charge my over $800 for a minor problem. Shaun from Encore came over and easily showed me what I was doing wrong and it fixed the problem. It is really nice to know that there are honest plumbers out there. Ill eventually need to replace my water heater and when I do, Ill have Encore do it since I am confident they will be fair, honest, and not tell me that I need expensive repairs when I dont.

    We have used Encore Plumbing in the last 6 months and every time they impress us more than before. They do confirm their appointments in advance, they show up on time, they tell upfront what the cost would be and they complete the job when they say it would be completed. Add to that the fact that they re reasonably priced. I love the fact that they a family owned and run business. I would recommend them without any hesitation to anyone in need of any plumbing services.

    I was using the washing machine and suddenly I heard a strange sound come from every drain in the home. I went to the kitchen, laundry room, and all seemed fine. I went to the first bathroom, and the tub was filling up, then to the other bathroom and the same thing. This was in the evening so I knew it would be the next day before we could get someone out. Not a fun evening. However, the gentleman from Encore showed up, went right to work, he was so nice and sincere about our concerns. He was amazing and had us back to normal so quickly. You never really think about how great it is to have running water and indoor plumbing until you dont. So grateful to Encore, and that wonderful gentleman that I cant believe we didnt get his name. Thank you for your great service.

    Repairs were good, they were on time. The only little detail is that the plumber never knocked on my door and let me know that he was there. I noticed it through my ring doorbell. Also, he never notified me that the repair was completed. He simply did his work and left. I noticed that the repair was completed when the water started flowing on my faucet. Other than that, they were on time and did a good work.

    Ive used Encore for multiple projects over the years and was completely satisfied ever time. They are professional, courteous, do quality work, and the price is always very reasonable. I just had them out to install a sink and garbage disposal. I would have done it myself, but ran into some issues that were beyond my powers.     I called Encore for a pipe leak at my water meter and they came right out, saving me a lot of money on that water bill. Leo worked very hard and quickly found the problem and repaired the pipe.     Honestly, they desire 10 stars! I called Encore Plumbing and explained my emergency, Dave came within a few hours to help me in my time of need. He immediately found my issue. I asked him if he could fix it right. He left to get all the parts he needed and came back with extra help. They dug up and replaced all the pipes in my back yard and made sure they were pitched perfectly to ensure the water was flowing correctly. Dave even reached out the next day to make sure everything was working great. I can’t say I have ever had someone check in to make sure everything was good. What amazing service!!

    I called Encore Plumbing- Non emergency issue, and they made it out the same day. Roy was very knowledgeable with the problem and fixed the leak and even re-stuccoed the area he was working on. I would recommend Encore and would call them again for any plumbing issues.!

    Encore plumbing saved our Christmas weekend. We awoke Saturday to no water, and Seminole Country would only tell us water was coming to the street. Encore arrived within one hour and had the problem diagnosed and fixed right away. They were responsive, professional and affordable. After waiting 4 hours for other plumbers to call us back, were happy we found Encore plumbing.

    I had worked with a prior company in the past who came out, did nothing, and charged us an emergency fee. Had they fixed the issue, I would not have had the backup issue I did last week. Essentially, we had a clog in our toilet pipe, that backed up into the bathtub. It was so bad it also leaked under our flooring which will have to be replaced now. I called several companies but none seemed interested to be on the phone with me. I called Encore and the woman who answered was pleasant and willing to work out an appointment. She was also the first person to ask me what the issue was in the first place. They sent out Miguel today... Who was on time, fixed the problem at a reasonable cost, and provided education to prevent it in the future. I will never, ever, use any other company for my plumbing needs.     Delaney was the Technician onsite. He was Very knowledgeable and respectful. He treated our home as his own. We were impressed he used a drop cloth to set all his tools on as not to damage our floor. He vacuumed and wiped down the floor in our bathroom after he was complete.     Had one plumber (from another company) out to install a new garbage disposal a few weeks ago but after he installed the disposal, our dishwasher wasn’t able to drain properly and therefore wouldn’t run. That plumber wasn’t sure what was wrong and told us to call Samsung (our dishwasher brand) as he said the issue is with the dishwasher, not the disposal. Samsung came out to inspect the dishwasher and said it was fine, but our issue was the drain hose used for the disposal. We then had Matthew G. from Encore come out to get down to the bottom of the issue and he was able to figure everything out. Finally everything is working correctly! Matthew G. was wonderful to talk to and did a fantastic job. We will absolutely be using Encore’s services again.

    Amazing company especially the plumber Declan they sent to my rental home, for 2 separate issues. He diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and ensured my house didn’t burn down as the handyman who came first left a live electrical wire exposed.On his second trip he diagnosed the clog and had it running smooth in less than a half hour.     Arrived to work this morning with a wet floor and water running out of the front door and through the parking lot. Gave Encore Plumbing a call and had a quick response that they were sending a truck out. The technician arrived right away and went to work. Through the entire process he communicated what he was doing, how long the water would be off and how he would detect and repair the leak.Very pleased with the way he worried about keeping damage to walls and floor at a minimum and his knowledge of plumbing.
