    Just want to give a HUGE shout out to Ace Air Conditioning and Electrical for their exceptional and attentive customer service. Sean has been to my house 4 times the past two weeks and has worked hard to fix a few different issues going on with our system. He is very informative and thorough in his work and has explained every step he needs to take to my husband and I. I also want to include that Joanna in the office has been a pleasure to work with (as Ive had to call several times lol). Every time I call, she answers the phone on the first ring with a pleasant demeanor and is prompt to get me whatever update or information I need. Thanks Ace, you all are the best around!

    FANTASTIC service! I called ACE on a Tuesday, and they came out the next day to perform a thorough evaluation of my A/C unit. Sean identified a malfunctioned compressor, immediately ordered the warrantied part that was delivered the next day AND installed a temporary part so that I didnt have to sleep in a stuffy house.Sean was polite, knowledgeable and reliable - recommending that I should have my A/C unit maintained once a year to avoid potential hazards and maintain great air quality. The fee was reasonable - so worth it. Made my annual maintenance appointment with him before the day was up. Thanks, Sean and ACE!

    I recently had ACE Air Conditioning install a new 5 ton Lennox system for our house. Bob provided a fair quote and answered all of my questions throughout the selection process. On the day of install, Omar and his crew arrived early and worked hard throughout the day. John was very helpful setting up our new thermostat and linking it to our Amazon Alexa. At the end of the day, Omar stayed extra late to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction before he left. Great job and much appreciated. * I forgot to mention that Melina is most helpful and kind whenever we need to call the office staff.

    We had our AC system replaced by Ace today. The whole process was great! The price was very reasonable and all the employees were professional and nice. They take pride in their work, and I never felt like they were rushing, or cutting corners to get the job done.Ace was recommended to us by our neighbors, long-term residents of Deland, who have used Ace for AC system replacement as well as other electrical work. We are so glad we went with their recommendation.Edit: We had an issue with our new system. Long story short, vibration caused a wire to rub against part of the compressor and caused a short. We called ACE, and John came out to get us back up and running. In very little time, John diagnosed and repaired the problem and had us cool again.Excellent service. Very happy with our decision once again.

    I am changing my review from 2 to 5 stars... Daniel contacted me and made an appt to address my issues. We met and he proposed some tweaks. He and his team came out and made the changes and the difference was immediate. I want to thank Bob and Dan for following up and correcting what was needed! I would whole heartedly recommend Ace!.........There installation is just not very good! And the filter box the use is a joke. Bob is a nice guy, but that does save his installers shortcomings!

    This is our second year with the Gold Plan Maintenance. This is by far the best plan to keep costly repairs down on an older a/c unit. Roger was our technician and he was very thorough. I highly recommended ACE for all of your air conditioning needs.

    Ace Air put in now mine the A/C unit for last owner. Since then I have received good service. Keeping the current unit working. This year I needed service Ace sent out a technician to find the problem. His name was Roger, he was the nicest young man and took the time to find the problem and solved it when another technician could not after two other visits within two weeks. After giving the quote some thought I had Ace send Roger back to repair my unit. Ace has given me fair and good service since I have been using their company. I hope they keep Roger, he really knows A/C units and cares about finding what is wrong for the customer. Ace has a smart and caring employee in Roger.

    I have had Ace Air Conditioning Service, in Debary, Florida now for over 10 years. I can only speak highly about their techs & their office staff with a 10+. It’s all about their professionalism and their high value for customer service satisfaction. We customers can only imagine all the issues our air conditioners challenge us with in our wicked Florida Summers. I have had wonderful professional techs with Ace Air over these last 10 years. JDL, Jadiel serviced my annual checkup this month, May 2024. He found a buildup and calcium clogging in my air handler drain pipe going from my air handler pipe inside my garage, under my garage slab,and through the pipe draining the condensation to the outside. After 33 years, and using 1/2 cup vinegar, as advised putting down the pipe every couple months must have helped some all these years. It took a great Tech like JDL to see a serious problem that was building & would eventually shutdown my whole air conditioning system. That is if the hardened calcium deposit buildup wasn’t loosened, flushed out and removed. He took the needed time to give excellent customer service. He did the hard work. He is a real asset to Ace Air Conditioning, and I hope they compensate him for that kind of service to their customers. Thank you JDL. 🤗 Also their division, Ace Electric is excellent in every way.

    My 20 year old system finally crashed, so I got 3 quotes and went with Ace based on their combination of fair price, knowledge, and prompt service. Bob and the team at Ace were the best! I looked at other homes in our community, and I have to say Aces installation (including sheeting and fan cover) is one of the very neatest. They went the extra mile, and followed up to make sure all was in order. VERY IMPRESSED!

    Bob, Pete, and Omar were amazing!I first had Bob come out to give me a quote on a new heat pump, he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and put me at ease compared to some of the other people I had come beforehand. I almost canceled this quote because I had already gotten 4 others, but I am so glad I didnt. I ended up getting the Lennox 19.4 seer variable speed heat pump and air handler at the recommendation of Bob and the price was inline with other lower tier units I was getting quotes for from other companies. I had hoped to get a variable speed unit since it is supposed to be more efficient and help with humidity, but the quotes I received before were way too high, so I am glad I got ACE to come for a last minute quote. Bob continued to communicate after the first visit and was available for some more questions that I had in the following days. He was always very polite, helpful, and candid, which I appreciated. Once I decided to go with ACE, I was able to get an appointment the following week for installation!When it came to the installation day, Omar and Pete showed up on time and were lovely. They were very kind and courteous and worked hard to get everything set up perfectly. Once the new system was up and running they even took the time to help me readjust my vents and ensured everything was working as it should. Pete was very helpful to show me how the new S40 smart thermostat worked as well. Omar was knowledgeable and explained the mechanics a bit behind the new Lennox variable system I got and how the units communicated. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from ACE Air Conditioning and will definitely be using them in the future, as well as recommending them to others.

    I prefer using family owned businesses that treat their customers like their family. ACE is definitely that, they didn’t pressure me and gave me options to choose from that would best fit my needs. They installed my new AC quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and they explained the new system to me. My salesperson Bob was amazing, he was communicative and prompt with all paperwork.     ACE Air Conditioning in DeBary, Florida, is a business that I could not recommend any more highly. From our inquiry on a new system to the phone calls after installation, to check on our experience, they have been top notch, all the way. What was also remarkable, in todays world of trying to make as much money as possible off of clients who just dont know, ACE didnt try to sell us the most expensive system and model, even though that is what we had thought we ought to buy. They recommended a less expensive brand and model, and saved us thousands of dollars. They are honest to a t and want you to have the best system for your homes needs. Go with ACE to get the best price and the right system, done right, for your home!

    Unfortunately I needed a new AC unit installed as my old one was 22 years old and stopped working. I had dealt with two other local AC companies (previously, for prior issues over the last year or so) that left me very frustrated either because they did a poor, unprofessional job, or because they (practically) laughed at me and told me there was really nothing wrong with my AC.So, not wanting to deal with those companies again, I tried my luck with ACE and I am very glad I did. The sales representative was out of town, so I was fortunate to have the owner come out and give me a quote for a new unit, on a Saturday. He spoke professionally and politely and answered all my questions. He gave me different options on what was available and what would suit my needs. I also called several other AC companies that day, to get different quotes and they all wanted me to do the legwork for them with taking pictures, sending them home information, etc. I really appreciate that Eddie at ACE took the time to come out and speak to me personally, and politely and answer my questions and concerns. Installing a new AC is not a minor expense and I decided to go with ACE because I felt they were honest and cared about their work.My AC was installed on the following Thursday and the two techs that came out and did the installation were also very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. They did an excellent job with installation and kept me informed throughout the process.I highly recommend ACE. They are a thorough, professional company that exceeded my expectations!

    Salesman, Shaun, came to the house punctually as promised for a free quote. His quote was absolutely fantastic, I am so glad we called Ace Air Conditioning!!! His quote was less expensive than other quotes by about $1000 and included a 10 year warranty on compressor, parts & LABOR!!! Warranty itself was better than all others. The unit was a 15 Seer vs 14 seer from other quotes. They also put in a loaner unit temporarily until mine could be installed...I have never heard of this...what an amazing customer service piece at no charge!!! Shaun even showed me how to get a $200 rebate from my power company.Installers arrived punctually and did a fantastic job installing the unit, air handler, and thermostat. They cleaned up everything and even blew out my garage. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling them if you need an AC. I will be telling all my friends and relatives about the amazing job they did at a fantastic price!

    Ace Air Conditioning was recommended by a friend who used their services and they were very pleased , so we called Ace to replace all of our duct work and install an I-Wave unit, we were very happy with the professionalism of the workers and that they used all safety protocols with the pandemic we all are dealing with.A few months later we had to replace our entire AC unit so we called Ace and was pleased with the install , we had some questions and concerns about the outside unit and the owner came out personally to look at it and answered any concerns we had, they also came back to fix a small leak in the plenum.     After getting quotes from numerous Air Conditioning companies, Ace Air was who we decided to go with. The sales rep that came out was extremely professional and knew his products. Having already had issues with other companies, he was quick to talk about their products and service and not down talk the other companies. He found just the right solution for my house and my budget and talked me out of things I thought I wanted and really helped me get the perfect system.Installation was quick and very professional. The guys that came out and installed the system were presentable and took pride in their work. They made sure that everything was just right and that they left no mess.     Ive been using Ace for bi-annual maintenance ever since I moved to Florida in 1982. They keep everything working so well, I dont need service much, but when I do, theyre good for that too. When my old A/C system finally kicked the bucket, I called them along with 4 other companies to get some prices. I liked Ace for service and maintenance, but I always shop around before making a big purchase like that. Eddie came to my home and gave me a free estimate. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, he gave me the best price out of all 5 companies. Needless to say, I went with Ace for my new A/C. The guys who installed it did a great job. The wife was happy too because they even cleaned up after. I recommend them to all my friends who need anything A/C related. Dont even waste your time with the other companies around here!

    I called for service today at 2:15 and a service tech was dispatched by 2;45. The tech {Amanda) arrived and hour later. She was able to diagnosis the issue and make her recommendation. I authorized her to proceed with the repair, which almost immediately resolved the problem. By the time she left it was like night and day as far as the system performance. Amanda was professional, courtesy and knowledgeable, She is a outstanding and valued member of the ACE staff. I am very blessed to have her assigned to my work order. If I ever need service again, I will request Amanda. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would on this review. 10++++++++++

    Our AC is 20 years old but still working however, with our luck it will die in August when its 98 degrees! So we are being proactive and taking care of it now. Our sales rep Shuan met with us on Tuesday to discuss product options & benefits. We decided to go with us 17 seer. Two days later, Adrian & Brian arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. Both were friendly and answered any questions I had. We are having an additional duct put in our family room. When they asked where I wanted it, I replied above the couch. Instead of them just putting it where I said I wanted it; they explained to me that if I was to put it on the opposite side of the room the A/C would blow air directly towards the couch. They were respectful of our house and even took the time to move our bed and area rugs so they wouldnt get dirty. Both are professional and have 39 years of experience between the two of them. This meant a lot to us considering it is a costly home improvement. We received a home energy rebate from Duke by just doing a 3 minute survey. Also, ACE Air-conditioning gave our first maintenance appointment for free. Shaun stopped by our house on his way home from work to make sure everything went well. Abigail took our payment by phone. Overall a great experience. We highly recommend ACE Conditioning!

    Ace Air Conditioning replaced our AC Unit in April. We called them on a Monday and they were here the same day and gave us the total pricing of a new system, which we believe was very reasonable. So that Wednesday they were here promptly with everything and had our entire system replaced that afternoon. Very trustworthy, prompt and friendly service!

He as on time, listened to my needs and gave me a quote after reviewing all of my electrical, and current air conditioner.When I phoned him to say that my A/C had now quit, but that I was looking for a different model, he obliged me with a new quote.I would have chosen ACE (all because of Shauns professional and personal manner) but I was told that a year maintenance agreement was contingent upon my posting a review. I felt as though it should have been just included - they certainly were already a contender for my business.I phoned Shaun back to let him know & he then told me I should have just asked - & he was right!     Highly recommended. Our heat pump unit would not stop running causing the intake vents to freeze and pump icy air into the house when the thermostat was on 78!     We recently had a new air conditioner replacement installed. It wasnt easy making an informed decision on which company would end upgetting the job. After reading the reviews of all the dishonest companies out there , it left kind of a knot in our stomachs , with so much money at stake. Who could we trust? What was a reasonable price?     Fathers Day, Sunday night, 96 degrees, in Quarantine, A/C went out. Called Ace 8:00 AM Monday, Technician at my house by 1:00, diagnosed by 2:00-Blown. Salesman at house by 3:00. Bought new and installed new by Thursday 3:00 and awesome, and install guys were great!!! Love 10 year parts and labor warranty!!!

    This was the best air conditioning company i have ever used. I had a leak in my air handler which was in attic and leaking through my ceiling in living room. I needed someone there soon. It was a Thursday afternoon and ACE came out Friday morning. John was my repair technician and did an excellent job. He was there over 2 hours draining and fixing everything. They saved my ceiling. I would totally recommend Ace for all your air conditioning needs.

    Ace replaced my central air conditioner that they originally installed 20 years ago. A representative came out to evaluate the situation and recommended 4 or 5 different units that would do the job. After reviewing the differences between them I chose theone I wanted.     After receiving quotes from two individuals regarding fixing or replacing my AC unit, someone referred Ace to me. I was very leery because of experiences with companies just trying to sell a product and not caring about the customer. JDL was the 1st person from Ace that came to check the AC system. He was professional, knowledgeable and communicate well. He went as far as cleaning one of my filters, something he did not need to do but I was grateful. He explained the problem and the options I had, The 2nd person was Bob Cerveny of sales. He was also very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. He went over every detail of the systems, costs and answer all of my questions. After deciding to go with Ace, Adriano and Omar came to do the installation. These two guys were very professional and went above and beyond when installing the system. I had a great experience with this awesome company and their wonderful staff (from the office to the installers).     I normally do not take the time to write a review about any services or product that I have purchased, but I was so extremely pleased with the moment I made the call about servicing our A/C . Excellent customer service on the phone, so easy to work with around our schedule.. Shawn came to our house and was so knowledgeable about the products they offer along with what was wrong with our current A/C unit. America Homes had built our house and did not install an A/C unit large enough for our 2300 sq ft home installed in Oct/2001. We felt so comfortable with Shawn that I asked him If you were going to install an A/C unit in your mothers home, what would you install. Completely honest and to the point, he told us the size we should have had to begin with in 2001 and the brand and maintenance of the A/C. They installed the unit, cleaned up everything from the job which ended up taking longer than normal just because of the size of the unit and rebuilding the platform inside. I am so pleased and would give them a 5 star without a doubt I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ace for all of your projects whether it was a new install or a maintenance issue. They were GREAT!!!!!! Thank you for all you did for us!

    Ace Air is a top notch company. I bought a house in DeLand in June 2018 and started having AC problems immediately. Ace Air came to my rescue. My fan motor went out so I contacted them and they fixed it. The Tech did some testing and advised me my compressor was not operating correctly. About a month later I had more problems. Called them and inquired about replacing the unit. They came out immediately and Shaun gave me a quote on replacing the entire system. He was very helpful and explained the entire process to me. I had them replace the entire inside and outside units. They did an excellent job and are very competitive. From the office staff to the installer I was treated great. They even told me how to get a $500 rebate from my gas company, which helped pay part of my out of pocket expenses. I highly recommend to anyone having AC problems to call Ace Air first.

    Ace Air Debary, FL was great. They were quick to respond when I needed additional quotes to replace my HVAC unit. Their price was competitive and their technician was very through in explaining every step. The only reason i didnt give them 5 stars was because there was wire issue during installation, but they resolved the issue the next day. I would highly recommend Ace Air conditioning.
