    Our service technician Pat was great! Pat was coming over to do a Fall check up on our furnace. Loved that he called letting us know he was in his way. After he checked what needed to be looked at he explained in detail what he had done. Great service and awesome communication from the time I made the appointment to the time Pat completed the check up. Would definitely recommend!!!

    Tech just left. He was super friendly and professional and we absolutely loved him.     Sam was super nice and did a great job replacing our outdoor faucet. Also checked out some other plumbing issues we are having. He was very knowledgeable in determining what needs to be done. We are having him back in a few days to complete our bathroom and kitchen plumbing needs. Highly recommend using these guys!

    Amazing service. I had a problem with my bathtub drain and the tech was able to fix it in an hour and a half. When I found a few spots of water and called them again to ensure the leak hadnt returned they sent him out the day I called, and he ran a few tests to ensure it wasnt the drain. He identified that it could have been a loose backflow cover and tightened it. Wonderful people all around. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

    B.F Mahn & Sons have been great. Everyone one that has come to our home has been very professional and concerned about getting things right. We have a 100 year old home with the hot water heat and radiators. Its very hard to find someone who knows what they are doing and are willing to adapt when something just doesnt seem to follow the normal protocol. They work till its right. They have a team that works together to find the answers and then are expediate in getting the work done. So appreciate that. Give them a call, they work for you.

    Ive been using Mahn and Sons for a couple of years after some bad experiences with other local technicians and the bar has been set high by the people at Mahn and Sons.From the first moment of calling with a problem, concern, or need of basic maintenance youre treated with a high level of respect and not rushed off the phone to try and get more customers, your questions are answered thoroughly to the best of the office staffs abilities. The technicians are very precise and respectful of your time always showing up within a very reasonable time and look very clean cut and professional and they always speak respectfully and always make sure to explain everything to you in a way that you can understand the technical stuff with the situation going on.Recently I went through the bidding process for a new Furnace and A\C and Brian walked me through the entire process explaining to me why my previous units were not running as efficiently as they could be and what we would be changing in the process of a new install.The installation process itself was quoted to take 2 days, on day 1 I had 3 gentleman show up and begin work straight away. They completed the entire process before 3:00 PM and blew me away having the job done so quickly.The equipment they ordered has been perfect and a God send and we have already begun noticing how much better our new equipment has been working compared to years past. I cant wait to see how our new Furnace compares to the winter time very soon.Needless to say we use Mahn and Sons for everything...now if only they had an electrical division to handle my whole house needs.~Eric Miller

I called DeSoto Electrical for the same issue, they changed me twice for a 5 minute service call and then told me there was NOTHING they could do to fix the unit but they could install a brand new one since this one was shot. BF Mahn came out and cleaned the igniter and voila, worked great! Funny how that happened when the other place said it could not be done.........

    Larry did a great job replacing my tankless water heater! I would have given 5 stars but the second man showed up 30 minutes after Larry and was here a couple of hours and was called to another job. Then about an hour later another guy shows up to help finish the install. I was charged the full estimate price which quoted labor as two men for 8 hours each. I felt like I was overcharged on labor for this job.

Please note although workmanship was good, I was overcharged for actually hours while he was here .. Took about 1.5 hours, I was charged 2 hours.. A $40 difference ..

    BF Mahn’s always shows up on time. Calls when they are on their way. They explain in detail what it is you need, what they will you and then at the end everything they did. We have their maintenance plan. AlLL employees are very personable, kind and have a goal to make you happy. I never have to remember to call and schedule maintenance. Quick to schedule appointments. So you never have to wait too long. If a part has to be ordered they get it quickly and call and schedule asap! Prices are very fair. This company isn’t out to gouge their customers. I would recommend anyone needing heating or cooling services to call them.

    Been using Mahn plumbing for many years now. Had them do a large project (2300 sq foot add-on to an antique farmhouse) in 2012. They did one hundred percent of the plumbing, ductwork, and geothermal.     The tech got here early and went right to work. He is very knowledgeable, professional and gets the job done. My central unit outside was dirty and the run capacitor wasnt any good. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the outside unit really good. I was amazed of all the dirt there was. You can tell a big difference on how much better my central air keeps the house cool. The price was good too. No complaints here and will definitely use them again if needed.
