    They service my HVAC in spring and fall at a fair price. Adam always takes time to discuss any issues and goes out of his way to offer advice on simple things like thermostat upgrades. They never fail to remind you when your service is due and are prompt and courteous.

    My HVAC system was replaced last year and added a zoning damper and 2 smart thermostats. Saved about 30% on heating and cooling utilities this year. Started hearing a little whine at the furnace this month. DEP came out right away. The exhaust fan motor had developed a vibration noise in the motor casing. They replaced the motor no charge.

    We had a rare unusual problem that was difficult to diagnose. Only 3 outlets were not working and it was not a circuit breaker or gfi issue.     Overnight our ground source heat pump stopped delivering cold air. I called De Soto Electrical and they sent Adam who promptly diagnosed and repaired the problem.Very happy with this experience. Unfortunately, later, the unit failed again. I called snd left a message to get back on the schedule.

    DEP was nothing short of amazing to work with. They were prompt in setting up a service call to have my AC looked at that was blowing hot air. The service tech Adam was super friendly and professional, explained the issue and what solutions he planned to apply to the issue. In a couple short hours I had a functional AC again and confidence that the job was done right. Cannot recommend DEP enough, will be using them again.

    Adam was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. After the repair, be confirmed that the heat, blower and air all worked correctly as a result of the repairs made.     Every time we need help, DeSoto Electric comes through for us, and in the worst conditions. I will not call anyone else. They have fixed messes others left behind, helped us nurse along an ancient furnace and air conditioning system, and now they are going to install a totally new system (they don’t know it yet). I literally will not trust anyone else to do it. If I could give 20 stars I would.

    We couldnt be more pleased with the service we received from Desoto Electrical Products. Our furnace stopped working during the recent ice storm. In less than 24 hours of calling Adam and his partner Derek arrived at our house and had our furnace fixed in less than an hour. Our house is about 400 feet from the road and were snowed in, yet Adam and Derek parked at the top of our drive and walked to our house with their tools and parts. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and a very nice young man. I will recommend Desoto Electrical Products to everyone I know, and will definitely use them for any and all future HVAC needs.

    Excellent service, I sent them a message and within 15 minutes they called me back. My furnace quit running and needed a repair asap as the temperature kept dropping. On a Saturday morning with an ice storm on the way so they were very, very busy. Adam was able to come and fix the problem by noon. He explained every step to me and was very polite and friendly.
