    What can I say? Top notch! Excellent Quality. I interacted with several different groups in order to get the best garage flooring for my job. CertaPro of NE Wisconsin does Garage Floor Coating too! They were the most professional, the easiest communicate with, they got the job done in a timely manner, and I am over the moon with the results. Look at the videos! Look at the photos! It looks like this six months out! Their quote was better than any other group I interacted with and I love my new garage floors. I have recommended them to multiple friends and family.

    I could not have been happier working with my CertaPro Team. Absolutely everyone went over and above my hopes and expectations. From the very beginning our communication was very prompt, clear and efficient. We had our entire three story condo painted and the team was in and out in four days. Everyone was helpful, friendly and courteous through the whole project. It turned out that a small portion of our project was not up to their satisfaction and they remedied the situation at their time and cost. The cleanup was very professional and when the representative came for the final walk though He brought his own ladder and hung mirrors and artwork on the 20 foot ceilings. The cost was very reasonable for the amount Of work and professional job they did. They are A+ in my book and we would use them again and certainly refer them to our family, friends and neighbors.     Happy to share that our recent experience with CertaPro Painters of DePere, WI was top notch from our first contact to the full completion of the project.Polite, professional, transparent, timely and neat are all words that come to mind during our encounters with everyone involved with our project.Our job was completed over the holidays and we are very happy with the outcome.The painting crew arrived when we were told they would and all prep work was completed in a neat and efficient manner. A end of day daily briefing was provided so we knew exactly what had been accomplished each day and what to expect the next day.All floors, trim, doors, bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, appliances were covered and neatly taped prior to painting.     We were very pleased with CertaPro painting our whole house. They arrived on the day given, had a pre job-site meeting, and worked the 8 days to complete the project without interruption (except for rain). On T and M they could do carpentry repair (siding replacement) which was a bonus. Carlos, as project manager, chief cook and bottle washer, was great.

    Excellent from start to finish.Estimate was done the following day from request, painting team showed up on time and was hard working.The work was done expertly and efficiently. We have a large house with high peaks, everything was accomplished safely and a great job detailing the house.We have flower beds around the entire house, the crew was very careful to work around the beds with next to no damage.Yes, Iā€™d hire this done by the same group of painters again.

    I recently used CertaPro painters in the Glen Burnie, Maryland area to paint my whole house minus trim and doors. Tim was very professional and explained the process to me, agreed the trim and doors didnā€™t need painting (didnā€™t try to upsell) and said the job would take about 3 or 4 days. The price was competitive and less than other companies. I decided to go with CertaPro because I liked Tim. Julio, the project manager, along with Allen and Jaime were fantastic. They were kind, professional, respectful of me and my home and got the job done on time. The painting itself looks wonderful. All air vents/grilles, hardware and draperies were removed and replaced as promised. I would recommend CertaPro and all the team with which I worked.

    My husband & I knew CertaPro would do a good job because we found them on Angies list but who knew they would exceed our expectations! The before and after of our home = mind blown! The whole process was so easy. From Bruce the sales guy --he was so nice and funny, to Antoniya in the office you could never find a more professional and sweet lady for the phones and to the painters they were on time, professional and soooo friendly we even made new friends! We had so many neighbors stop by to compliment our house after it was unbelievable. They repainted our aluminum siding, doors and our main front door. The left picture is the before.     We would highly recommend CertaPro Painters. Miles was easy to work with on the initial quote and he wasnt pushy which we really appreciated. Their quote was in the middle of the three we obtained and we selected them for their thoroughness in describing exactly what they would do, the type of paint they would use, their warranty, etc. Before the job started, Miles introduced us to Ricardo the onsite supervisor for our job, and we did a walk through to ensure we were all in agreement on the work to be done. Ricardos crew was early each day they were onsite, they worked hard, and they left our property clean throughout the entire job. When they finished the job, Ricardo did another walk through with us to ensure we were happy with their work. We are happy with our choice to work with CertaPro!

    The guys did a great job! Our crew head, Easy, made sure the guys were doing what they were suppose to. Easy never had a problem of us asking questions, coming out and looking while they were working. At the end of the day everything was always cleaned up.     The painters were very professional and did an excellent job painting the room. I had a small plastering job on the ceiling due to a roof leak. They patched, plastered and painted the area of the ceiling. After the area dried, there were waves and was not up to my expectation. I called and they came back and fixed it.     CertaPro (Jose and his team) did an AMAAAAZING job! The time they took to properly prep things I am certain is the reason why its holding up so well! Workmanship was meticulous.     The painters did a wonderful job. They were very careful to protect their work area and were eager to Do the job To the best of their ability. Certapro Is a little pricey, but I understand they will price match. They also coated my porch and a garage step using the rust- oleum citadel floor finishing system which looks like an epoxy finish. It looks wonderful. Since the job only took two people three hours to complete I feel the $2000 minimum charge was excessive.

    CertaPro painted our cottage in the woods in Door County, WI. The cottage had not been professionally painted in 60 years and had and had some water damage to trim around the windows and cedar siding boards. It had considerable algae growing on one side. The exterior needed pressure washing cleaning, some carpentry and calking, and staining of the exterior. The production manager came to the house prior to the job and went over with me exactly what would be done and discussed how to handle problem areas. The company scheduled the job at a time convenient to us. The job was done quickly (about a week), carefully and thoroughly, exactly in accordance with what we had agreed. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The house looks perfect. The carpentry and wood repair are exactly as we discussed, and the painting looks fabulous. It was worth every penny. I can highly recommend CertaPro to paint your house.

    We had a lot of areas of plaster repair in new construction that needed to be repainted. Iā€™ve had a number of painters throughout my lifetime; CertaPro was definitely the best! My belongings and the floors were carefully covered and they took immaculate care of everything. There was not a speck of paint where it shouldnā€™t be and everything was cleaned up well when the job was complete. John took great care and worked hard to make sure there were enough coats so there is no evidence of repairs. He was the ultimate professional, pleasant to work with, great customer service skills. The front of our house is stucco and the stucco, along with the garage door and the wooden door frames around the exterior doors needed repainting. The process was very professional. The color stylist came to our home and helped pick out and suggest which Sherwin Williams paint colors would best match up to our homeā€™s siding. The color choice we ended up with was perfect!     CertaPro Painters did an excellent job on our house. When I contacted them I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who set up an appointment to set up an estimate. Within two hours I received a lengthy and comprehensive email describing their services and procedures. When Alan, the owner, came to our home to evaluate the job, he answered all our questions and asked numerous questions of his own. We were impressed by his depth of knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. Before he left our house that day, he sat down and wrote up a proposal.Alanā€™s partner Neal came with the workers on the first work day, and we all walked through the project so that it was fully understood what needed to be done. The work itself took about a week, and it was excellent. The painters were careful, conscientious, and friendly. Not only were they skillful painters but they also repaired wood trim and stucco where necessary. We were very pleased with the result. Our ninety-year-old home looks brand new.

    We needed to re-stain the exterior of our home. We had 3 bids and they were all within a few hundred dollars of each other. We selected CertaPro for the following reasons: prompt reply to our inquiry, salesman was professional and prepared the proposal on site, Sales man listened to our concerns and answered all questions, carefully reviewed his proposal with us and follow up on said proposal within a reasonable time. What also sold us over the other bids was that we received 1 free hour of meeting with a color consultant/designer who helped us select the most beautiful color scheme imagined. We did not need more than one hour to do so. The color consultant listened to our interests, needs and concerns about the colors. She found a way to please us both, as well as, highlight the architectural details of our home. The painting crew, Jose and Aiden, were professional, courteous, friendly and did exceptional work. It was a pleasant experience all around. We plan to use Certa-Pro for future painting projects and are very satisfied with their work and the final product.

    We had previously used CertaPro to paint our kitchen cupboards about 10 years ago, so when we moved into a new condo and I wanted fresh colors for my walls, I had to look no further than to call them again. The estimator, Jeff, came and noted all the plaster repairs, and sizes of the rooms to be painted. He put together an estimate that day and we had it in hand before he left. I felt that because we had such a large space painted (our ceilings in the living room are about 14 feet high) and we did the hall, kitchen, half bath and dining room in addition to that room, that the estimate was well priced.When the date came to start the painting, John, the project manager, came with the two workmen and the job began. It took 2 1/2 days, our furniture was moved and protected by tarps and plastic. The two painters, Coco and associate, were always very courteous and let us know which rooms ahead of time were to be painted so we knew where we could relocate ourselves to be out of their way. Everything went very well and we are very happy with the job that was done.Two days later, as I was starting to put my living room back in order we noticed that one of the cracks that was repaired over the fireplace was showing discoloration in the paint color. I contacted CertaPro and they sent someone to take a look. That following Monday Coco was back with his associate to fix the discolored space and repaint. The job took about 2 hours and again everything was protected and no clean up for us afterwards. The spot can not be detected - perfect repair job!!I will recommend CertaPro painters to anyone who needs painting done.

    CertaPro painted the exterior of our house and we were pleased with the experience, so when we wanted to paint our two-story great room in Door County, we called them.     Alan came and gave us an estimate on staining the lake side of our home and power washing it to get rid of mold and other stains...The operational is very professional with clear estimates and signature before the work starts and after it ends. The communication was by email, which is the way we like to work. Fernando seemed to work nonstop and by the time he finished around 5 p.m. the cedar siding was clean and fresh looking. Unfortunately after less than two years, it started peeling. Someone came out to look and advised us that wood is a living material and, after a certain amount of time, this is going to happen. I guess that makes sense but just wish something could have been done to prevent this or they could have at least let us know this is a potential problem. Now when we walk around our house, it makes us sad to realize that the $10,000 we spent on stain could have been put towards new siding instead. Im not a negative person and not in the game of bashing companies but my goal is to make others aware that re-staining wood siding may not be the best option.

    We recently had the exterior of our cedar sided home painted by CertiPro and we couldnt be happier. Alan bid the project while he was at our home and Olvin and his crew did the painting a couple of months later. The two months was by our request as we had some windows installed which delayed the painting. Both could not have been nicer and were always prompt and communicated with us well. Olvins crew was concerned about rain so they asked to come on a Saturday so they could get a jump on the forecast. They worked nearly a 10 hour day with very few breaks. Then they showed up on Monday and spent nearly 12 hours to finish the project. At the end of the day we walked the project with Olvin and only had one area which needed some minor attention, which he completed in 5 minutes. They cleaned up the jobsite very well. So from start to finish we were very happy with with CertiPro. And the price was reasonable. We highly recommend them and if you can get Olvin as your head painter you wont be disappointed.

    Things did not start well with my project. Once Alan realized how unhappy I was, things improved. Neil was helpful and got the project moving in the right direction. Painters did a nice job (some over-spray but not bad) and the house looks great. If you are looking for a color consultant you might be disappointed.

    Contracted with CertaPro to paint cedar siding (3 sides) of home. Project included replacing any bad cedar siding. Scope of project increased significantly as rotten wood was found behind some siding near window. We were vey satisfiied with the professionalism, efficiency and quality of all the work. Two small problems during the project were dealt with quickly. Access to appropriate people during the project was always there. There was a genuine interest throughout the project to make sure we were satisfied.

    The crew showed up on time and was very efficient. I have 4 cats and they were understanding of them. They repaired cracks in the drywall and even found some water damage that we didnt know was there and fixed that up before painting.
