    Josh was very knowledgeable prompt and thoughtful explained everything well before starting the job. Josh installed a extractor pump in my basement.He even changed some of the plumbing so it work better and quieter than the original setup. Explained the warranty.He said if there were any other problems that he would come back. He is a great asset to your company !!!

    We were highly impressed with this plumbing company. After having a bad experience with another plumbing company, we were pleasantly surprised and plan on keeping them. We had a water heater leak that flooded our basement in the evening and called first thing in the morning. They came and replaced it with a quality heater, at a reasonable price, on the same day!We highly recommend them.

    Ive dealt with plumbing companies in the past and none that Ive been impressed with until now! We had to replace our water heater and called Brock, as they were referred by a neighbor. Josh arrived, friendly, eager and willing to work with our home warranty company to get this process expedited. Although the home warranty company was pretty much worthless in my opinion (Choice Home Warranty), Josh was able to replace my water heater and get the work done efficiently and quickly. I sell real estate and will ALWAYS refer Brock to my clients and any friends or neighbors! Thank you Brock and thanks to Josh for coming to our rescue and with a fair and equitable price.

    Needed plumber for new farm sink & dishwasher that needed plumbing installed. Got a few quotes and Brocks had the best pricing and availability. Technicians came in and did the install. Both were very professional and courteous. Had a couple issues found after the initial install that required them to come out two more times, however, they stood by their work and came out and made it right. Would be 5 stars but due to the couple issues is why gave them 4 stars. Would recommend to anyone needing a plumber in Dawsonville area.

    I called three companies one afternoon and left my information about a plumbing issue on a rental property we own. Brock Plumbing called me back within minutes! I never heard from the other two companies. Brock had a guy out the next morning! Friendly service, very fair prices, locally owned and operated.     Last week we had our first plumbing emergency in the 1 1/2 years that weve been here. Wanting to use a local firm, I settled on Brock as it was the first local servicer that I came to. I was able to set a same day appointment and they arrived promptly at the designated time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and set about solving it. The technicians were extremely friendly and well informed. I felt that their charge was very fair for the work involved. While were not hoping for another plumbing problem to occur anytime soon, I know that our first call will be to Brock if one should occur. Highly recommended.

    Greg and Jill Brock responded immediately to our emergency call when we discovered a severe drain backup that could have flooded our home. Our regular plumber is no longer in business and we did not know what to expect from Brock Plumbing. Well, Ben and Matt went beyond our expectations - found the problems - fixed them - all - quickly and professionally. And very reasonably priced. They also cleaned up so well, youd never know they were even here! Excellent! My wife and I highly recommend Brock Plumbing. Thank you Greg, Jill, Ben and Matt.

    Called in at just before noon and spoke to Christy. She said they could come today and she would call when they were on the way. She called at 1:30 and they arrived at 2:00. Problem corrected in an hour. Devon and Josh were knowledgeable and courteous. Great local service beats flashy trucks, tv commercials and uniforms. Would use them again.

    We called Brock’s plumbing to come out and help us with what we thought was a clogged main pipe. The guys shows up in a timely manner, we do nice and professional and did all that they could to help us. Unfortunately it was not what we thought and they couldn’t fix our issues but I will say that they did everything they could to make sure before telling us that we had to call someone else. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and will use them in the future if needed!

    These guys were amazing.I had an emergency and they responded the same day before noon and stayed until they found the issue and completed the work. It was a broken drain pipe that had roots impacting the main sewer drain. Even came back the next day to help out with some water pressure issues we had. The guys were all extremely nice and hard working. Cant say enough good things about Brock Plumbing Contractors.Thank you!

    It took them an extra day to respond and to fix my issue, because they were so busy. The gentleman that came to my home was able to give me a breakdown of the issue that I was having, and able to give me a temporary fix so that I could get through the weekend. He was very nice and polite and able to give me a price quote before they came back out. I would highly recommend their service if ever needed.

    We moved to Dawsonville about 5 yrs ago. Started with another plumbing company and quickly changed to Brock. They have consistently provided outstanding service with reasonable prices. Their staff is always courteous and professional. We have had multiple repairs over the years as the house ages - shower, toilets, drains, etc. We have always been pleased with their work.
