    John Ross and his team have completed awesome projects on our home .. We highly recommend them for any of of your painting needs.They are super knowledgeable about paints, applications and color.The week after we moved into our home, John got a crew together f-a-s-t to paint two medium-size bedrooms and a bathroom.Then we conferred with John about painting our kitchen cabinets. Wow! The price was way less expensive than replacing cabinets .. they are beautiful!Last month we had John prepare an estimate for painting our home exterior .. the price was amazing, he had a crew ready and we said GO.     Everything about my house painting job from the initial quote to the final walk through was outstanding. Marcelo and his crew arrived precisely when they said they would and started right to work. I was amazed at how much they accomplished on the first day. It was enjoyable watching them do their work so efficiently. Marcelo was a pleasure to interact with and an obviously effective leader.The final walk through came much earlier than I expected due to some good weather and such an amazing team.     CertaPro did an outstanding job! At the last minute, the painters who were scheduled to paint our kitchen cabinets canceled. CertaPro came the day we requested a quote which was very reasonable. The painters painted a few days later and worked through the weekend so the countertop installation could happen on time. Billy and his team were courteous alerting us when they would arrive and depart, were very receptive to my feedback, and were very friendly. Our cabinets are beautiful! We couldn’t be more pleased.

    Once again Certa Pro did a FANTASTIC job on painting my home. Many years ago I had Certa Pro paint the interior of my home and it still looks great.     This company is amazing! They were very friendly and polite throughout the entire process. They checked in with me to ensure the different colors went where Id like them to be and provided valuable and professional input when asked. They kept my property clean and did an extra clean up at the end of each day. They did amazing repair work and all the patch work was made to look seemless before they began painting. This was an exterior job where carpenter bees and small animals had ruined a lot of the facia and sofets but this company had no issue repairing all of it and washing the whole house before painting. Would absolutely recommend them. They kept the project on budget and completed the project on time.

    From the very beginning, the pros at CertaPro Painters were fabulous. John came out and did the estimate for our new home in Fairhope. The house was ideal for us but required complete repainting inside. It also had popcorn ceilings which we decided to have removed. John was very helpful with all the aspects of our renovation.     I recently had the exterior of my house repainted by CertaPro and I could not be more pleased! The painters arrived bright and early and cleaned up after themselves once they were done for the day. Although I had to be at work while the project was going on, the head painter maintained contact with me and gave me updates throughout.     If it were possible to give more than five (5) stars I would do so without hesitation. From my first contact with Linda to schedule a time to review our home for a quote, to meeting Brent for a walk through so he could quote the job, to having the crew of Gary, Donnie, Chad, Jorge and Leo perform the job over three (3) days, this company was totally professional.Each day Gary and crew arrived slightly before the agreed time, Gary provided a review of what had been done and what was scheduled for the day while the crew went about set up and starting their assigned tasks. Throughout the project everything in our home was treated with utmost care when moved and later replaced. And during the project Brent stopped by to check on the project and ask if we had any concerns. We also had the opportunity to speak with each member of the crew, individually and in small groups and found them to be very engaging and respectful. During our project, based on the high quality of work, we expanded the total project, adding additional work items both inside (doors) and outside (pressure wash).CertaPros bid was very competitive, but was not the lowest of the three companies we spoke to. However, from day one they set a high bar of professionalism, engagement and excellence that the others just could not quite meet.We are completely satisfied with CertaPro and would engage them without hesitation on future projects. Lastly, both before and after our project I told Brent, Gary and the crew that I would talk about them based on their performance.     Very professional. On time and crews where very thorough. This was a complete exterior paint job and some interior that spanned 2-3 weeks. They caulked extensively and addressed minor repairs needed quite economically. Price was competitive and they showed up for every appointment as promised and each day for work on time!
