    I had the pleasure of working with John Oliveira, my primary point of contact at Ecoloop, who expertly guided this project from initial planning to successful deployment. John and his team handled every aspect of the installation, from the solar panels to the new roof, with remarkable professionalism.     John did the entire solar panel installation process from start to finish, a quick and painless process, and he even cut down trees that were almost falling on my property and even some in my yard at no additional cost, he did an excellent job of following up on everything. I dont really like giving reviews, but he surprised me. I recommend him 100% and I even made two neighbors happy with the tree removal.

    Absolutely amazing from start to finish!!! Gabriel was courteous and respectful of my home during his multiple site visits. Extremely knowledgeable and guided us during the whole process. Installation was quick and easy. The system was up and running in about 3 months since his first visit, and we started saving money right away. Today we no longer have an electric bill thanks to Gabriel and the wonderful staff at Ecoloop.

    Ecoloop just completed a roof on my house. The crew showed up on time both day and worked exceptionally hard. They cleaned up very well both days and the roof looks great.     My solar panels were installed a couple months and so far have saved me hundreds on my electric bill. Ian was very helpful and informative on exactly how and why solar energy is a great choice! I’d say the only downside was waiting longer than expected , but sometimes that can be the cities fault. Also it didn’t cost me a penny!

    I gotta say, Ecoloop really impressed me with their whole approach to making my home more energy efficient. They helped me out big time with this Mass Save audit thing, which I didnt even know existed. Thanks to them, I ended up getting some nice rebates that covered a good chunk of the cost for installing a fancy new heat pump. They made the whole audit process super smooth, and they knew all these ways to save money through renewable energy incentives that I wouldnt have known about on my own. They didnt just stop at the heat pump, though – they looked at everything and gave me tips for the long run. Getting those rebates was a game changer, and its clear they really care about both the environment and helping folks like me save money. Would definitely recommend to other homeowners!

    I was extremely lucky to have had worked with Tatiana Fajardo, who was my main contact for the solar panel project; from the very beginning Tatiana has been extremely helpful, we did this project for my 3 multi-family, FLAT roof house, and it was an easy process from start to finish! Tatiana kept me informed, helped me with paperwork, etc. The installation was done in 1 day, the team left my house clean and clear of any debris, trash, or cardboard. Tatiana followed up with me after the installation informed me of any next-step process as we were moving forward to the finish line. I, 100% recommend Tatiana to be your go to person, apart from being such a sweet person, she knows how to get it done, stress-free process!

    I learned a lot about solar and think it sounds like a great product but I did end up not taking advantage of the offer. The sales person, Gabriel Kingsbury, was professional, highly informative, extremely respectful and I was pleased with the presentation.
