    From initial consultation to final inspection United Home Experts provided professional, detailed, expert guidance and quality workmanship in replacing my roof. Everyone I dealt with from sales rep, project manager, and workers were courteous, prompt and hard working.The day of the project was windy and I was worried about debris blowing around the yard. The team arrived at 7am and completed the roof by mid afternoon, including removing all trace of materials that escaped the netting from the wind. I was really impressed and highly recommend this company.

    United Home Experts (UHE) was one of five roofing companies giving estimates to reshingle my home. Ian McCarthy was the rep from UHE. He didnt try to hype us with, if you sign now, Let me call my boss for a better deal or my favorite, How much do you think it would be to redo your roof?. He measured, checked around the house, took some pictures, and sat down with us. He figured out the price, explained the material that was used and gave us a very good cost estimate. The crew came the day after the material was delivered. They put tarps around the hous, stripped the roor on my house and shed, and reshingled in one day. The crew started at 7:30am, finished at 6pm and except for a fabulous looking roof you would never know they had been here. I would, and will recommend United Home Experts to anyone I know that is thinking of having their roof replaced!!Great workers, great job!

    If you have an older home, like I do, you know there is no such thing as a “routine” installation. At the beginning of our siding, gutter, and door replacement project my wife and I told the team at United Home Experts we prioritized quality over speed and they delivered.Throughout the installation the project manager took personal interest in my concerns and communicated with me directly via text. He was very clear about when the team would arrive and what they would accomplish.No endeavor is without setbacks. When we encountered ours, United Home worked with my family to ensure the vision we set out to get was the one we received. At no time did they skimp on the quality or professionalism of their work. When the time comes, we’ll have them back to tackle other exterior installations. Until then, we’re happy customers who recommend them highly.

    Needed a custom oversized glass slider. Called United Home based on their Google reviews. They nailed it. Needed it done before Christmas which was only a 6 week window, they made it happen and the work was precise and done well. Andrew and Nico were awesome along the way. Highly recommended!

    Erik Ostroff is the best I ever worked with. He really wanted to understand and solve my leaking roof mystery. Others before him simply made a casual guess and wasted my money on repairs that I didnt need. Erik took the time to figure out what was really wrong, and how to solve it economically (and quickly, given it was a leak!). He was committed to fixing my issue 100% and went above and beyond with advice and answering all my questions. Hes personable, too. I HIGHLY recommend his services.

    From start to finish this company was awesome, from the salesperson, to the project mgr, & the installers. Every step of the way. thy were so respectful and professional, & used no pressure tactics at all.Thy were quick to install and did a great cleanup as well. The lead time on my bay window was estimated at around 8 wks to install. Thy arrived a bit earlier, to our delight. The prices are fair, and I know I’ll be calling them again in the spring.     Great guy! No BS. Immediately noticed that existing (23 year+ old) vinyl siding was in great shape save a couple spots. Recommended getting a handyman to fix this separately. Didnt try to hard (or soft) sell me on anything as it wasnt needed and was honest! Hard to.find these days. I would recommend Erik wholeheartedly! Good guy!

    A breath of fresh air compared to other past experiences in home improvement. Answered phone on first ring. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave quote on the spot. Not pushy. Had a few finance options available as well. Project manager they assigned help things run smoothly & the crew worked fast. Loved my end result. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for plus some. Would definitely recommend.

    The entire team at UHE is unbeatable! From the office personnel to the salesman Mike, who explained everything in detail with no fluff or extras. The financing was easy and affordable. Nico called to set up a time for the crew to arrive and they were on time and didnt hesitate to jump on the work. They removed several layers of shingles, and the cleanup exceeded my expectations. I love my new roof with all the necessary trim, seals and new vents. They repaired my dormer/bathroom that was leaking through the ceiling and repaired the roof area around the chimney that was also leaking. Another thing I love about UHE, is that they showed up, unlike several other professional roofing companies that lead me on about doing the job and also those that said my roof was too small and theyre focused on the big jobs. But to UHE, my home was just as important as a big home.Thank you, United Home Experts!

    We had a very large victorian resided with everlast siding and reshingled in areas needed.John Norton was a wonderful project manager. He communicated and came to the site almost every day and fixed every problem promptly. The siding is excellent and all the neighbors say it like a new 125 year old house. The crew was great worked from sunrise to after sunset. It took much less time to finish than we thought. We still have their painters coming in April to finish painting odd areas and the shingles.     My wife and I had to replace all the windows in our house and, after deciding on the brand (Marvin in our case), we checked out a number of contractors. A number of things pointed us towards United Home Experts, including a good recommendation from a neighbor, their years of experience and of being in operation, their knowledgeable salespeople and lack of sales pitches for services we didnt want, their reasonable pricing and service guarantees, and the idea that they would dedicate a single point person for our project. When the time for installation came a few months after we placed the order (but yet a couple months earlier than anticipated!!), we were contacted by the job foreman Mario Austin, who came a day or two later to check out the house and give instructions on preparation, and an installation date was set for ~1 week away. When the day came, a crew of 7 (!!) came and did the entire job (19 windows) in a single day, with precision, care, and courtesy, only leaving after thoroughly cleaning the house and grounds. Mario kept in touch with us throughout the installation, and was always accessible before and after by phone and text. In a job this complex unexpected issues always arise, but he and the crew managed to find practical ways of dealing with them, so that they were resolved fully to our satisfaction by the end of the day. As the installation came to a close, Mario came by and we did a thorough walk-through of the house, identifying very few loose ends to be resolved (e.g., a bent screen that is being re-ordered). He and the entire crew were thorough and completely professional throughout. When they left, we felt like the really cared about the job they did, our house, and ourselves!

    Good experience with personnel. Competitive bid. Timely, well-executed work.Estimator Stephen was communicative, knowledgeable and helpful. Good follow through when I had detailed questions about contract specifications.Nico managed the job and was likewise communicative and helpful. During several rain storms the job became an emergency and the company response was outstanding. To prevent further water incursion they were able to execute the work within a couple of days. Remarkable flexibility and customer care.I dealt with two of their subcontractors, both excellent. The dumpster had to be precisely positioned in a very tight space and driver Kevin was more than equal to the task. Delivery and removal was precisely as scheduled. The same goes for the driver who delivered the palette of materials a few fours later.Next day the work to remove old slate and replace with asphalt architectural shingles began. The crew of three worked from about 7am until the afternoon light failed. Luis, his brother and the third crew member worked hard. They came back the next morning Sunday to finish and to clean and restore the worksite. Well done.Downside? Nothing significant .I would have liked Nico to have visited site during work, but given the rapid response and schedule change he could not. Just a quibble which caused no problem since telephone communication among Luis, Nico and me was good throughout the job.
