I would say what sets Ross Brothers apart is their belief that every detail matters. This principle is not only their mantra but also their ethos, and importantly, they are responsive. Many other contractors promise the world and then never show up. Ross Brothers, however, stand out because they deliver on their promises.Derek was involved in every step of the way. He was excellent, offering great ideas and sharing his extensive knowledge with us. For me, the vast array of material possibilities was overwhelming. I honestly delegated much of the decision-making to my wife because she had a clearer vision and could steer us in the right direction. Nevertheless, Derek was instrumental in ensuring we had access to whatever type of material we wanted while importantly keeping us within budget.He also recommended flipping the kitchen and dining room, which made the space much brighter and airier, allowing more light to enter by removing a wall. This is probably my favorite part of my apartment. Walking in and seeing the open concept dining area with clear, open views of the water. This would not have been possible without Dereks design recommendation and the considerable effort involved in executing the flip of the kitchen with the dining room.The 3D rendering provided by Ross Brothers was incredibly valuable. Seeing how the project would look before construction began was a game-changer for us. Being able to visualize and fine-tune even the smallest details and it made the entire remodeling process smoother and more exciting.The Ross Brothers teams dedication to the project and their exceptional communication were crucial. They maintained regular updates primarily through verbal discussions, but also supplemented these with emails and texts. Derek shared detailed workflow spreadsheets that clearly outlined the teams progress, projected timelines, and completion dates, guaranteeing that all parties involved were well-informed and aligned throughout the project.We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the project delivered by Build + Design by RB and the Ross Brothers team, which surpassed our expectations and beautifully transformed our space into the dream home we always envisioned.

We recently moved from New York to Miami Beach and purchased a condo, but it needed a major overhaul, we were feeling a bit overwhelmed. Especially since we didnt have any connections in the design world down here, so we started researching companies online.Thats when we came across Build/Design by RBs project on YouTube. After watching their video, we knew we had found something special. Their attention to detail and dedication to their craft shone through, and we were captivated by the transformations they showcased.The 3D designs they provided were instrumental in helping us visualize the potential of our space. It was like watching our dreams come to life right before our eyes. We hired Ross Brothers to assist us with a water leak issue in our kitchen. They took care of everything from completing the mold inspection, negotiating with insurance and appraiser on compensation for repairs, assist with designing our new kitchen, completing all necessary repairs and installing a complete new kitchen . Their professionalism and knowledge is five star all the way. We would like to especially thank Alex and Stephanie for an outstanding job they did to manage an execute this project . I will definitely recommend Ross Brothers to all my friends.

Our home suffered a pipe leak that caused serious damage to the first floor. We needed mold remediation, new kitchen walls, new cabinets, and new floors. We received multiple bids from many different companies around South Florida, but could not locate one that could do the entire job. It became clear that it would be a nightmare coordinating among the different companies for different portions of the job. Ross Brothers was the only company that was both responsive and could do the entire job. Jason Cabral helped us work out a plan that would fit within our budget, and although it was about 10K more than other bids, we decided to choose Ross Brothers due to their ability complete the entire job, and their stellar reputation.Overall, we are happy with the end result. Ross Brothers really will go the extra mile, within reason, to make sure you are a happy customer. Alex Garcia was a tremendous asset to the project and helped keep things on track and made sure that all of our requests were being met. We stayed in our home during the renovation and witnessed the work first hand each day. Alex and Jason deserve to be commended for keeping things running as smoothly as possible. That doesn’t mean there weren’t some problems along the way. Ross Brothers employs outside contractors to perform some of the work, and sometimes those contractors would have to be recalled multiple times to get the job done correctly. It also seemed like one contractor was not aware about the other contractors and work would be performed that would cause setbacks for the next contractor. However, Alex was on top of this and made sure that thinks kept moving despite any minor setbacks.The end result was just as we expected, and I would highly recommend Ross Brothers to anyone requiring a major renovation project for their home. Ross Brothers renovated my kitchen back in 2017. Yesterday I noticed something wasn’t sitting correctly with one of my upper cabinets. I called them immediately and by the next day Alex and Andree were at my house as a complimentary warranty service to look at the problem. Which they fixed promptly. They were both helpful and courteous. I recommend them all of the time and will continue to do so!

Five stars! Ross Brothers stepped up to do some major reconstruction after we had water damage due to a hurricane. Because of floor and cabinet damage, we ended up re-doing the floors in the house but also knocking down a wall and doubling the size of our kitchen. As with any large-scale remodel, there were some bumps along the way, but we were always able to bring up any concerns and these were always addressed immediately and with courtesy. Most importantly, their work is SPECTACULAR. Weve been back home for a couple weeks and love showing it off! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Ross Brothers to anyone and already have!

We are in the end stages of a unique project to wood plank 1300 ft of ceiling and I couldnt be happier with the attention to detail of our project forman Andre. He has been thorough and attentive to the projects unique complications, so much so, I contracted to Ross Brothers 2 more projects to run concurrently. I highly recommend Ros Brothers!So... A few weeks later and all projects completed. We had wood plank tile to a 1/16 grout installed throughout the entire house with 6 inch baseboards as well. Every wall was painted to perfection. Also a 1/2 bath renovated. Andre (our forman) was with us every day through the process. The staff was careful to clean up after each day as well. These photos dont tell the entire story. A job well done!!!

All I can say is everything was amazing from start to finish. Jason, the contractor I worked with was always on top of everything and addressed any concerns I had. It was quality work and amazing customer service. My place flooded and they redid my floors, painted walls and added new baseboards, and a brand new kitchen that turned out incredible .

Small job wth great expectations which were fulfilled with Ross Brothers. Make a dingy laundry room open, inviting, pleasant to come and go through as our main portal of entry... and functional. Ross Brothers took our ideas and created a space that we love. Open and clean, fabulous to look at and work in. There is now more storage than there was yet the room seems larger. ..... and the 9 foot doors give us a lift.All finishing cabinetry, installation, electrical, plumbing, stone and detail coordinated by Ross Brothers and completed by Scott and Derek, Diana and Doug. Daily communications via emails, texts and many phone calls..... when I stained the stone cabinet they even came back and refinished it! Hands down the best remodeling experience we have had in our 20 years of homeownership in Miami. We could not be more pleased.

Ross Brothers just completed several projects on my 4700 sq. ft. home. For me to express and list the above and beyond level of service, expertise, thoroughness, communication, concern for the clients needs and wants would be several pages long. In an effort to condense what Ross Brothers did for me: I am a perfectionist and Ross Brothers understood that from me since day one. Every worker in my home paid close attention to the smallest of detail in order to make sure everything they touched and worked on was not stated as completed until it was not only perfect to them but perfect in my eyes as well. Every person they sent to my home was respectful, clean, and thorough. It was obvious from day one that they take tremendous pride not only in their craft but also in making sure that me as their client was not only completely satisfied but smiling and happy when they say goodbye. In a city where contractors tend to be flaky it was refreshing to work with a company who was punctual, professional, and who delivered a quality product. I was referred to Jason from Ross Brothers by a coworker that heard me complaining about the remediation company that my insurance company assigned to me after water damage occurred in my home. She had nothing but great things to say about him. After working with Jason, I wish that I had used Ross Brothers from the beginning of my claim. I used them for just the mold remediation portion and they were absolutely amazing! They were professional, prompt, polite, fairly priced, communicative, organized, and they finished the work in a timely manner. I was also thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail. I highly recommend Ross Brothers for any job that you may have, especially when going through insurance. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

We used Ross Brothers for a major renovation of our home. Flooring, kitchen, moving walls, plumbing, electrical, popcorn ceiling removal etc. They were responsive and professional throughout the entire construction process. Everything they did was as if we were their top customer.This was over 2 years ago - but Id recommend them even more now.Recently we had to replace a ceiling light and realized the paint they used on the ceiling had unexpectedly caused the light trim to stick. In order to replace the light, we had to damage the ceiling. Over 2 years after they completed their work, we called to tell them what was going on and they sent someone over right away to fix the ceiling!Just wow! This is the type of service that makes me a lifetime customer and Id recommend them to anyone doing a small or large renovation.

Ross Brothers was great! Having just moved to Miami, I was skeptical and nervous about hiring a contractor to remodel my entire condo. Ross Brothers came out and made some great suggestions and then provided me with a detailed estimate. They werent the cheapest but they seemed to be the most professional. Now that the work is complete I can say that they more than lived up to everything they promised. They completed the project a week ahead of schedule and the quality of the work is fabulous. Everyone that worked on the project from the painters to the plumber was clean and professional. The support team in the office is also right on top of their game. For a high quality job and hassle free experience, I highly recommend them!

Fantastic! Ross Brothers did a great job working on my condominium. I would highly recommend them. I hired Ross Brothers to install new floors, paint, and install new lighting. This included removing and replacing our bamboo wood floors throughout our home and repairing the other damage to walls, etc. Ross Brothers was very professional and kept us abreast of everything along the way and throughout the process. We hired them to paint our house and it was a big project: painting deep warm colors and transforming our home (interior) with a dramatically lighter palette, including ceilings. I did a lot of research to find a company to do my kitchen remodel . The Ross Brothers came out and I was very impressed with everyone I met. So in October the kitchen was started and we expected it to be about 8 weeks as I was ordering custom cabinets.. well unfortunately it was a new company Ross Brothers was ordering the cabinets from and it took longer than expected to get them and then they came in all wrong! And even Ross brothers were shocked at what was sent out. Needless to say I was very upset , but Ross Brothers said not to worry and they would take care of it. We did not want these Aquabox cabinets that were sent out, not only were they wrong but lacked the quality as well. So Ross Brothers took them all back and ordered me custom maple cabinet boxes instead . Unfortunately all this took time Thanksgiving and Christmas came and went. But I finally got my dream kitchen !!!! Yes it was a nightmare but in the end I was very happy with Ross Brothers . I will say I was impressed with the integrity of the company and how nice everyone I met there was. I even received a nice gift with a letter of apology for how long this took.. Would I recommend Ross Brothers and use them again. YES! A lot of companies would of left us hanging. If it wasnt for the length of time it took I would give 5 stars.

I hired Ross Brothers to repair several sections of drywall throughout my home due to water damage. I was very impressed with their communication and follow-up from the first day I met with them. Not only did they do a wonderful job in repairing my drywall, but their project management is excellent. My project manager, Jason, stopped by my home each day that they were working to check their progress, and to also make sure I was satisfied and didnt have any questions or concerns. I was hit with flooding as I walked into my home after being away for days. The water extraction service recommended Ross Brothers immediately as an excellent contractor to not only coordinate restoration, but work with the insurance company. Ross Brothers Where Every Detail Matters slogan is how they operate on every level: workmanship; expediency; professional courtesy; knowledge and service. Work was done every day until it was completed...and on time! Jason was in touch every day and personally monitored the progress on site most days while advising me on selection of materials. He responded quickly to phone calls and texts - always - and I was encouraged to contact him anytime I might have a question or concern.This was a whole house tile flooring and painting project...while I was still living in the house. The prep work, protection of furnishings and containment of construction dust was nothing short of outstanding, and the finish work is perfection!. Never once did I lack confidence in this company. I completed bathroom renovation and replaced the tile flooring in most of my house. I was apprehensive because of a past renovation nightmare. I worked with the project managers Alex Garcia & Jason Cabral. They had great communication and guided me through the whole process. I was extremely happy with the quality of work, especially the tile work, both in the shower and floor. The workers showed up for work on time and cleaned up and the end of every day. The estimate I received was higher than expected, but worth it. Ross Brothers was professional and delivered what they promised. If you are looking for good reliable contractors, you wont go wrong by selecting them.

It was very last minute since the original company we called to do the work never got back to us after we met with them. Jason gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work and was able to start within a few days. They came in and removed the popcorn from the ceilings, did knock-down on them, and had them painted in 2 days. Everything was done before my mom moved in. They went above and beyond our expectations and my mom now has beautiful ceilings in her new home! I would highly recommend Ross Brothers to anyone looking for a contractor and I would definitely use them again if more work was needed! Jason Cabral was amazing and led us in the right direction with the texture for the ceilings. An amazing company with amazing representatives.

I had just moved down to Florida from New Jersey and I felt like a fish out of water since I did not know who to call or where to get a referral from. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. A Gentlemen named Jason came to my Condo on time and looked and acted very professional. We spoke for a while about my budget and ideas.After listening to me and keeping my requests in mind Jason came up with a fantastic plan. He explained everything in detail and with words that were easy to understand. He told me he would write up an estimate and get back to me in a day or two.The next day he came through as he stated and E-mailed me an estimate keeping my budget in mind. Early on a Saturday morning at the end of May, a piece off the back of my washing machine busted and flooded the entire back of my house. I had no idea what to do, so I got on the internet and found a water restoration company that arrived within a half hour of my call. Shortly after they arrived, Jason from Ross Brothers arrived to assess the damage. He helped us through the entire process with our insurance company, and made the entire process bearable. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. He made things happen. If I had an issue, he had it addressed quickly. The damage to our house was quite extensive, but once he was able to start work, his crew didnt stop until the job was done. The work was excellent! If there was something I wanted changed, he had someone out usually the same day to address it. He even made sure my family could get back into our house before school started. My house is beautiful and I cant thank Ross Brothers enough! I have never had such a great experience. Jason from Ross Brothers is the only GC I will use from now on! And I also have to give a shout out to Christina from the office. She addressed every single concern quickly and was very friendly every time I talked to her, which was often. While the house was being dried out we were introduced to Jason and thus our relationship with Ross Brothers began. I needed the dry wall and knockdown ceiling repair work due to plumbing work, baseboard throughout the entire first floor, new tiles, new paint. Work began and this work took two weeks to complete .but before the work began, Alex came to my home to review the work along with his team. He made the recommendations and suggestions to improve the work and work flow. During the work, he stopped by my house every other day to check how the work was progressing. He called me and texted me when needed throughout the process. Alex was very prompt with his timing with my limited availability due to work timing. This whole process was done and according to my need. Alex did a tremendous job of managing this project and keeping me informed. We woke up one morning to a flooded kitchen living room and dinning room. After getting the water shut off we then called the insurance company to establish a claim number. 20 days later an adjuster shows up and writes up a very uninformed estimate. Concerned we were not going to be able to complete the work I called a few local contractors for a second opinion. James from Ross Brothers was the third of three appointments and wow am I glad I waited. Instantly we felt like we had someone on our side. He repeatedly assured us we were in good hands and Ross Brothers would represent our interests in dealing with the insurance adjuster.We were promptly assigned a Case manager Tony. Tony became our information source with regular updates of where we were in the process. Soon after we were assigned a project manager Alex who made many onsite visits to insure that we were happy with the progress and answers any question we had. Once work began we were introduced to Dimitri our technician. Dimitri is an awesome craftsman. Every step of the way he paid attention to detail and Resolved the little picky complaints I had with a smile.The whole experience took much longer than I expected but this was waiting on insurance and NOT Ross Brothers. The intire Ross Brothers team were polite and respectful of what I was going through living in a construction zone. If I had any complaints it would be the final clean up. Because all of my furniture was left inside the home once the job was completed the clean up was intense. My wife and I spend many weekends cleaning the dust and debris out everywhere and everything we own.Overall I highly recommend Ross Brothers to anyone, especially if insurance is involved.

I recently had significant water damage to my home. CPR did a spectacular job with the cleanup, water removal, and took appropriate steps to limit my loss.Then, I met with Ross Brothers to discuss repairs. I expected that I would do the minimum, cheapest, fastest repairs needed to rectify the situation.However, what Ross Brothers delivered was a modern, stunning, impeccable kitchen, new floors and refurbished social area that has reduced maintenance, improved accessibility and lighting. My home now rivals and surpasses any recent remodel completed in other homes in the area. This was completed on a tight budget, significantly ahead of schedule. It was also accomplished with a couple of meetings at my home, a few phone calls and texts. No nightmare renovation stories here.My first meeting was with James, from the insurance department and Director/General Contractor Jason.I am disabled due to Multiple Sclerosis and have limited mobility, energy, dexterity and resources. I had a sense of dread regarding what I was facing. James and Jason did a very detailed assessment of the damage and to my amazement, negotiated a very fair price with the insurance company to replace every little thing that was damaged.Jason provided me with creative, affordable solutions for repairs, but also upgrades that I wanted. Some of these were meant to improve the aesthetics and resale value of the home. Additionally, Jason was very mindful of the accessibility barriers I faced. He made the process very easy for me and was very accommodating. He also suggested simple solutions to remove barriers in my home: eliminate thresholds, widen spaces, improve lighting and reduce maintenance. I expect these improvements will allow me to remain in my home much longer than I originally anticipated. This is the contracting company you want to use! Especially for insurance claims. My claim was over a year old and had been closed by my insurance company before I ever had the chance to make repairs. James, got my claim re-opened. Was able to put such a wonderful detailed estimate together, my insurance company approved everything! Because of James we are finally able to get repairs done to our home. Everyone here is wonderful, from day one to talking to Bill their VP, to Crystal in the office, Tony on the phone updating me constantly. I live in North Carolina but own a home in Florida that my disabled sister lives in. Unfortunately there was mold found in the attic that spread throughout the home behind the walls unbeknowst to us until it was quite serious. I was fortunate that the underwriter for my policy in Florida recommended Ross Brothers. For this I will be forever indebted to Dominique at Steven Marcus Agency in Coral Springs (the underwriter of the policy) for pointing me in the right direction. This could have been a disaster but instead we found a gem of a company that actually understood our predicament and worked with us from start to finish. They found a mold remediation company that took care of that issue and then worked with us to gut the bathroom, pull up all the rugs, take down walls, etc. Frank Passero worked with us and helped us navigate the entire process with professionalism and kindness and a work ethic you rarely see these days of bigger profits for less return. We could not have been more thrilled with the outcome and the house looks absolutely amazing. This job was over $30,000 but he has worked with us to ensure that we get the most from our insurance company. We also wound up doing additional work in the house that I did not originally plan on however the prices were very fair and the work and attention to detail was unmatched! I honestly feel like Ross Brothers and specifically Frank and his entire team treated us like family. What more can I possibly add except to say how incredibly grateful we are to have worked with them.

I worked with Oscar, a project manager, who was super competent, anticipated issues before they happened (and offered solutions instead of just pointing out problems), and ran my project smoothly to meet the timeline and budget. He stayed in touch and managed the process every step of the way.As a former contractor, my standards for both quality of workmanship, transparency of communication and pricing are pretty high. In the case of Ross, they exceeded my expectations, and it is rare I write a review where I can make that assertion with such conviction.I would work with them again. When my husband and I decided to do a kitchen renovation, we interviewed 5 different companies ranging from small single owner to larger general contractors. We had narrowed it down to two - Ross Brothers and a smaller company from Miami. We were obviously looking for the most cost effective way to get the kitchen done. However, cost was not the only contributing factor in the selection process. When it came down do it, Ross brothers gave me the confidence that I would get a great kitchen, with a direct line back to the owner for issue resolution at a great price. Although they are an established GC in Fort Lauderdale and have done very large projects, their price differential with the smaller ktichen focused contractor was less than 300.00. Once we made the decision to go with Ross Brothers, I knew it was the right one. From Day one, they had a foreman at the job every day who oversaw everything and kept us informed from the start. The workers were professional, skilled and very pleasant. When we discovered the unknown, they didnt charge an extra heavy change fee to correct the issues. We believe the rates were very fair. We found the old wall behind the kitchen sink had basically rotted away due to a leak that had been there before we bought the house the prior year. Throughout the whole process, I never felt like I couldnt raise an issue or asks questions. The end product is beautiful. I love my new bright kitchen and would use Ross Brothers again if I were to do any other renovations. They do live up to their guarantee to satisfy. Even 2 months after completion, when I discovered that one of my drawers appeared off balance, the cabinet installer was there the next day for 5 minutes to fix the issue and show me how. It was a simple click of the switch on the drawer. He did it with pleasure and did not make me feel stupid for calling him out.

We ran into some issues with construction, but Alex already had several alternatives to discuss with me.Overall the construction was within a reasonable time frame considering the hiccups we found once we took down some walls. I was in the process of selling rental property and hired a painting contractor to make repairs to the ceiling in the lanai. After the work was finished, my Buyer did a walk-through of the property, and I got a phone call that she was extremely dissatisfied with the job the painter had done. I stopped by the house to see what the problem was, and I saw that the painter had done a terrible job. In fact, he had made such a mess that I wasnt sure if the ceiling could be salvaged. I found Ross Brothers on the Internet, and a representative came out to look at the job. He gave me a quote, and we scheduled an appointment to get the work done. My tenants told me afterwards that the crew from Ross were very professional and were extremely careful not to leave a big mess behind when the work was finished. I stopped by a few days later to look at the job, and I was totally amazed at the quality of the work. I thought I was going to have to pay for a new ceiling, which would have been a big, expensive job. Ross gave me a brand new ceiling at a fraction of what that would have cost me. They have been the most professional, dependable , helpful, knowledgeable and friendliest group of guys I have ever worked with.I came home from a month vacation to a totally flooded house. OMG!! Starting with the mold guys. Had to tear our 4 feet of all walls in my house. He got the demolition guys, tile guys, painters, plumbers, electricians, carpenters. What ever was needed. They worked very well my Insurance company. I was so worried I would have to front the money until insurance came thru. Jason assured me not to worry about anything. Well, I decided to give them a call, and sure enough, they were on the mark! This company is all professional, from the project manager to the work crews. They schedule their work crews efficiently and in a timely manner. My project involved a major renovation to ceilings and walls after it flooded from a ruptured water line. Popcorn was removed and Knockdown installed, drywall repairs were done throughout the major livings areas, baseboards installed and painting of walls and ceiling. This is a great company to work with, a contractor that actually shows up and does what they say they would do. I had a house in Fort Lauderdale that flooded, almost a total loss. I worked very closely with Bill Rodman from Ross Brothers while he and his team totally renovated the 40 year-old 2 bedroom condo I had just purchased. They removed popcorn from the ceiling, painted throughout adding base boards and crown molding which made the rooms look spectacular. They took up the very old carpet and installed bamboo flooring. They gutted the bathroom and put in a beautiful walk-in shower (and built the bench I requested), new vanity, mirror, toilet, floor tiles, removed the fake plastic ceiling and installed a new ceiling. Similar work was done in the kitchen.Bills guys were great to work with. They protected my furniture, cleaned up after they were done, and were always friendly, polite and generous with their time.Bill was fabulous. Having never done anything like this before he was invaluable in giving me his professional opinion - guiding me through the process and helping me make decisions, when asked. He was very generous with his time - accompanying me on several visits to Lowes and D&B tile.I would highly recommend Bill and Ross Brothers for any renovation work.

I called Ross Brothers on a Friday morning at 9:00am. I explained that I needed crown moulding installed in my sons bedroom in order to save my marriage. I had completely remodeled the room from the concrete walls out- complete with new insulation, drywall, window,paint, even a new laminate floor and baseboard. I told my wife it would take four days. Friday morning was the third week. Hey, at least I worked on it every night! I wanted to finish it off with the moulding, but had no miter saw or nail gun. No problem. I would have my contractor friend help me. That was Wednesday. He called....from the hospital. Kidney stones too big to pass. Wife said Friday was it. Finish the job or no crown moulding, she was moving our son back in. I had two choices...move out or take a chance on a contractor in the yellow pages. I read the reviews for Ross Brothers, and figured either they had their friends and relatives writing reviews or they really were that good. Guess what? They explained that there was a minimum charge for their service. Makes sense. They had to send a carpenter in a truck with tools, material, etc.. Could I just hire their employee for two hours? Thats all I need. And could he be there today ?? I spoke to Howard at the office. After he stopped laughing at the predicament I was in (My own fault), he solved my problem (The room, not my marriage issues !) Can you believe he had a carpenter at my house by 1:30 that afternoon? He was polite, clean, and most importantly SKILLED ! What can I say? Now I know for sure that the other reviews were in fact written by their friends. They were written by customers who used them once, were as impressed as I was, and now consider them friends. Thank you Ross Brothers !!

My Husband I were looking for a contractor to finish our bathroom walls smooth texture as well as knockdown in some other ares of the house. I found Ross Brother searching in Google, they had some great reviews. I decided to give them a call, they came out to the house and gave me an estimate, the estimate was a bit expensive. But I decided to go with them because of the great testimonials. The day of the work Guillermo was on time, we went over the scope of work to confirm everything he was suppose to do. He and his guy started right away prepping everything covering things. He was very meticulous and I really liked that. He was very vocal with me checking if I liked the work so far. The Knockdown that we had done looks really good. We understood that they couldnt match the original knockdown but it came out very close. You can barely tell. When I walked into the bathroom at the end of the day, to look at the smooth finish, there were some touch ups that he needed to do and he would come back Saturday. He came back Saturday finished with bathroom touch ups.The bathroom turned out fine. In all if you need knockdown theyre great!!! Theyre customer service is amazing!!

This is condo that we rent by the month year round so rental time lost for renovations translates into lost rental income. We were provided with a detailed proposal with all costs noted , everything to be done noted, and all to be provided with the project spelled out in detail. We closed on our house Monday at 3pm. I spoke to Howard and Jeff from Ross Brothers earlier that day about popcorn removal in several of our rooms. I explained we couldnt get into the house until Monday evening and the movers were coming on Friday morning. Howard met us at the house at 4:30 as he said he would, work started on Tuesday at 8:30am by Thursday at 3pm the job was done and it looked incredible. The job site was clean while the work was going on which is not easy during popcorn removal. All of the non-effected areas were covered with plastic as were all the walls in the areas where they were working. When they left is was as if they had never been there except of course for the smooth, perfectly painted ceilings. We have them saved in our contacts lists for sure.

We have been involved with Ross Brothers since day 1 of an insurance claim battle. They have been professional, timely, and extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. We had to relocate and they were so trustworthy and helpful in the remodeling, permitting, and designing of our house. Scott handled all of our issues with the city and called to advise of each step so that we remained in the loop. The company that our homeowner’s association used did most of the water remediation (CPR- Certified Property Restoration) has a sister company that does restoration. The sister company is called Ross Brothers. We decided to use them as they were familiar with the damage and able to return our unit back to normal quickly. They repainted the interior including the ceiling, they remodeled my kitchen and replaced The flat part of my roof. Everything was done in an organized and timely manner. My only regret is that I did not use them for my flooring project. I was referred to someone else by a friend and if I had to do it all over again the entire job would belong to Ross brothers. The project was a complete condo remodel-plumbing, electrical,, new wallboard, molding, doors, ceiling fans, lighting, painting, and all new A/C and appliance installation. Ross Brothers handled everything from start to finish. Jason Cabral and Bill Rodman were very professional and courteous. They kept me informed of the projects progress and their advice and suggestions regarding various details were appreciated and the completed condo reflects their expertise. I really appreciate Bills tackling the city permitting process when the code inspectors began to drag their feet. Very professional organization. Very high level of communications during the project. We had our condo floor tiled which required an extensive leveling effort. Their tile craftsman did a great job and the floor looks fantastic. We also had French doors and door panels installed as well as crown molding in three rooms. They have excellent carpenters who finished the work in what I thought was a very short time frame. We are very pleased with the appearance of all the wood work that was performed.We also had Ross brothers remove our popcorn ceiling, redo the ceiling with a knockdown texture and paint the entire condo. All the work was completed in a timely manner and with excellent results. They were able to provide all of the various trades that are needed in a job such as ours which saved us time and money.A final word on project management. Ross brothers appears to assign a project manager to each project (I have had them do two projects). The project manager provides a single point of contact and is responsible for the scheduling and staffing of the project. Our project managers were excellent. The projects were started on time, staffed fully, and completed on time.I highly recommend this organization.

Facing the prospect of starting by myself a major renovation project was not an easy thing to undertake but I was lucky enough to be introduced to Ross Brothers and from start to finish it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Right off they understood the scope of what I wanted to have done - and more importantly they knew what needed to be done - especially in regard with ADA guidelines - and throughout the entire project their suggestions enhanced and made everything so much better than I ever thought it could ever be. Their approach to running the project is a team effort - not just one person knowing how the project was to be - but everyone from RBs staff to the highly skilled subcontractors - knew what the project was all about and how it had to be. I didnt have to worry about anything because they handled for me and with me everything from architectural planning, condo approvals, city approvals, permits, inspections, supply selections, deliveries, installations, ceilings, walls, floors, plumbing, tiles, lighting, windows, doors, painting, clean ups and anything else you can imagine! There was always someone available to answer any questions or concerns I had as the project moved along. Everyone involved went above and beyond what I expected a contractor and client experience would be - their aim is perfection and they wont say the project is completed until it is exactly that - and they also let you know even when the project is completed - they are still there for you whenever a need might arise - they really stand behind their work and also their subcontractors. To sum this up and put it simply - I promise you if you really want the best outcome and a job done well - then you must choose the best - and that is only Ross Brothers!

We removed all popcorn throughout our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, replaced all existing baseboards with new, sanded and calked all rooms, painted all rooms, replaced all existing wall sockets and switches, replaced existing main water valve and two toilet shut off valves with ball valves, moved a fan, installed a new dining room light fixture, replaced 2 existing light fixtures with high hats, replaced all windows and front door with impact windows and impact door.

I purchased a condo in Southern Florida that was only 7 years old but needed a face lift. I originally hired a contractor recommended by my Realtor to do some construction work in the unit. After 3 months it was apparent he was incapable of doing the job and we parted ways. I had earlier hired Ross Brothers to paint the unit and hang wallpaper in a number of the rooms. When I realized my initial contractor was not going to work out I went back to Bill Rodman at Ross Brothers to do the rest of the work I wanted done. Bill could not have been more accommodating. I do not live in Florida full time so Bill made it as easy as possible for me through FaceTime and phone calls. He ran around the area to find a beautiful quartzite slab for my kitchen, picked up televisions I had ordered to hang on the wall, replaced all my baseboards, installed fixtures, kitchen backsplash and kitchen countertop. They did a beautiful job on the initial job I had hired them for including painting dark kitchen cabinets a light grey. It was a pleasure working with Bill and his crew and I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for someone to do anything from small renovations to complete home renovations.

We had four change orders, three of those were at owner request and one was an unforeseen conflict between a door trim and a switch.Theyve got a great electrician (VINCE) that educated me on certain aspects of the house and was easily accessible. Their flooring guy (IRAMIR) came back out after we found a few hallow tiles. Installation was very well done, they even pulled out 200SF after I didnt like the pattern. Most of the work was completed by VITOR. Found him to be very helpful and spent most of the 7 weeks at the house. He kept me posted on the work and even went above/beyond on some aspects (threw knockdown in my closets and bathroom at no extra charge).Reason for not giving them 5 stars:I expressed these to Jason in person when we did our final walk through, just want to share it for full transparency. Two of the main subcontractors were not from Miami Dade County. Not a big deal, but they tended to mention how this was a long drive or I cant make another trip just for that. Nevertheless, if an issue came up and they had to come back out, Ross Brothers (Jason) made sure they did with no problem. I also had an issue where the dumpster was removed after tile removal, and found myself with several bags of construction demolition or small trash I had to take care of myself. Jason confirmed the subcontractors should have handled their own trash, small oversight on a tight project.Overall, great contractor to work with and great comfort knowing all work at my house was being done by a licensed/insured GC. Would highly recommend them if you are considering a project beyond $20k or have a very tight time frame.
