    Horacio was very responsive and communicated well throughout the whole process. His team did a very good job on refinishing our old worn-out hardwood floors (see photo of before and after).     Great job with the vinyl plank flooring! From the time I asked for a site visit, looked at samples, requested a formal quote, until the time the job was done, was 10 days or less. It was a one day installation for our first floor (about 700 square feet). The three man installation crew was quick, clean, and very polite. Highly recommended. No BS, no upsell. Again, great job. The new floor really looks great compared to the old worn-out, beat-up, and stained hardwood floor underneath. Thank you Horacio.

    These guys were great. I had a flood in my basement and my carpet was ruined. They came in at 9:15 AM ripped out the old carpet and got the whole floor down 800 ft.² and we’re out the door by 1:00pm. They also knew I was waiting for an insurance check and were very accommodating regarding payment.

    VRP Flooring is AMAZING!!!! I needed a stair runner installed on my steps with carpet I had already purchased. I contacted them via email late Sunday night, they returned my call early Monday morning. I explained what I needed and was told No problem. They stated they would be there the following day. The installer came, not only on time, but earlier than I expected. That is a HUGE PLUS in my book! The gentlemen came, measured and installed padding and the runner for me. He did an unbelievably amazing, awesome, super, job!!!! I couldnt be more pleased from start to finish! I will definitely be using them in the future for any floor needs that I may have! BRP installed 1600 sf of vinyl plank with transitions and trim in two days! Once the contract was agreed upon and signed they came within one week as promised.     Horacio came to the house a few times without hesitation to go over a few items that we wanted to make sure about the install, being the new hardwood floor was being put in the kitchen with the existing cabinets in place. We agreed to the price, which was excellent. We took up the existing tile floor and now we had to deal with the structolite which was impossible. Horacio came again and said he could take care of it. A few days later 4 men came to the house and started to remove the structolite which took about 5 hours and they covered all of the cabinets as well. They also, on same day installed the hardwood and they stayed until it was all installed and left at 11pm. To say the least, I doubt any company would have done that! Finally, this is a great company and the floor looks beautiful.You cant go wrong with hiring VRP.Thank you Horacio and men for a job well done .J.Profita

    Very happy with our LVT installation.     I called VPR flooring for an estimate on the removal of carpeting and the installation of new carpeting and padding. Less than 24 hours later Horatio had been to my house, discussed the job and materials, sent me an estimate, and offered to do the job the very next day.The price I was quoted was very reasonable and I accepted the offer for next day installation. Leo arrived and went strait to work.     I was able to get a free quote within a couple of days of my first inquiry, which was more than reasonable and there were options to choose from regarding colors and quality. Written offer and contract were forthcoming quickly and within 3 days vrps employees were at my house installing 660 sq feet in less than 6 hours. Very polite and kind workers took care of furniture removal and clean up. High quality workmanship. Vrp also told me how to maintain the flooring and said theyd be happy to return to fix any issues if any arose in the future. Highly recommend vrp flooring!

    We used VRP Flooring this past winter. I called 8 places for prices. VRP called back with professionalism. They came when they said they would. They had the best price. We had our entire first floors redone. They stained them and they came out beautiful. We could not be any happier. They were trustworthy. We left for a few days while the job was being done. They came when they said and the job was done in a timely fashion. They were neat and the house was not to dusty. (I did of course have to clean but not bad). We found a minor mark on the floor after it dried and called them. They came out immediately and fixed it. I honestly would recommend them. Sometimes the best price is not the best service. But in this case the best price and best service.

    Horacio and his people did a very good job for our rental property kitchen and three bathrooms. They are very reliable people. We found one of toilet shut-off valves was leaking. We were very impressed that Horacios father, who is the founder of the business, showed up and fixed it. This shows how much they care about their customers. Highly recommended business!!

    My previous tenants destroyed all the floors in my apartment. I needed both carpet, and flooring for kitchen and bath. Got several prices, these guys we by far the cheapest. They came out the next day to look at the job & give me a price. It was about a month from when they came & looked at the project until I wanted it done. When I contacted them to have it done, they responded right away, came back the next day to look at some changes from the original proposal, & 2 days after that came to do the project.
