I was given a thorough report with detailed explanation.I spoke with Billy Burton who outlined what he did and how he came to his analysis. His level of expertise was exceptional.     If you are needing a home inspection Billy Burton is your guy! He was very responsive, arrived in a timely manner and provided a thorough and honest inspection. He took the time to go over everything and answer any questions that we had. He immediately spotted a major issue with a home that we were considering and prevented us from making a very costly mistake.     Working with Burton home inspections was a real pleasure and the best decision i could have made during my due diligence period. Aside from being very nice and honest, Billy is very knowledgeable when it comes to home inspections. He was very thorough with the inspection and pointed out some very important issues. He even took the time to meet with me in person to go over everything so that I clearly understood the problems. With his detailed report, the seller agreed to fix most of the issues.     This was our first home we have ever purchased and Billy was the absolute best! He did such a thorough inspection of the house and took his time. He is the reason we purchased our first house and knew we were making the right choice with our first home.     We met Billy for an inspection on a home we were buying. We chatted for a bit and he told us about the area, very friendly and knowledgeable guy. When we went into the house for inspection, he immediately spotted a major problem in the basement. He explained the problem to me in terms I could clearly understand. He inspected the rest of the house and provided a detailed report that explained all the problems with the house. His expertise saved me from making a $400k mistake buying a bad house. I will definitely use his services again. I highly recommend him!

    We had an excellent experience using Billy Burton when buying our first home. Billy’s inspection was thorough and prevented us from purchasing a home we almost made an offer on that had some hidden issues. He also inspected the home we eventually purchased and not only pinpointed the minor issues but also referred competent and affordable contractors who could fix the issues.

    Billy did an amazingly thorough job!! we thought we were getting a totally renovated home. But, it was lipstick on a pig and he discovered all the hidden problems and saved us from buying that moneypit!! He is doing the inspection on the next house we find.Couldnt figure out how to make another review so---Billy just did the inspection on the second home we found and after his inspection we got $15,000.00 off the sale price!! Another great job!

    Saved my husband and I a lot of money, headaches, and time on an inspection of a house almost a year ago. As first time buyers we had no clue what we were doing and people can definitely take advantage of that. He was very honest and professional, he was very thorough in his work. It’s difficult to find businesses who genuinely have your wellbeing on their mind but this is one of them, my husband and I literally would have been in debt with all the things that needed to be fixed in this house.     Burton Home Inspectors covers all the bases. First, they allow scheduling through their website even on weekends! I got my inspection done on a Sunday! I met with Billy he was personable, very knowledgeable, and most of all honest! Lastly, the report was laid out with pictures and details. Im over the moon pleased with the work of this company even though everything is not good news when buying a house, but no one wants to buy a nightmare on Elm Street!
