    We recently purchased and installed our Standby Generac through Deep Creek Electric. Customer service through them was excellent from the initial consultation to the service representatives educating us on using it to coordination of hook up service schedules, permits and more. Quality skills, conversations with office staff and consistency with doing what they said made us satisfied customers. I would highly recommend their company for services. 6/24.

    From start (coming into our home for an estimate) to finish (installation the of our new Generac generator), Deer Creek Electric was honest, upfront and respectful!     Our 10kw generator recently stopped operating. I had another company come out to look at it and they provided me with two options, either buy a new one (which they of course had in stock and could install immediately for $8,500), or replace the engine for $3,500. Wanting a second opinion, I called Deer Creek to come look at it and they determined the engine could be fixed for about $1,300. They could’ve fed me the same line as the original company, but they didn’t. I greatly appreciated their honest assessment. Everyone I worked with was professional and I would absolutely use them again.

    I received three estimates to have a Generac 20 kw whole house generator installed at my home in New Oxford, PA approximately one year ago. Brian Samples, the owner of this company, inspected my house and presented me with an estimate that was dramatically more detailed and professional than either of the other two companies. Plus, his price was a few hundred dollars lower. I checked his references and agreed to the work. A month or two later, Jamie and his crew arrived and completed the installation in a very timely and efficient manner. The final price was exactly as shown on the estimate. Since then, the electricity in our neighborhood has failed twice, for a few hours each time. In each case, the generator kicked in and operated exactly as it was supposed to. Brian and Jamie addressed the few maintenance concerns that I’ve had with the equipment very quickly. I am truly impressed with this company and recommend them highly if youre looking for a whole house generator.

    Had multiple long (+2 hours) power outages in a year. Last night with new all house generator installed by Deer Creek, lost power. about a 2.5 to 3 second delay and it fired up. Everyone else around was dark. after every thing restarted, I was watching the history channel and opening my refrigerator ( because I can). Wonderful investment! Worked perfectly.

    My family and I live in an area that experiences frequent power outages throughout the year, so we decided to have a whole house generator installed. We researched dealers/installers in and around our area and decided to go with Deer Creek Electric (DCE). Choosing DCE was one of the best decisions we made during this adventure. The entire process from beginning to end was extremely easy and completely stress free.The owner of Deer Creek Electric, Mr. Samples, came to our home for a consultation and listened to our wants and needs for a whole house generator. He was completely professional, not pushy by any stretch, and didnt try to sell us on more expensive units we didnt need. He explained which units would be most beneficial for what we wanted the generator to run should we lose power. In addition, he was extremely patient, answered all of our questions and concerns, and walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. By the time he left our home, we had already decided on a unit and ready to schedule the installation.Everyone from the office staff to the installers at Deer Creek Electric were extremely professional and a real pleasure to work with. We were kept completely informed throughout the entire process and DCE handled everything from the paperwork, registering our product, and even working with the gas company (because we needed a bigger meter). I cannot say enough good things about DCE and highly recommend them to neighbors and friends looking to have a Generac Whole House Generator installed and for electrical work as well.

    Deer creek did everything like they said they would. we had a thunder storm and lost power from 7pm until 4am. when we first lost power i never got up from eating my slice of pizza. the generator worked flawlessly. it was truely an awesome feeling having everything come on within minutes (including the central air) of the power outage. the only negative is the gas company wants to dig up my front yard to put in a bigger diameter supply line. this will be no cost to me but i feel it isnt necessary.

    Had excellent service from Brian and his staff. I had a major problem with my Generator. Brian gave me several options and I got the one best for me. You can’t go wrong with Deer Creek. 5 stars.

    Installed a standby generator for my parents. Brian was very patient and answered all of my parents questions. Polite service and good attention to detail. On the day Deer Creek installed the generator, the job was completed in one day!
