    The gutter team came and went fairly quickly! They were courteous, professional and very efficient! As gutters go, the K-Guard gutters are beautiful! They look like they were meant to be on my house! And the way they are mounted on my house eliminated the puddling problem at the edge. I have not seen them perform in rain yet, but I will be watching - confident that they will do a great job! So glad I chose these!

    We absolutely loved working with KGuard! We got estimates from 5 other companies and no one could compare. Their color selection is the best in town and they are so informative to homeowners about the costs and how the system needs to be installed to last. I had several team members I could text with questions who checked in with me before and after the project. The team was timely, polite, quick and cleaned up the site. We had to wait an addition to be built to put gutters on it and they came back within a week of me reaching out again. Their customer service and quality of product is the best!

    Our overall experience was excellent. Following a prompt estimate in the fall of 2024, we were told that K-Guard would be here in about four to five weeks. Estimate was thorough and informative. A couple of special requests were accurately related to the installation crew. We have a two story home and applied K-Guard gutter to the upper story two or three years ago. After residing our house this past summer, we decided to replace the remaining half of our gutters and downspout.The product does what they say it will do. They guarantee that it will not clog and they promise to come out and unclog it should that happen. We have large trees and oodles of leaves in our established neighborhood. They do not accumulate in or plug either the gutters or downspouts. Simply said, they can afford to promise to unplug them because it never happens.Neither do they form large ice buildups. Icicles the size of a pencil may form as the temperature is dropping, but they will either melt or fall off.This is a quality product that is not cheap, but well worth the investment. One of out goals was for my wife to be able to keep me off ladders and the roof. I have tried three or four other methods in the past. None have ever worked for all 12 months of the year the way our K-Guard Gutters do. And the investment is well worthwhile, and far cheaper than a broken hip, hospital stay, and those related expenses. We are believers!Kenneth TowWaukee, Iowa

    Upon recommendation from my brother in the Des Moines area I called K-Guard to see if they would possibly come to Cedar Falls and give me a quote on replacing gutters on my historic 1868 house. They were very interested and made an appointment soon after. Impressed with their product and guarantee I decided to go with this company. The color we selected matches perfectly with one of the accent colors on my house I think they look so sharp on my house.Obvious to me was the professionalism of the crew of 8 or 9 guys that came and everyone knew exactly what to do. From the removal of the old to the installation of the new and all the cleanup it was magical. I couldnt be happier and would definitely recommend this company and product to anyone.

    I recently had maintenance-free gutters installed and I couldn’t be happier with the experienced Anne, in particular, provided exceptional customer service from their office. She was responsive, attentive to detail, and ensured that all my questions were answered before AND after they installed the system. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism it seems in the contracting world as we’ve had several projects done in the past from other companies.     This companys work was quick and efficient! Some of the roof were leaking for several weeks and they took care it with professional, informative, and reasonable prices. I am overall impressed with the quality of roofs and how they painted the chimneys black to match the shingles. This company left the site very clean and neat.     We had K-Guard out to our home in Grimes, IA. We weren’t sure what why our gutters weren’t properly functioning. K-Guard was able to identify not only was there a clogging issue, but the sloping of the gutters were incorrect as well. The prior company would not discuss the situation with me so I had to find another provider. K-Guard rep Junior Reyes came out for an inspection to see the situation and provide an estimate. He listened to my concerns and provided feedback that addressed my concerns. I am very happy with the process and my interactions with Junior and the installation crew. Everything went as planned and the new gutters look great. The enlarged downspouts are an upgrade from the prior gutters. So was the quality of the work done.     I met the representatives of KGuard at their booth of the Iowa Home Show event earlier this year. Knowing thaty gutters and soffit/fascia were problematic, I asked them for more information about replacement. After the show, they followed up with me and came out to my home and gave me a free consultation.Heres where things got tricky, and to their credit they handled the situation marvelously. The consultation was in February, and I had to wait on funding until late summer for the project. Dylan from KGuard was able to hold my guaranteed quote for 8 months, keeping all the discounts offered at the original meeting. He even came back out to the house to refresh our memory about our choices.Fast forward to the installation. Getting scheduled was a bit tricky, but they were able to tell me what day they make their schedule for the upcoming week so I was able to call that day next week and get set up. The crew came out and replaced my soffit, fascia, and gutters on my home and garage in 2 days. The workers were quick, efficient, and non-intrusive.Im thrilled with the results!

    Great gutters! Called K guard to fix a loose piece of trim. Trevor came over and fixed the trim. I told him the gutters were slanting slightly downward, and not horizontal. He looked at it, and said that he would take care of that also - the same day! Not a small job, and Trevor straightened out the gutters on the front and back of the house and they look great and they work with 100% efficiency! They really do stand by their product! Highly recommended!

    This company was easy to give a 5 star! I live in Ames and have put off replacing my gutters for quite some time. I am more than happy I chose K-Guard as my contractor to replace the old gutters on my house. I had several different estimates and they were the least high pressure by far from their other competitors. We’ve had a couple good storms with heavy rains and the product performs great!

    I had gutters that needed replaced as they were not getting the water away from the foundation. In addition, at least twice a year I was on the roof unclogging my downspouts. Between the clogging and the sagging gutters, I ended up with water in my basement many Springs. K-Guard of Iowa was my only call after they did such a good job on my Mothers house. I only have a month with my new gutters, but my experience has been a good one. I had one support issue. Within 45 minutes of me reaching out, one of their techs was at my place and addressed it. Make no mistake, these are an investment. However, not having to climb on the roof multiple times/year, not having to grab a step ladder in the rain to reattach sagging gutters & not having to shop vac my entire basement makes it an easy choice. Again, Im early in my experience, but the quality of work and support of their customers make this an easy 5 star.

    We found K-Guard of Iowa at the home show in Des Moines this spring. Dylan told us he would call us that next week. He did and made an appointment to come measure for our new gutter system. Within three weeks we had the K-Guard system installed on our house. Our old gutters were atrocious. 1990s . The K-Guard system made the aesthetics of our home look so much better. Cleaner lines. Amazingly enough, after installation it rained! They work tremendously! They are larger, there are no drips behind the gutters, and perhaps most importantly, no more cleaning up the helicopters from the maple trees that surround our house! Thank you K-Guard!

    K-Guards representative, Dylan, initially responded to our telephone request for more information and a possible quote. Dylan came to our home, sat down and visited with us, discussed various options and took detailed measurements. He presented valuable information of the various solutions along with clear pricing. Having some previous knowledge about other suppliers and solutions, we agreed to proceed with K-Guard at our meeting. The installation occurred in the time frame quoted. The installation crew called in advance to notify when they would be on site. They arrived as scheduled pre-building the gutters to length one day and installing the next.. They did a thorough job cleaning up when the work was completed. Dylan remained involved through the entire project. He and the installation crew were courteous and professional throughout. We feel we made a good investment at a fair price and would, without hesitation, recommend K-Guard to anyone.

    I dont remember the last time I left a review for a business. But I have to this time. We had K-Guard replace our gutters a couple years ago. We love them. Last year our Maple tree dumped the most whirly gigs I have ever seen in decades. It clogged up one end of our gutter. I called them to see what the problem was and they came out the next day. Had it cleaned out and checked all the other gutters. No charge. Then we had a new roof scheduled to be put on. Needed one of the gutters taken down for some roof line repairs. Had to coordinate that with the roofers. K-Guard had to come one morning to remove the gutter with only approx. one hour notice. They had no problem doing that even though, due to rain delays, they didnt know what day it would happen on. I dont know too many companies that would inconvenience themselves to that extent. Do yourself a favor and let these guys do your gutter work. You wont regret it. We are so thankful to the owners Jack and Charlie.

    From start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the salesman Dylan never pressuring me to sign anything upfront and just his knowledge of his product made me very comfortable. And then the communication from the office was phenomenal. To top it all off Ted and his crew came and took my old gutters down and put the new k-guard up in ONE DAY! And didn’t leave a scrap behind. I highly recommend K-Guard!
