    Lee and his partner installed our Essency water heater quickly and professionally. Great price and great people. He was clear and transparent every step of the way.     I had some work being done under my house and they told me there was a leak. I called North Georgia Rooter around lunch time and to my surprise they were able to come the same day. Isiah was great and explained everything to me and made sure I didnt have any other leaks while he was there. Great service.     Isaiah and Joey were terrific! Very professional and courteous! I am giving the overall rating 4/5 stars, though, because I was surprised at how expensive it was to reset the toilet, as it took only about 20 minutes to do it. (I took my dog for a quick walk, and by the time I got back home, they were finished.) I’ve since looked at pricing for this particular service and, by comparison, $325 is very expensive. (And that’s in addition to the $60 service call, bringing the complete total to $385.) They did take a minute to look at my water/sewage line in the backyard… not a detailed examination, just a quick look to see if anything appeared out of the ordinary, which it didn’t.I am hoping that in the next couple of days, I will know if the problem is fixed. The reason I had called them out being that there has been was a very foul odor emanating from the downstairs toilet. The odor is still there, but I’m hoping that with a little time it will go away, and that resetting the toilet is what was needed. But again, the young men who came out were very nice… I am more concerned with the cost than their service.

Jordan came out and helped me with a difficult blockage on a sewer main in Gainesville for a job I was contracted out to and I have definitely found the plumbers I want on my team!     When the hose bibs froze at my mother’s house, I called North Georgia Rooter. The woman who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was very nice and helpful. Despite a very heavy schedule due to severe weather she scheduled us within a very reasonable time frame. The plumber who came out was on time, very professional and extremely pleasant and helpful. They solved my problem and throughout were very good to work with and highly communicative. The price was very reasonable for the service. I would definitely call them again.

Our house sitter found our hot water heater leaking while we were out of town and called us in a panic. It was a Sunday morning and we werent having any luck finding a company that could be there quickly before we had a huge mess on our hands. We called North Georgia Rooter and all of our worries melted away. The office lady Angelica who booked the call was so sweet and did a great job at putting us at ease. She let us know that we were in good hands and that she would get someone to us very quickly. Lee and Jordan were the plumbers that came and were able to be there within just a couple of hours! They installed our new hot water heater and got everything cleaned up so it didnt cause us any additional damage to our home.     I cannot say enough good things about this company and about Lee! We are moving into a new house that developed a mystery leak in the basement. Lee took the time to carefully investigate and assess where the leak was coming from, including educating me on all the pipes and drains in my house during the process. He found the leak and fixed it right up. The thing that I appreciate the most is he was straightforward, honest, and did not try to upsell me on anything. Super professional, and super practical! And he has a good sense of humor. Not that I’m looking to have any more plumbing issues, but I already know that I would call them again if I did.

    My shower had no pressure, it was down to a trickle. I called Georgia Rooter and Angelica said they could look at in in a few hours. She texted me 10 minutes before arrival and Jordan arrived on time and found the problem right away, it needed a cartridge. They ordered the part, it arrived in a couple days and Jordan installed it in about 10 minutes. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company.

    So many reasons to recommend NG Rooter. Thirty minutes after my initial call there was a technician here. The plumbing at our rental house was done by my father 60 years ago so can imagine what a mess it was in. This was a Friday afternoon. They were here Monday with a full crew. What I assumed would take a couple of days was repaired before 5 oclock that same day. And get this--even with all the repairs they made--they were over a $1000 cheaper than the other company I talked to!! To say we are pleased x 1000. You cant go wrong with this bunch. Nicest guys Ive ever worked with!

    Thought our pressure relief valve needed replacing. Crew came out immediately. They assessed the situation and it ended up being a well problem. They helped me contact a well repair company, sent them photos and I was able to get the problem taken care of in short order. They were friendly, helpful and professional.     By ~1:30PM, I’d found my leak, gotten referred to N GA Rooter - by a nearby (trusted) company that might not have been able to help me that week - made the call & sent my info.Though running errands, the dispatcher had answered my call anyway, leading me through the process. Impressed w/ her but, not expecting to get help that day, I left to have some tires put on my car & missed the dispatchers return-call. Then, I REALLY thought Id missed my chance to get help that day. I was delighted, though, when the dispatcher told me that, by ~4, ’technicians would be on-site.Not only were they there (Id JUST returned from the garage), by ~6, work was done & the invoice was paid. Oh, &, in that time, theyd also returned to the shop for supplies AND began the process of giving me a quote for a French-drain. Total-time: a little over 4-hrs! I COULDNT have been more pleased.

    For years I struggled with having dingy well water whenever it rained heavily, and having to keep an eye on the pipe connections under the kitchen sink. Then I found North GA Rooter.Lee and Jordan showed up and installed water filters (also moved the house water shut-off valve) inside my house to prevent freezing. They were efficient, professional and friendly, and I was kept informed throughout the process as well. They also installed new metal drain baskets on my kitchen sink. Now I will have clear water no matter the weather, and won’t have to worry about my sink leaking because the plumbing worked itself loose. If you have any plumbing issues, I highly recommend North GA Rooter. A++

They showed up quickly, provided a very reasonable quote for the work (both in terms of time and cost), and they completed the job on time and on budget. They have replaced our water heater, diagnosed the leak in our laundry room, and updated our old plumbing.
