    Expert Wire is an amazing company. We were having some issues with our electric that were really concerning and unfortunately it happened to be right in the middle of the holidays. Morgan & Jacob came out the day before New Years Eve and they did a thorough investigation and found the issues. They made the entire process so incredibly easy. They were super informative and really walked us through everything to ensure we understood what the issue was as well as the resolution. We are so grateful and will absolutely use them for all of our electrical needs going forward. We had another company come out first and it was an awful experience. We are so glad we found you guys and will definitely recommend them to all of our friends and family in the area.

    Emergency service required on a Saturday. No water at the house. The team at Expert Wire to the rescue.My new pal Morgan calls me 30 minutes before arrival. He pulls in, tells me about the company and the services available.     Nate and Rich initially came out to inspect reasons why our lights were flickering and to fix some lights that were not working with the possibility of switching everything to wafer LED lights. After an inspection, Nate found that our electric box outside was actually improperly installed and needed to be fixed. He gave us a great price to do that along with switching out all of our old lights to the wafer LED lights and installing 2 additional lights in our bedroom and 2 new fans. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They scheduled to come back out with a team on my next available day and did amazing work. Nate, Rich, Matt E, Jacob and Brian worked most of the day here. They were patient with my youngest asking a lot of questions and even took the time to ask if my dogs would be alright being covered or if I would like to move them. The work looks great and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Nate and his team for any electrical needs!

New to the area in a new home and we needed help!On one occasion the team led by Matthew came to estimate wiring, installation of fans and pendants and discuss motion sensors!     Update #2: A manager from Expert Wire contacted me this afternoon and we discussed the entire situation. Was very understanding, apologized for the trouble and frustration, and this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction.Things can certainly go wrong in any business transaction, but I can testify that this company will ultimately take care of their customers in a fair manner. Kudos.Update: When wrapping up our project, we went to install a new lighting fixture in our dining room. This light had been removed before Expert Wire came out to do the kitchen lights, which are on the same circuit breaker, albeit controlled by a separate dimmer switch. To our surprise and great frustration, we discovered that there was no power going to these wires!I contacted company and they scheduled a time to come out and look at it, as we assumed it was directly correlated to the work on the kitchen lights. Although they promised an afternoon arrival, and we made arrangements to have someone there to let them in, they contacted us at 2pm to inform us that they were cancelling the appointment. Very frustrating.Had to make more arrangements to have someone there the next day, and a technician showed up as promised. The diagnosis? The dimmer switch to the dining room light needs to be replaced. While this might be the case, it is hard to believe that a dimmer switch somehow went bad after years of working perfectly fine, up until work was done on lights that are 10 feet away and on the same breaker circuit. Quite the coincidence, and the company wanted an inordinate amount of money to change out the switch and install the light. Accepted no part of the responsibility for this, and were uninterested in working out something fair.Original Review: Good communication with company from scheduling through the arrival of the technicians. Branden and Dan arrived and did an excellent job installing recessed lights in our kitchen, taking the time required to talk through the placement of the lights in consideration of our ongoing renovations.I feel that the job was pricey, but I am confident that the quality of the work is top-notch.

    What a great experience I had working with Express Wire. Morgan and Jacob were very pleasant and answered all my questions. They respected my property. Pricing was very reasonable.They started with an overview of my electrical setup in order to do the best work possible. They installed new exterior lights by my garage door; replaced an attic fan; and finished some jobs I had started but didn’t finish. That included smoke detectors and light bulbs and my doorbell. They made recommendations without pressure. I told them I would be starting my list for next time. Will be happy to hire them again. Recommend them highly.

    Yunior came out to give me an estimate on upgrading power to my workshop to accept a mini split unit. Not only did he discuss that project but he also reviewed my breaker box and gave me some suggestions on upgrades to think about for the future. He returned with Chris B. to do the upgrade on my workshop a week later and they were wonderful. They were patient and explained everything to me so that I could understand all of the details.     I ordered a 72 windmill fan that needed to be installed on a vaulted ceiling. Hubby is very handy, but we realized this is a job for the experts! So I did some research and settled on Expert Wire. From the moment I called and spoke with Aubrey, I knew I was in good hands! Very professional with great customer service and excellent communication. I was notified by text that the Technicians were on the way. Deigh and Jeremyah arrive and introduce themselves.....super friendly! They get to work, but not before they put on shoe covers and covered the floor with a protective tarp. They installed the ceiling fan with ease and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend Expert Wire!!

    Nate and Juan came for an appointment to install overhead lights and mount our TV. They arrived on time, were super professional, and really nice to work with. They did a full test of the electric safety of the house, and then provided us with several different quotes depending on the work we wanted to have done.     I contacted Expert Wire because I was having electrical issues. Nate was the technician that was sent to the job and he identified the issue right away. He completed his electrical inspection and found other issues. Nate was able to coordinate with his dispatch (kudos also to the dispatch coordinator!), to start our repair the next day. Early the next morning, Nate and Brent came out to our house to start the work. They were both very cordial, professional, and kept a clean working area around them.     We were experiencing electrical issues for the past year (flickering lights and nuisance circuit breaker trippings). We had an electrician out several times who blamed it on faulty breakers and replaced them. The issues continued. We contacted Expert Wire with the issue and the team of Chris B. and Matt E. responded within 2 hours. Chris and Matt were fantastic. They identified the true issue within a matter of minutes (a loose connection within the main breaker causing arcing). Expert Wire immediately sent out a new main breaker from their warehouse and Chris and Matt replaced it and resolved all our problems in a matter of minutes. Chris and Matt were very professional, friendly, and explained thoroughly what the issue was and the resolution. Expert Wire provided exceptional service and superior, technically qualified and experienced electricians.

    Aaron and Blayne were amazing! They were incredibly professional and clearly skilled electricians. They were hired to install ceiling mounted LED lights in the living room, kitchen, dining area, and bedroom. There were no lights anywhere other than in the kitchen prior to their arrival so they had to measure, drill, run wire, mount electrical boxes and wire molds (concrete ceilings), and finally the light fixtures. They also ran wire and mounted cable boxes. They also mounted a large TV and shelves accessories. Their work is clean, precise and high quality. They took their time to ensure they did their best work. They had a great spirit, communicated effectively, explained what they were doing and seemed to genuinely care. I have nothing but praise for Expert Wires Aaron and Blayne. I will use them again in the future and will recommend the company to my friends and property management company. Thank you!

    This past September was the first time we used Expert Wire Blayne and Yunior did the work, they showed up promptly, explained what was needed to do the job and preformed a quality insulation. Once they completed the job they show how to use the equipment. I will only call them when an electrical job is needed.Last week was the second time that we have used Expert Wire to complete electrical work for us and they again did not disappoint! Aaron and Juan were very courteous and professional. We purchased an EV vehicle, and they ended up having to replace the electrical panel and ran an EV outlet outside.     Recently returned to the Beach and noticed we had three outlets that were inoperable. Had Expert Wire conduct an electrical inspection to see the extent of our issue. After reviewing our wiring and our panel, they offered us a number of options including updating our breakers and running additional wiring since it appears that when the four season room was added, the contractor tied into an existing line which had resulted in us having issues. Within two days, the breakers and wiring were available and Yunior and Brandon spent the day updating our electrical service. The repairs took most of the day and both Yunior and Brandon worked diligently throughout the day. They went to great plans to make sure we understood the work being done and at all times were very professional. When they arrived they put on foot coverings to insure that they were not tracking dirt inside our home. They cleaned up after themselves and while working they remained focus on their job.     We recently add a power surge which impacted the circuit breakers for our dryer and our heat. We were able to get the dryer back on, but not the heat. Two service technicians, Nate and Brent, came out and assessed everything. We had them replace the circuit breakers for the dryer and the A/C and Heat. They also recommended adding whole house surge protection. They both did and outstanding job. As they needed parts, they contacted their main office and Dan delivered what they needed. We have had no issues since. This is the 3rd time we have used Expert Wire. Nate and Brent were personal, professional, and very pleasant to work with. The chandelier was an special challenge as it hangs in a 2 story foyer. The assembly required precise measurements in the build of the hanging pendants. They did a fantastic job.     Blayne with Expert Wire is AWESOME! So refreshing to see a a certified tech who not only loves what he does but is also super helpful and informative! We had an appointment to install a basic entryway light fixture but also have a bunch of possible projects planned for the future. We decided to get the membership ($11/mo) which is totally worth it if you know you’ll have other things pop up down the line. Knowing we will now have priority service scheduling with no appointment fees plus extended warranties on all work completed plus so many other perks made the membership a no brainer! Blayne gave us an estimate for pricing on the projects we know we have planned for the immediate future and he was super informative about different options and timing.     Expert Wite evaluated my whole house. The owners before me flipped it but never lived in it. And the house inspector missed a lot. Previous owners got no permits or inspections.The Expert Wire team showed up with 5 guys, three trucks and the power company. Everything was completed on ten hours and every employee knew their job. I had new electric panel installed, replacement of all the outside meter stuff, new GFcI outlets, circuits separated that should never have been together, and 6 recessed lights and a fan light combo installed. These guys and this company are outstanding stellar pros. I will never worry about electricity in my house again. Ever.

    Called Expert Wire about whole house surge protection. Blayne Gates and Brandon Cruz came to evaluate job. They identified the primary panel had a majority of breakers that were not UL approved for the particular manufacturers breaker panel. If not replaced and there was problem or damage from non-approved breaker(s) then insurance may not cover repairs or liability. They knew the National Electrical Code, showed my wife and I the Manufacturers panel sticker citing proper breakers for this panel, estimated cost to install surge protector and replace non-approved breakers, and scheduled date to do the job based on our schedule. Then Matt Evans and Brian Cruz did the actual installation. They did an excellent job and answered all questions. All Expert Wire technicians were polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. On a scale of 0 to 5 stars, I give Expert Wire and their technicians a wonder 5 Stars. Will definitely call Expert Wire for any future electrical needs.
