    Massey Plumbing has come to our house twice. we have a really old house, so it had some issues. Very fair pricing, and they got us in same day. Both times we had Shawn as our technician and I cant possibly rave about him enough!!! He is so friendly and personable, and took the time to really explain what issues we were having, and told us what parts we can buy to prevent it from happening again. He worked quickly, and made sure to clean up the mess! Pretty sure he left my bathtub cleaner than when he found it 😆10/10 will always call these guys when we need it. Thank you, Shawn!!

    Massey Plumbing is fantastic! I have had them 4 times for different issues. Each time I was extremely happy with their service and knowledge. Charlie and Lee are here right now replacing all my water lines and a new water heater. They arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time. I told them after a short conversation I would be writing a review saying, “don’t give them coffee, they’ll never leave!” And Lee was moving so fast he was bouncing off the wall and Charlie was napping on my couch! Of course, none of that is true. You had to be here to understand where that came from. Lee has been here twice and this is the third time for Charlie. Love these guys and Mikeyou’re pretty awesome as well. You always send someone right out, no waiting and always answer calls. I’m a snowbird and I appreciate knowing I have an awesome plumber I can count on at my winter home. I give your name to everyone I can. Thank you!!

    I had the pleasure of doing business with Massey Plumbing. I requested recommendations from the Wesley Chapel Network and Mike Massey reached out to me on my request for an outside faucet replacement. Within 24 hours, I I have had Lee Abel, calling and letting me know that he was on the way. Once we spoke, I knew that he was going to be a great asset in fixing my issues and I was correct! The removal of the old faucet wasnt smooth but Lee handled it like the professional that he was. He knew exactly what to do and allowed me to clean up the work debris, so that I wasnt billed on the clock. Ill be using both Lee Abel and Massey Plumbing on any future projects and recommend to anyone. Thanks to Mike Massey for his exceptional service

    Had a pipe burst on us that goes to my well and was given some ridiculous quotes and then I remembered that Massey had serviced us before and didnt charge an exorbitant rate so I called them and they fit us in the schedule and service was prompt and looks good. Also they gave us a better solution than what had previously been done to the pipe. I definitely recommend them to everyone who needs a good local plumber that does honest and quality work.

    Mike, Lee and the office staff are attentive, timely and resourceful. Each time we have called for service (water heater install, clogged plumbing, and recently for an upgrade) we have been met with professional, courteous tradesmen who have conducted their work efficiently and left our home clean.     I was referred to Massey through a WC community Facebook group. We had a sink and shower leak in our newly purchased home. Both Shawn and Lee were incredibly personable and knowledgeable. The sink is leak free and works great. Shawn was genuine and honest with his recommendations regarding the issue with our shower that had some unexpected complications. He gave us 2 options to consider and explained the pros and cons of each. I appreciated his candidness and professionalism. Definitely would recommend Massey to others and will use their services again in the future.

    Needed my water heater replaced. From the time I called to the end of installation such a great experience. I ask a lot of questions and everyone has been so kind to answer them all. These guys are no BS. They don’t sell you more than you need and will give you options. The installers were here in time and were so kind and helpful. Cleaned up after themselves. Left no trace of them ever being here with the exception of the new hog water heater. Couldn’t have been an easier installation experience!!

    Woke up this morning Friday morning, no hot water. Looked on Google search at 6:45 and saw according to the website that Massey Plumbing was open. So I called, answered on the first ring. Explained my situation, he quickly gave me a quote after I gave him the size of my water heater and description about it. Water heater got shipped to my house around lunch. expert plumber showed up at 2 o’clock. Insulation was done by four. Everything went smoothly. This is the second job done for me, about a year and a half ago they installed my water softener which I have had zero problems with since.

    After being stood up by two plumbers in the Wesley Chapel area, I googled and found Massey. Spoke with the owner, explained my plumbing needs and got an appointment. They called on the way out & showed up. Lee was professional, down to earth, polite and my hero for knowing how to treat a client. He fixed what a plumber could fix and checked my septic tank. To my shock it was filled to the brim. He suspected that from the beginning, but patiently worked me through it. Fair price, shows up, calls and knows how to treat a customer.     I had a leak with no water visible. I called Massey Plumbing and i spoke with Mike the Owner and he was able to be here within an hour of my call. Mike was able to determine that i had a hot water line leak under my foundation. he referred me to a leak detection service Hydro Scout, i called them and they were not able to show up for 3 days. i called around and found True Plumber out of Plant City (bad choice). they showed up and all they wanted to talk about was my insurance. told them just needed to find the leak. 20 mins and $250 later i had a leak location. i called Mike and we set up an appointment, and Charlie was out to fix the leak. small problem is True Plumber did not find the leak. so i called Hydro Scout and waited the 3 days. they were here for 2hrs and located the source of the leak, which was 7-feet away from True Plumbers guess. i shouldve listened to Mike and saved myself some money lesson learned. i called mike to have Charlie back out for the repair. Charlie had the floor hammered up and Hydro Scout was dead on the money. Charlie had the repair done and the few extras i needed completed in under 2 hours. Charlie made sure that i saw the repairs he made before closing up the floor and all the extras he did. i cant say enough about the service i received from Charlie and Mike. will definitely use them again. note if a plumber refers you to a leak detection company use that company and save you some money. Sorry for the long post.

    Massey Plumbing sent Charlie to our home in Dade City and he was an absolute blessing. We had to have a drain cleared in our TINY laundry room. Charlie had a great attitude about everything and took on the challenge. He resolved our issue and provided some insight into the problem.     Called for bad leak outside at the cutoff to the house. Mike came out immediately and repaired. It turns out, over time, quick fixes at the break had created a monster. Mike removed all the patched fixes and did it correctly. Very professional, personable, quick, honest, and very reasonable price. Definitely recommend him. Am scheduling more work with him now.

    We’ve used Massey plumbing for various issues at our previous house and our current home. They are easy to get ahold of, quick to respond, do a great job and have more than fair pricing. I always get nervous hiring someone I don’t have experience with but we are so lucky to have found Massey plumbing. We now have a plumber and I wouldn’t call anyone else for our plumbing needs.

    Our kitchen was built in the 80s without a dishwasher. Previous owners put one in but it was rigged to say the least. So, when it died and I needed a new one, it would not work with the setup. I called Massey and couldnt be happier. They came in, upgraded everything, and found a few more issues that would have been a problem down the road. We have since used them for additional plumbing work and the tech sent out is always professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I wont use any other plumbing service.

    Mike Massey Plumbing is the only plumber I will ever call for the rest of my life. He is ultra-knowledgeable and fantastic with his customers. He hires great people that are not trainees, but already experts. I found him because he was one out of five plumbers I had called who would actually come within an hour, for a potential flooding disaster in my home. After that, I hired him, and Jeff Statkus, (who works with Mike) to re-model both of my pitifully old bathrooms, and both projects resulted in a beautiful new functional bathroom---done right. I will never have to remodel them again. I cant say enough about this company. I wish them safety and prosperity in the New Year. :)

    Eric showed up 20 minutes early to clear a kitchen drain (7:40 am)! He first attempted to clear it from inside the house. When that didnt work he went outside to find the drain in the ground. After several attempts and refusing to give up, we found it in a flower bed. He cut the 1 1/4 galvanized pipe and relentlessly kept snaking it with several different tools. Finally he was able to clear the line. He then allowed me to finish up the job so that I could save some money. I would definitely call Massey Pluming again.Henry Strader

    We have referred customers to Massey Plumbing. Each time, Mike was very responsive to incoming calls and professional/timely with his efforts to reach the customer and resolve their concerns.     I called to set up an appointment to replace a 17 year old hot water heater. It was not leaking - this was just a proactive measure. Mike Massey answered the call and scheduled an appointment for the following day at 1 pm. He arrived at 12:50, slightly ahead of schedule.I was impressed with his new van, an indication he was professional. He installed a new hot water heater in under two hours. All new fittings and piping were included in the fair price he quoted. It was a neat job. I would definitely use Massey plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

    Mike is awesome. Very thorough. We had a leak in our home, and he walked us through everything. He was timely, never kept us waiting, and very reasonable with the costs to repair the leak.     May I just say, this is the right company. Not cheap, but high in return for Quality of works - Honesty - Professionalism.Mike Massey is extremely knowledgeable and not looking just for the sale. He actually takes the time to educate you on the issue before you make the decision and uses only very selective parts (american made for the most part) for his work.I am very impressed and highly recommend.Jules A
