    Susan and her team at Big Willow Remodeling are amazing. We had a leak in our Master Shower and we decided to remodel the entire bathroom. Susan worked with us to figure out the best way to maximize our space and stay within our budget. Her team was so professional and it was the fastest remodel ever. They were done within 3 weeks. My favorite thing about working with Susan is that she LISTENED to me. Other contractors just wanted to do their thing. Susan listened to my concerns, took into account my style and helped me to make better decisions. We love our master bath. I would recommend Big Willow over and over again. I cant wait until I can have Susan and her team back to our house to redo our kitchen.

    Susan and her team did a wonderful job to modernize our 1970s guest bathroom. My husband and I have a good idea of what we wanted and she helped us with the design, bought the materials, and did recommendations on tiles. She was very courteous but also straight to the point when we ask her for advice and expertise, which we greatly appreciate. Susan and her team were all so nice and pleasant to work with. They explained everything they were doing, was clean every time the work day has ended, and they even wore masks for us as we were concerned with our newborn. If there were any mishaps, Susan was very quick to remedy them, no fuss! We were very happy with the whole process and of course the result. Thank you everyone at Big Willow Remodeling! 100% would recommend.

    We had a leak in my office and bedroom. Susan and her team worked closely with me to find all the matching materials. They were able to get me on schedule very quickly and finished all the rebuilding process in only 4 days. Im glad I found Big Willow Remodeling and will be using them again in future for other projects.

    In February 2021 during the freeze, several copper pipes burst and flooded my house. Many people experienced similar issues so it was difficult to find plumbers, moisture testers, and remodeling companies that could fix all of our problems.I read on a NextDoor thread about Big Will Remodeling and gave them a call. The owner, Susan, came out, took a look, and took on this project. Water ruined several sections of ceiling, our master closet, master bathroom and water ran to the front of the house. The floor was ruined as well as knee-high sections of wall in the front rooms.Susan coordinated everything. A plumber came over, fixed nine leaks and restored water to our house. Next she had her people cut out drywall and dry out the studs. Due to demand, we waited two weeks for a moisture evaluation and passed. By April, we had a check in Big Willows hand and we started work.We decided to upgrade our home with modern features. Our original bathroom was builder grade material from the 90s. Susan worked with us to understand the concept and materials we wanted. She brought samples and helped us coordinate the colors and materials. Her workers were friendly and knew what they were doing.If I identified a problem during the project, I worked with Susan. For example, the concrete in one room was uneven and her flooring people went back, leveled the floor and re-laid the flooring. It was a PITA, but sometimes you have to do the hard-right thing instead of taking the easy way. Susans crew did it and we can tell when we walk in that area.Its been a couple of months since the project was wrapped up. Our home is back to normal, and we have our dream floors, bathroom, bedroom, and closet! Big Willow Remodeling changed that February tragedy to our June dream-come-true.Big Willow is a one-stop shop. Everything from demolition, design, and renovation was managed by Susans team. BTW, Kelley, Susans husband, is the other side of the Big Willow team. Hes a helpful guy and always pleasant to be around. Whenever Kelley and Susan came over to discuss an aspect of the project, they listened and offered suggestions. They were tireless and without them, Im sure wed still be working this project. Thank you Big Willow Remodeling for taking on our project. When we save up for another project, I will keep Big Will Remodeling at the top of my list.

    Big Willow did a custom coffer ceiling design, custom glass, and whole house painting for us. The estimate was fair, the communication was good, and the guys worked hard. Susan was wonderful working with us throughout the process, even as we changed our minds on a few things. Would recommend!

    Big Willow Remodeling replaced the carpet in my townhouse and they did amazing! They always showed up when they said they would and had great communication! Everyone that I worked with, from going to pick out the carpet to the person who came to install the carpet, were very nice! Mrs. Susan and her team were great and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any remodeling done in their house or townhouse!

    In August 2021, Susan and her team (which includes her VERY kind husband Kelley) renovated my master bathroom shower after the original builder failed to water proof the bench. Within 7 years, cracks gradually developed and water seeped into the bench, shower pan, eventually causing mold to discolor the base boards of my toilet closet! Susan came (in the rain) to evaluate, measure, and emailed me a reasonable quote. She helped with design, tiles, and was available for any and all questions. Her crew was punctual, informative, and respectful. She never made me feel bad about texts during weekends. Shower was absolutely beautiful and she came back several times to help make sure the glass doors were not leaking when the shower was on. 3 months later (November), one of the shower heads began leaking. Susan did not hesitate to send Kelley first, then sent a professional plumber to evaluate and fix. Knowing the project does not simply end once the last tile is grouted, the last wall painted, the dumpster hauled away is so comforting. She cares about the quality of the work and stands behind it. Highly recommend and will contact for any upcoming home project!

    Susan(big willow remodeling) did an excellent job on our shower remodel after we had some water damage from a leaky valve. She was organized and provided us with a daily schedule of what was going to be done and who would be coming. Everything went according to plan and her guys were in and out as she said they would be. Most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves each day. Highly recommend big willow and would ask her to quote any future jobs we might have.

    I recently hired Big Willow Remodeling to remodel my 20-year old shower and area around the garden tub in my master bathroom. The owner (Susan) was very professional, talked with me to determine my vision, made recommendations to meet my style and budget, suggested alternate approaches to save time and money, brought samples and recommended places to see & choose materials, brought in craftsmen (plumber and tiler) who were very professional, prompt, and great communicators, and kept me updated on schedules. She was very creative when plans were initially hindered due to encountering unexpected pipes in the walls, and her work-around resulted in an even better outcome than the original plan. She has a great eye for design and made wonderful recommendations for tiling colors & patterns and improved on my initial ideas. To top it off, her price was very competitive! I would not hesitate to use her again, and already have my next project planned! Thank you Big Willow!

    Susan and her contractors were very professional and did an excellent job on our kitchen and laundry room remodel. We transformed a traditional kitchen into a modern kitchen, making use of our existing cabinets. Susan was very helpful, spending many hours with my husband and I on choosing our granite, backsplash and colors. She works within your budget including ideas to save money. For example, we had a butcher block island and we reused the butcher block to create a folder table in our laundry room. She was very good at keeping up posted on upcoming appointments and stayed in close contact with us throughout the entire process.
