Due to the March 2023 storm, I had major damages to my home and back building. I had previously hired another contractor who asked for a large deposit, got it, and then ghosted me. I was devastated.Eddie was recommended to me, and upon meeting him, he reassured me I was in good hands and then gave me an estimate to replace my roof.I was SHOCKED when he said he incurred all upfront costs, and I only paid once the job was completed.He started the job immediately and was done within 2 days. His team was professional, curtious, and knowledgeable & was respectful of my property, making sure to clean up afterward.Eddie then showed me the completed work, asked if I had any questions, explained the warranties, and asked if I was satisfied. He also submitted all paperwork to my insurance company to show that the work was completed.Eddie became my guardian angel. He reinstilled my faith in contractors, and because of his honesty, willingness to go above & beyond, his competitive pricing, along with quality of work, I WILL ONLY HIRE him for all my future work.Eddie, I hope you understand what kind of positive impact you have on people such as myself. Pictures before and after! Mr. Eddie Olsen definitely didn’t disappoint. The amount of craftsmanship for the price is outstanding. With pictures of ideas and many calls and texts about details, we finally got what we wanted! I love detail, so the communication was top notch and very responsive. We have ready gotten many compliments about our porch and we give the credit to Maiden City Roofing. Thanks for the hard work!

Eddie is Extremely Honest and Professional. I’ve had the pleasure of training under him back when he was in the Insurance side as well. Very knowledgeable in protocols and state laws to overturn the denials with the toughest adjuster. Maiden City has done nothing but excel for their clients from what I have seen.In this industry. Madien City Roofing just recently put my roof on (June 12) I was very impressed with the skill and precision that was displayed Eddie Olsen is very aware of the codes and requirements in his occupation, a very needed skill when working with insurance providers who know there average clients are not thus making it easy for them to not always provide for what the client had paid for years in there policy it was great working with a knowledge contractor both in his field and with insurance providers I highly recommend this company thanks for a job well done
