    Office personnel was upfront with pricing before making an appointment. Technician patiently worked the diagnostic process and ultimately found missing parts from the last servicing. He was in an out the house checking the system in the pouring rain, the guy was soaked. Great service all around.

    Lee & Kenneth were exceptional. I expected to pay much more than I did to fix my AC unit. That’s why I always use Farley’s for any electrical issues I have. I called them at 8:00am & they were here at 8:30am. The problem was resolved immediately & we now have air conditioning. Thank you

    Excellent customer service and very nice. Jared and his team were quick to find the problem and fix my a/c and heater. I recommend if you need anything for a/c or heater Farleys is the one to call.

    Farleys is really great to work with! Their receptionists was really nice and called me back the same day to schedule service. Craig Spiers was my technician and he did a really great job. I needed my unit raised onto a stand and not only did they put it up there, they bolted the stand to the cement and bolted the unit to the stand. I also love the fact that they are paperless. I received a text to confirm scheduling my service, another text that my tech was on his way, and an emailed receipt with detailed descriptions of all of the work done. Definitely will be my go to for HVAC services from now on!

    I purchased a home after Hurricane Ida with an AC unit put in by the previous owner. I have had a number of issues since moving in and Farleys has always provided excellent service, even though they didnt do the initial install. They have come the same day, and after hours (with an understandable additional fee) and have my unit working in no time. The guys who complete the work are always professional and explain the repairs to me in terms I can understand. They take their time to show me how to prevent future problems. As a single woman, I appreciate the quick, professional service I receive from Farleys.

    Young lady that answered to phone was polite I told her the problems i was having with my central unit she told me she would get someone here after hours if necessary to fix it. The techs arrived after hours and in less than an hour found the problem and had it running. I would recommend this company highly!
