I had an issue with my septic system and sent Paragon a message on a Sunday morning. To my surprise, Mike responded via text message and asked me to call him to discuss my issue. Mike came out the next day and looked at the pump. It was decided that I needed a new pump and it was replaced within days. Mike and his team are dependable, professional, honest and do great work at fair price. He even followed up with a text a few days after the job was completed to see how everything was going. Highly recommend Paragon for any of your septic/excavating needs. A+++

Mike and his team are exceptional! I had a burst pipe underneath my house and it was leaking into my basement. They took care of everything early the next morning. In this day and age it has been difficult getting contractors to show up promptly or at all for that matter. They all did an amazing job and had my yard all cleaned up within 4 hours. I highly recommend them for any excavating issues you may have.

Excellent company. We had a limestone pad installed for an extra large shed. We will use Paragon Excavating in the future to gravel and grade our road to the pole building. The supplies and workers arrived when we were told they would. The work was careful and exact. Extra details and cleanup were truly appreciated! It’s good to know a reliable contractor!

Had to have work done with our mound system. Mike and his team did an excellent job. Actually could not tell heavy equipment was in the yard. Clean up was exceptional. They even graded out two humps in our driveway before leaving which was not part of the original quoted work! Rare to see that attention to detail nowadays.
