Dilber and his team, managed by Riley, did an amazing job. Cannot recommend them highly enough. We bought a new house, and the project was massive. An entire house repaint, with a lot of drywall repairs. We didn’t know the ceiling color but they matched it and repainted most ceilings in the house! Throughout the house, we had sections of drywall cut out to install new lights, and Dilber repaired all of them. The same with mirrors, old ones were pulled and new ones installed. They repaired the walls so perfectly that it’s almost a shame to hide the work with a mirror. Another room had wood trim pulled off the entire wall and repaired. We high super high standards, and Dilber did a perfect job with a smile on his face. He wouldn’t settle for less than perfect. Some rooms were so dark that they needed more than the standard 2 coats of paint to not see the previous color underneath. He pointed this out and then offered to test in other dark rooms to see which ones would need 3 coats. He could’ve just charged a lot more and painted extra unnecessarily, but he had integrity to verify and only do extra paint where needed. The team worked long hours to get this done for the holidays. Riley stopped by many times to check on how awesome the team was doing. They basically run autonomously, needing almost no oversight. I’ve had painters in the past that cut corners and needed babysitting. The only time I really checked on them is when they asked me to come look at something and get my opinion. I can’t say enough good things about this team. It’s not just a job to them, it’s a career, and they are very proud of their work. They prioritize customer service over speedy profit, and they have my business for life.

Bear Mountain Painting has a great staff from sales to production and we highly recommend if you are looking to resurface your concrete. Here is a photo of our newly finished pool deck in pebble beach. It is a great improvement over the original plain concrete I have been re-staining for years. We are looking forward to enjoying many relaxing days around the new and improved decking, not to mention no more re-staining and maintenance should be a breeze!

We had a great experience with Bear Mountain. The first contacts with Bryttnie and Justin for the details were very professional. Planning took some time as expected but since the moment the execution started, all activities since remediation to the painting were as scheduled. The crew came ontime every day, they were very respectful at all times, cleaned every time before leaving for the day and the crew leader Christian was very attentive to details. We researched several companies to refurbish our garage floor. Bear Mountain sales consultant, John H., came to our home to give us a quote. He was thorough in explaining the superiority of the product compared to other products in the market. John was very knowledgeable about the product, the Company, and the crew assigned to our project. Bryttnie B. contacted us for scheduling and stayed in contact with us during the before & after. Our job was scheduled within a week. The work crew of 3 arrived on time and worked constantly until job completed. They were experienced and ensured we were satisfied with their work. The flooring is high quality with a clean polished look. They cleaned up afterwards with no sign of dust, flakes, debris left on driveway. We highly recommend Bear Mountain Concrete Coatings. We are very pleased with our house exterior painting project. Compared to other painting contractors we’ve used in the past, Bear Mountain is the best. It is refreshing to work with a contractor that clearly explains their services, solutions and recommendations upfront, documents the scope of work and pricing in a contract and follows through with every detail. When a couple of issues arose during the work phase of the project, they were quickly addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. Everyone we dealt with from sales, scheduling, project management and work crew kept us well informed and were professional, courteous, and responsive. I worked with Fredy and his team to get the interior of my house painted and had the best experience ive ever had with painters. Fredys team was punctual, professional, extremely friendly and personable. His team taped off all the trim in the house and covered all of my belongings, flooring, carpet, mirrors, and everything so as to not get any paint anywhere. You can tell that he and his team are passionate about their work and treat your house like its their own. I would definitely love to work with Fredys team again in the future and would highly recommend them.

I met with John from sales and couple of weeks ago. John was punctual, professional, and very well versed in products on the market in terms of varios floor coatings systems. I was equipped with the knowledge I needed to make an easy decision to patronize their business. After Johns presentation I decided to move forward with the installation of the Pentek system in the color Pebble beach. There were many color options to choose from, custom color options, packages to meet any price point, and an excellent warranty. I love that I was not pressured to make a hasty decision. That was not my experience with other companies. Savannah was my assigned experience specialist. She helped me coordinate my installation date, cancelation, rescheduled instalation daye , and she handled my initial and final payments. Kudos to Denzel and Dylan the technicians who installed my two care garage floor coating on 11/7/24. They were both punctual, kind, courteous, and respectful of my small space in my townhome community. I was given the opportunity to ask many questions. I was given instructions on an acceptable timeframe to place heavy items in place and how to properly clean/ maintain the floor. I was also given the opportunity to clarify any details that were unclear. Both Denzel and Dylan did a fabulous job! Thank you guys so much. Another great painting job! Bear Mountain painted the inside of my garage which had not been painted since the house was built in 1997. Walls were in bad shape and required lots of drywall repairs. We recently moved to Alpharetta into a 30 year old home. The home had quite a bit of rotten wood framing windows and bottom planks all around the home. Bear Mountain Custom Painting did an incredible job replacing wood and trimming as needed with high quality results. They also replaced the plastic accent shutters on the front windows, and replaced 3 wood window sashes. The work included priming and painting the replaced wood, windows, stucco. Their process to review work and request any issues to be resolved worked easily and to our full satisfaction. I highly recommend Bear Mountain for home improvement services!

Just moved to GA and BMCP was recommended to us. We gave them a very big job to do and it turned out beautifully. The painters were very respectful and worked so hard! My house looks so fresh and new! We are extremely happy with the job they did and are using them again to paint our basement.The only thing I was a bit surprised by is the 3% charge to put payment on a credit card. Especially with the amount we already spent. Luckily, writing a check was fine with us. I was just surprised, however, I would still HIGHLY recommend BMCP!

A Bear Mountain team led by Cruz just completed painting our home in the mountain community of Big Canoe. They did a great job and our home looks like new. The folks at Bear Mountain Custom Painting are nothing short of outstanding. I contacted Jared on a referral from a friend. Jared called before he came out to scope and estimate the project (a garage floor coating). He showed up on time, communicated professionally, explained the work to be done. He emailed me a proposal in January. I opted to wait on having the work done until the spring because I wanted the added advantage of warmer weather to give the garage floor coating the greatest chance of success. Matt and the other project managers and front office staff did a great job of scheduling the work and following through at every turn. We scheduled the work for this week. Attached are the before and after pictures to give an idea of the scope of the project.It is kind of hard to tell in the photos, but the finish came out blotchy...shiny in places and dull in others. I contacted Matt - my project manager and they jumped right on it. Rob Kozuch, the President of the company came out to review the work with me and determined that a second coat would fix the problem.Fantastic communication and response. Excellent customer service. Christian and his team did such a phenomenal job repainting the exterior of my home. I had them do two spray coats on the siding, two handpainted coats on the trim, and they pressure washed everything before they began. They even called asking if I would want them to come a week earlier than planned due to a cancellation, which I was thrilled to say yes to because the builder did such a horrible job at the time of construction six years ago. Christian even fixed my screen door which I didn’t think was repairable – so that was a bonus! They were timely, efficient, and the value they provided were all exceptional. We also worked with the Exterior Solutions division for our project, which I intend to review separately.Cristian and his crew did an amazing job painting our carport that had recently received extensive repairs and a new roof. As someone who is very particular about the quality of work, especially when it comes to paint, I could not have been more impressed. Cristian confirmed every detail with me before the job began. He and his crew carefully cleaned and prepared all surfaces, followed by a flawless application of paint and stain - everything done by hand! I really appreciated that they took their time; they properly removed the window shutters instead of just painting around them and they even went above and beyond to trim up all the excess underlayment that was left sticking out from beneath the flashing by the roofers. All of this while having to deal with a precarious situation to access the back side of the structure, which drops straight off into a ravine. They were very respectful of the property and cleaned up everything without a trace. My expectations were definitely exceeded!Traci, the scheduling coordinator, and Lucas, the project manager, were always friendly and responsive, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I will be considering Bear Mountain Custom Painting again for our future projects.

Bear Mountain got it all fixed up without having to dismantle the deck where the damage was. Everything looks great now. I did a lot of online research about local painting companies and invited three companies out for an estimate for exterior painting, wood replacement, and other minor exterior repairs. Bear Mountain Custom Painting had the best warranty, the most reactive sales rep, and other good online reviews so I decided to hire Bear Mountain since they were local and other customers were very happy with their work.There was nothing Bear Mountain couldn’t do. We had firm quotes for exterior painting, new gutters, rotten wood replacement, and a few shingle replacements. In the middle of the project I also decided to replace my shutters and they completed that for me, too.During the work I received many follow-up calls on how the work was progressing, how I was feeling about it, and any other item I or Bear Mountain wanted to discuss. All additional work orders I wanted completed were emailed to me for review within 24 hours.Throughout terrible weather, cold, and mud in the back-yard, the finished project is fantastic. Bear Mountain also discussed how to keep the paint lasting a long time as well as other services they offer when I decide to have more work done.Overall I am extremely pleased with their work.
