We had our master bathroom remodeled completely by Will and his team and it turned out great. The quality of work is really good and he was available to help with any questions or concerns I had during the process.

If you are looking for a good residential contractor you will not be disappointed with Manzer Contracting. His pricing is competitive and you will not be hit with a lot of change orders. No unexpected change orders. His work is only as good as his crew and sub contractors. He treats his crew and subs fairly just as you can expect if you hire him. As such, his subs and crew are first class. He did a remodel for myself and my wife and we were pleased with his work. I have over 24 years of experience in industrial contracting and construction so think I have a good background to judge his work.

Manzer Construction has done numerous jobs at the house from building a outdoor living space screened in patio, remodeling kids bathroom, painted the house and installed new front doorS every experience has been pleasant which is why they have done numerous projects at our house. Will and his design team are great with ideas and suggestions and always upfront with costs and required changes. I would highly recommend Will Manzer Construction for any future remodeling projects.
