Called Arc Angel Electric and they sent a technician the next morning. Dakota arrived actually early for an 8am appointment. Was personable. Answered my questions. Light was installed within one hour. We love it. He did notice a crack in one globe and company is replacing it.

Joe was incredible! Super honest, kind, and upfront about cost to install an EV charging outlet in my garage. I had 3 other electric companies come out and give me a quote. Joe by far had the best price and was the only one that didnt try to sell me a bunch of other crap or tell me I had other problems with my electrical panel (that didnt actually exist).Even if the price had been higher I would have chosen Joe and Arc Angel for their honesty and integrity. Look no further than Joe and Arc Angel. They will be fair, upfront, and perform excellent service. His installation looks perfect and he left no mess in my garage. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

If you like prompt, professional service at a fair price then I recommend giving Arc Angel Electric a call.I ordered a new Tesla and wanted a home charger installed ASAP. I had several companies bid . Some quotes were very high, and others very low. Arc Angel Electrics quote was just right!Dakota Cain (a.k.a. Goldilocks) and his assistant arrived in style in a stylish rolling electric supply warehouse; and there were precisely on time. Dakota assessed my panel, presented a plan, and went to work. In addition to the Tesla charger installation, Dakota addressed some other concerns, rejuvinated my electrical panel, and installed a whole-house surge protection unit. I even got them to install a new chandelier while they were in my home. These guys went above and beyond, running out to find light bulbs for the new chandelier. My wife was very happy!Recommended by Tesla - Not the cheapest, not the most expenisve, and in my opinion one of the best electrical service options available in Hall County.

Joe got to my house on time and did a fantastic job trouble shooting an issue with non working outlets in the basement and getting the new lights installed. Jake and Avery did a fantastic install of 2 EV chargers, 2 additional circuits for a sump pump, a 125 amp subpanel, and a whole house surge protector. The total install took 2 days, and Im very pleased with the result. All the wires had to be installed in a mostly finished basement, and the team only had to cut a small 6 x 6 hole in the ceiling to complete it. They were able to run the car chargers to the garage by taking the can lights out of the ceiling and running a really long drill bit through the hole. Really professional work by Jake and Avery who were also very upbeat and personable! The icing on the cake was that their estimate was the best out of multiple offers. I would highly recommend Arc Angel Electric for your next project!

Stellar job! Really reasonable estimate--Dakota installed two electrical wall sockets and replaced a faulty GFCI. He had to cut into the drywall and did so cleanly and without mess. Not a single broken piece of drywall. He re-attached it perfectly. It will be really easy for me to patch and paint. We got an estimate for further work and will 100% be using them for our next project.

He also asked to check my electric panel because he was aware of a recall on certain panels and wanted to make sure mine was okay. Sure enough, my panel was on the list of Recalls which could pose a fire hazard if not replaced. I definitely will make arrangements to do this with them. I am so glad he came & had the foresight to ask about the panel... that says alot about the commitment ArcAngel employees have.

These guys and gals are great! We had an emergency when our meter box on the side of the house shorted out and melted some of the internals. Thankfully no fire but the power company came out because it blew a fuse or something in the transformer box at the street. They found the trouble on our house and disconnected our power. This was on a Friday so without power for the warm weekend wasnt going to work plus our food was going bad. We called around all over and these guys squeezed us in at the end of the day. They got the parts needed and went above and beyond and came in less than everyone else quoted. Didnt try to upsell us with unneeded parts/upgrades or charges (like TE Certified) Dont bother calling around just call these guys they are my number one electricians for any future jobs. I wish I could find painters and other contractors as good as these electricians. No joke this company is all you need!

Electicians Aubrey and Mark did an exceptional job of installing a large heavy Island light fixture with a dimmer switch, moved and centered a ceiling fan with lights as well and diagnosed the problem of why the lights would not remaining on when the switch was turned on the celing fan light fixture. This project was labor intensive, it involved installing two ceiling junction boxes, wiring through a high ceiling wall, and patiently waiting while I decided where to place the light fixtures. The professional use of a lazer measusreing device made the decisions visually easier and at the end a success. The Electricans were professional, cleaned up after the job, moved furniture carefully, wore shoe coverings, explained the process of the project and gave an estimate. They offered to do the job at once or at a later date. No high pressure was involved which I really appreciated. I would add that the scheduling staff was most courtest and helpful in making the appointment and making a favorable first impression through out the experience. I would highly recommend and use this company again.

Joe came out to give me an estimate on the installation of two EV chargers, several new outlets, and a new electrical panel. He explained what the best options for me would be, including some things I didnt think I needed but would benefit me. I wasnt upsold on anything that I didnt thing would provide me a benefit. After accepting their estimate, I was able to schedule the work for a week later. Everything was completed in one day as promised, and everything works great. The panel that was replaced is no longer up to code, and they installed a larger panel for more expansion, and is now up to code. I would use Arc Angel in the future for any electrical work I need!

Arc Angel installed a 24KW emergency generator with surge protectorsexactly when promised. From the office (Shawna) to the field (Chris and his apprentice), this was the most professional contractor we have had come to our house. Communication of the plan was accurate and on time and we received a text every morning informing us that the technicians were on their way. The installers were courteous an kept their work areas clean every day. Chris would also let us know when they were leaving each day and tell us where they were vs the planned schedule.We had an issue with the plumber bailing on us and Chris went out of his way to call around and find a plumber so the generator would be working for the upcoming snow storm. Fantastic service all around and a company I would use over and over again!

Skilled, honest, courteous and fair rates. Have used Arc Angel three times and I will use no others. First 2 calls were because of problems - one due to bad original wiring the other due to varmits in the attic chewing on wires. Both times the diagnosis was fast and accurate and not puffed up with fake expenses. They are the best! Had a whole new panel installed and they were so patient as I asked questions and didnt mind that I watched some of the work. Most recently had a NEMA receptacle added for Car Charger. Clean quick and beautiful. Warranted work. So thankful for honest companies - so hard to find.

Update 10-4-2023: The manager saw my original review (which was 1 star) and we had a conversation and they reimbursed my money. They were very apologetic and acknowledged they this is not how they run their business. I am satisfied with them taking quick action and making it right for me as they promised in this review response.Original review: While trying to reproduce, the technician used my toaster empty as a load, left it unattended and the toaster caught on fire. My 3 year old was in the kitchen and he was the one who saw the fire and called me. I had to pull the toaster in flames outside and use an extinguisher. Oh, and the original problem wasn’t fixed. Who doesn’t lov to pay $200 to lose a toaster, not get the problem fixed and almost get the house in fire.By the way, the techs were like nothing happened. Where is the empathy?

Very pleased with the installation of new fixtures (and uninstallation of existing fixtures) in our home. Salvador was our technician and he was on time and professional. I showed him what I wanted done and he provided an estimate at which time I could have declined to proceed with having the work done. I was happy with the cost and he proceeded to do the work and was patient showing me different heights options while I chose what I wanted in each room. Salvador was very careful not to scratch the fixtures and was careful with my ceilings and made sure all looked good and worked well. He cleaned up after himself and took the empty boxes so I didnt have to discard them myself. Arc Angels will also take and dispose of the old fixtures they uninstall, if you wish. I am extremely happy with the work Salvador did and will definitely use Arc Angels again for my electrical needs.

We contacted Arc Angel Electric after using them for a small job at a prior residence. We had a list of issues to be addressed, and Jason Estrada identified many more that a previous electrician had not mentioned. My husband is an engineer and agreed that those additional problems had to be taken care of along with the repairs and lighting we needed installed. The work was carefully done in the time frame stated in the estimate, and extra technicians were pulled in to make sure it all was correctly done with expedience. We are more than satisfied with the outcome and would recommend Arc Angel Electrical to everyone needing excellent professional work. We will be using them again as our renovations proceed.
