Kavin Construction has undertaken two significant jobs for us: the first to substantially remodel and refurbish a bathroom, and the second to undertake extensive exterior decoration. The work was of a very high quality, the team was discrete and professional, and Larry (the project manager) was patient, helpful and understanding throughout the work. This latter point was particularly important for us, as we had very little idea at the outset exactly what we wanted to do with the bathroom. Kavin Construction helped us to work through our options and progress the design, and they came up with some really good innovative ideas in the process. We are really pleased with the final product, and would definitely ask Kavin Construction back to undertake any future building projects.

Excellent, best in there trade. Owner Michael Kavin has been doing business for a long time. Definitely knows construction and has excellent PM running his jobs.
