    I could not be happier with the services rendered by Plumbing Plus. I had to schedule from 1,000 miles away on a date certain because I had to travel from Florida to Cuba to get the work done. They were at the house exactly when they said they would be and they got the job done in about an hour. The cost was about 15% of what I would have paid for the same service in Florida. I am beyond grateful for how easy and cost effective everything was. I am very grateful for all the help and kindness the gentlemen in my home provided.

    Joe and Joe unplugged our bathroom sink for us and now the water goes down faster than it has ever gone down before. Having an older home can create plumbing problems and the plastic pipe broke under the sink and they were able to replace that along with one of the shut offs. They were very careful in not making a mess and cleaned everything up very nicely. They were very professional and friendly as well and the bill was very reasonable. Having dealt with other plumbers in our area, Plumbing Plus stands out as the best option for our area.

    Messaged Joe Monday afternoon, and he was very quick to respond. I needed a faucet replaced, and he said that he would be out the next morning (Tuesday). Its very hard to find reliable plumbers, or ones that answer the phone for that matter. But, Joe was very quick to respond, and also was right on time. A job that would have taken me hours, was done very quickly. The pricing was also very reasonable and inexpensive! He cleaned up after himself, and was very professional. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs. Ill definitely be using him again. I appreciate the work that he did.

    I have been a homeowner most of my adult life and I have dealt with several contractors over the years. I dont ever leave a review but after working with Joe and the way he handled not only the pipe, but coordinating our schedules to fix and repair it was by far more than just business as usual. He was professional, polite, and trustworthy. I would recommend him over anyone else I have done business with over the years without hesitation. Five Stars

    I highly recommend!!!! Joe and his crew came out within 24 hours of my call during a bad snowfall. I called from out of state to help my father who is elderly. Joe let me know the problem was minimal and fixed it immediately. Most people could have taken advantage of the situation. While he was there I hired him to do some other work. Amazing!! He was in constant contact with me throughout the project. He was so personable, professional and timely. They did GREAT work and were fair. I can’t say enough how happy I am to have found someone so trustworthy!!

    Land lords here, it was Labor day and getting late into the evening. We just closed on our rental property a week prior and had tenants moced in.. when painting and renovating, we noticed the previous owner had the water pressure on the pump turned down 30 PSI lower than recommended. Knowing we didnt want our new tenants to struggle with low water pressure, we turned it right to the recommended. Almost immediately after, about 20 minutes later, a pipe sheared off, another piper burst , a different pipe was about to break , and all the pipes were sweating.We knew we had an emergency, water was spraying everywhere, all over the walls and basement. We turned off the water, had tenants to take care of, and made some calls.Everywhere we called didnt have anyone to help. We reach his number, gave him a call and he said one of the plumbers we called earlier sent him pictures. This other plumber was asking his advice on our situation,which speaks to the knowledge he had..He knew what had to be done, he knew the parts we needed and came over shortly. His communication was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. He also gave us an amazing price and told us what else we needed done.He found all the parts we needed, corrected other problem pipes he saw would be a problem in the short future, and was attentive in everything he did.We highly recommended 10/10. Amazing price for such quality work. As landlords, we found our future plumber for all future properties to come.

    I highly recommend Plumbing Plus.Joe and Derrick were both very friendly and worked so hard to fix our plumbing issues. Nice guys that I will call again if I ever have any issues in the future.They came for an emergency, even on a holiday. They were amazing and got the job done.     I called Joe Monday morning after discovering I had water in my kitchen coming home from celebrating Christmas with my family. They made a stop last night to look at everything and then came back today and fixed it for me. Cant recommend them enough for quick efficient service. He has been out to our home in Wellsville several times - the first time was a fast response to an urgent situation, the other times have been more routine, and every time he is responsive, does excellent work, explains everything, and is just a nice person.     We had a pipe burst between 1st and 2nd floor of an old Victorian house (modern plumbing luckily). He came late at night and had the issue isolated and repaired within an hour. Highly recommended this service for your needs. Excellent knowledge and speedy service.

    Great service. We had a broken shower and these guys came out the same day and took care of it. They estimated 2 hours on the phone but the problem was much worse than expected and it took them a while longer. They were very patient and stuck with the problem until it was resolved. They never made it feel rushed. They fixed the problem completely and correctly. The pricing was very fair for the work and the men were very professional. I would recommend these guys to my own grandmother.

    Called this company on a Saturday evening to come unclog a toilet which was an emergency due to not being able to use bathrooms without it flooding .He was prompt, courteous.     Friday morning I woke up to an absence of hot water in my electric hot water tank. I called plumbing plus that morning to see if they could help me out. Not only did Joe assure me that he would get it all taken care of, he also promptly came the next day to resolve my issue of a faulty thermostat and burnt out heating element. Him and his partner Derrick were great people. It’s a breath of fresh air having down to earth people from a local company fix my issue without trying to upsell or overcharge. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience from Joe and Derrick at Plumbing Plus. They accept cash, check or Venmo. They also wrote a detailed receipt for my warranty claim with Rheem so I could get a full reimbursement. Shop local, support local.

    Great service. I called and left a message and had a return call within two hours. There was an opening the next day, so was work was done quickly and professionally. Its so nice to have someone actually return my call. The Plumbing Plus crew had on their masks to provide safe service, and cleaned up everything beautifully at the end.     I highly recommend Plumbing Plus Co! A pipe burst in our basement and I didnt know what to do. I was lucky enough to catch them in my area and they came right over to help. We had to wait until the next day when things dried out a little to tell if our existing water heater was toast - it was. I called them back on a Thursday and they came over and installed a new water heater that Saturday. They were incredibly courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain some basic maintenance things to us and also pointed out a potential issue we had no idea to even look for! Then they cleaned up on their way out. The price was very fair for quality materials and outstanding service. I couldnt be happier and will be calling them to take care of a few other plumbing needs around the house. Thank you!
